Preface
Chemical production is an important pillar of economic and social development. On the one hand, chemical production has effectively promoted the development of national economy and improved people’s living standards; on the other hand, there are many unsafe factors and occupational hazards in the production process of chemical industry (especially dangerous chemicals), such as flammable, explosive, toxic, high temperature, high pressure, corrosion, etc., so it has greater potential risk than other industrial production. In the process of chemical production, risk exists objectively. Although it is invisible and intangible, it is closely related to production activities.
Starting from strengthening the training and adjustment of safety production technology for chemical workers, this book systematically analyzes various risk factors in the process of chemical production according to the working principle of “safety first, prevention first, comprehensive treatment”, using the basic principles and methods of chemical industry and combining with the characteristics of chemical safety production. The possibility and severity of accidents or occupational hazards are predicted, and scientific, reasonable and feasible safety production prevention measures and control methods are put forward. It takes chemical production process as the main line and applies safety principle and accident control theory, accidents and occupational hazards in chemical production are systematically analyzed and elaborated to ensure the stability of chemical production.
Due to the lack of experience of the editor, it is inevitable that there are mistakes anddefects in the book. Readers are eager to criticize and correct them.

化工生产是经济社会发展的重要支柱。一方面，化工生产有力地促进了国民经济的发展，改善和提高了人们的生活水平；另一方面，在化工（特别是危险化学品）生产过程中存在着许多不安全因素和职业危害，如易燃、易爆、易中毒、高温、高压、有腐蚀等，因此比其他工业生产有着更大的潜在危险性。在化工产过程中，风险是客观存在的，虽然看不见、摸不着，但它却与生产活动密不可分，如影随形。
本书从加强化工从业人员安全生产技术培调工作出发，按照“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的工作方针，运用化学工业的基本原理和方法，结合化工安全生产的特点，系统分析了化工生产过程中各种危险因素，预测发生事故或造成职业危害的可能性及其严重程度，提出了科学、合理、可行的安全生产预防措施及控制方法，以化工生产过程为主线，应用安全原理与事故控制理论，对化工生产中的事故和职业危害进行了系统地分析与阐述，确保化工生产稳定。
由于编者经验不足，书中的错误和不妥之处在所难免，恳切读者批评指正。
Jun Wang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Linyi City, Shandong Province in April 1981. Since July 2004, he has been engaged in chemical safety production technology management, safety rating evaluation, engineering design, project process management, etc. He has obtained the qualification of national safety evaluator, registered safety engineer and fire engineer. 王军，男，汉族， 1981 年 4 月出生，山东临沂人，本科学历。 2004 年 7 月参加工作，一直从事化工安全生产技术管理、安全评级评价及工程设计、项目过程管理等工作，并取得全国安全评价师、注册安全工程师、消防工程师等资格，连续八年任山东省临沂市、枣庄市、潍坊市、济南市安全生产专家库成员，现担临沂康恒注册安全工程师事务所有限公司总经理职务。工作勤奋，敢于创新，连续多年被评为安全生产先进工作者。
Yan Li, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Difang Town, Pingyi County, Linyi City, Shandong Province in May 1982. She started work in March 2003 and has been engaged in safety technology management. She has obtained the qualification of national registered safety engineer and national registered secondary safety assessor. She was a safety support engineer in Shandong Huayu Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. In 2018, she participated in the writing of Aluminum Electrolysis Site and Process Safety Management Professional Evaluation Standard of Aluminum Corporation of China. She is now engaged in technical services in Linyi Kangheng Certified Safety Engineer Co., Ltd. She dares to innovate, and has been rated as the company’s advanced workers for many years.
李艳，女，汉族， 1982 年 5 月出生山东省临沂市平邑县地方镇，本科。 2003 年 3月参加工作，一直从事安全技术管理，取得全国注册安全工程师资格、全国注册二级安全评价师资格；曾在山东华宇合金材料有限公司任安全支持工程师， 2018 年参于撰写中国铝业股份有限公司《电解铝现场和过程安全管理专业考评标准》，现在临沂康恒注册安全工程师事务所有限从事技术服务。敢于创新，连续多年被评为公司先进工作者。
Kai-Qiang Jin, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Linyi City, Shandong Province in June 1971. Working from August 1990, he has been engaged in safety technology management and obtained the qualification of national class II registered constructor, registered safety engineer and fully registered grade II safety assessor. He successively served as the safety director of Shandong HongRi Chemical Joint Stock Company., Ltd., Stanley Agricultural Group Co., Ltd., and director of technical department of Linyi Yuanzhuo Safety Technical Service Co., Ltd. He is now the technical director of Linyi Kangheng Certified Safety Engineers Co., Ltd. He has the courage to innovate and has been rated as an advanced worker for many years.
金楷强，男，汉族， 1971 年 6 月生，山东临沂人，本科。 1990 年 8 月工作，一直从事安全技术管理，取得全国二级注册建造师资格、注册安全工程师资格、全面注册二级安全评价师资格；先后担任山东红日阿康化工股份有限公司、史丹利农业集团股份有限公司安全主管、临沂远卓安全技术服务有限公司技术部主任，现任临沂康恒注册安全工程师事务所有限公司技术负责人。敢于创新，连续多年被评为先进工作者。
