Preface

With the development of the world economy and the gradual increase of population, food and environmental problems have become the main problems facing human survival. In order to ensure the sustainable and stable development of social economy and meet the needs of more and more people for food and other crops, it is necessary to focus on the research of crop planting technology and agricultural development, and seek a new agricultural planting development mode that meets the requirements of social development. In the course of social and economic development since the 21st century, human beings have clearly realized that the promotion of industrialization has created a lot of material wealth for mankind and accelerated the progress of human civilization, but it has also brought many adverse consequences to human beings in varying degrees. In addition, with the rigid growth and demand of population, human beings must adhere to the road of sustainable development. Under such a macro background, a new mode of agricultural production or a new mode of agricultural development is bound to emerge, and “green agriculture” emerges as the times require.
     China is a big agricultural country in the world, and the rural population accounts for nearly 70% of the total population. The sustainable development of agriculture is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood and social stability, as well as the overall problems of deepening Reform and Development and modernization. Planting is an important foundation of agriculture. China should speed up the development of modern agriculture, enhance the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, and ensure the national food security and effective supply of important agricultural products. This book focuses on crop planting technology and agricultural sustainable development, and puts forward the corresponding agricultural development concept.


前 言

随着世界经济的发展,人口逐步增加,粮食与环境问题成为人类生存所面临的主要问题,为了保障社会经济能够持续稳定的发展,满足越来越多的人对粮食等农作物的需求,需要重点对农作物种植技术和农业发展进行研究,寻求符合社会发展要求的新型农业种植发展模式。 21 世纪以来社会和经济发展的历程,人类已经清醒地认识到, 工业化的推进为人类创造了大量的物质财富, 加快了人类文明的进步,但也不同程度的给人类带来诸多不良后果,再加上人口的刚性增长和需求,人类必然要坚持走可持续发展道路。在这样的宏观背景下,必然要催生一种新的农业生产方式或新的农业发展模式,“绿色农业”又应运而生了。
         我国是世界农业大国,农村人口占全国总人口的近
70%,农业的可持续发展问题关系到国计民生和社会的稳定, 关系到深化改革开发和现代化建设全局的大问题。种植业是农业的重要基础,我国要要加快发展现代农业,增强农业综合生产能力,确保国家粮食安全和重要农产品有效供给。本书着重对农作物种植技术和农业可持续性发展做了研究,并提出了相应的农业发展理念。

Zhe-Kai Chen, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior agronomist, member of Jiusan Society, born in Tianjin City in December 1976. He graduated from Zhangjiakou Agricultural College in major of agricultural economy management in 1998. And he graduated from Hebei Agricultural University in major of agricultural extension in 2004. He has been engaged in crop seed management and agricultural technology extension for 22 years. In 2014, his main research project “Screening of New Silage Maize Varieties and Research and Promotion of Protective Cultivation Techniques in Northwest Hebei” won the Second Prize of agricultural technology extension in Hebei Province. In 2011 and 2016, he was successively awarded the Third Level Candidate of “333 Talent Project” in Hebei Province.

陈哲凯,男,汉族, 1976 12 月出生,天津人,九三学社社员、高级农艺师。 1998年毕业于张家口农业高等专科学校农业经济管理系, 2004 年毕业于河北农业大学农业推广专业,本科学历。从事农作物种子管理及农业技术推广工作 22 年。 2014 年主研项目《冀西北青贮玉米新品种筛选与保护性栽培技术研究及推广》获河北省农业技术推广二等奖, 2011 年、 2016 年连续获得两届河北省“三三三人才工程”第三层次人选。

Zhen-Ning Liu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree of computer science and technology and agriculture, senior agronomist, born in February 1983. He graduated from Hebei University of Engineering and Northeast Agricultural University. In 2018 and 2019, he was rated as the Advanced Individual in Ali Region, and in 2016, 2017 and 2018, he was rated as the Advanced Individual in agricultural and animal husbandry work in Ali Region for three consecutive years. He is the fourth winner of the 2018 Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award “Breeding of Quinoa Rice Processing Special Variety Huifeng No.1” and the seventh winner of the 2018 Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award of “Buckwheat New Variety Breeding and High-yield Cultivation Technology Research”.

刘振宁,男,汉族, 1983 2 月出生,毕业于河北工程大学,计算机科学与技术专业(本科),东北农业大学,农学专业(本科),高级农艺师,现从事农业技术推广工作。 20182019 年被评为阿里地区先进个人, 201620172018 连续三年被评为阿里地区农牧工作先进个人, 2018 年河北省科技成果奖“藜麦米加工专用品种惠丰 1 号选育”为第四完成人。 2018 年河北省科技成果奖“荞麦新品种选育及高产配套栽培技术研究”为第七完成人。

Hong-Wei Wang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Hejian City, Hebei Province in September 1979. He has been awarded the Third Prize of Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the First Prize of Municipal Science and Technology Progress. He has been rated as a provincial 333 Talent, as a city famous teacher, and won the third-class merit once.

王宏伟,男,汉族, 1979 9 月出生,河北省河间市人,本科双学历双学位,曾获省科技进步三等奖,市科技进步一等奖,被评为省三三三人才,被评为市名家名师,荣获三等功一次。
