With the rapid development of world economy and the acceleration of globalization process. Quality management has also become one of the most important tasks of enterprise management. The construction quality of engineering project is one of the important objectives of project management. At present, he is mainly engaged in the quality and safety supervision and management of construction projects.
程远锁，男，汉族， 1974 年 4 月生，大学本科学历，高级工程师，一级建造师，国家注册安全工程师， 驻马店市建设工程质量监督站监督室主任。 申报国家专利 6 项、省市级科题 5 项，发表专业性学术论文 10 余篇，监督大中型工程项目 100 余项，其中省级重点项目 9 项，获得河南省工程建设优质工程奖 5 项。目前主要从事于建设工程质量、安全监督管理工作。

葛辉，男，汉族， 1972 年 2 月生，大学本科学历，高级工程师，河南省工程质量监督管理先进个人，市级建设工程管理先进工作者，驻马店市工程建设质量管理协会会员。申报国家专利 6 项，发表专业性学术论文 10 余篇，监督工程项目 100 余项，其中省重点项目 3 项，大中型工程项目 30 余项，河南省优质工程 6 项，市级优质工程 20 余项， 现任驻马店市建设工程质量监督站监督室主任， 目前主要从事于建设工程质量和安全监督管理工作。
