Preface

Water is the lifeblood of the national economy. It is also the lifeblood of human development. Water conservancy construction is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood, and water conservancy project construction is a very important infrastructure. The Three Gorges project has been completed as a symbol of the world water conservancy construction level. Great achievements have been made in the construction of water conservancy projects in China. China’s water conservancy project construction is in the climax, the scale is big, the contradiction is many, the technology is difficult, it attracts the world’s attention; the economic sustainable development and the ecological environment protection responsibility, has a long way to go; the harmonious coexistence of human and society and nature need us to work together to create.
In recent years, many new developments of water conservancy science and technology have been summarized. The compilation of the new achievements, new trends, new developments, in the textbook combined with the content of each chapter, focusing on the water conservancy project construction, construction project management, safety management and other aspects involved in this textbook are introduced. In addition, for the mature, stable, reliable and advanced technical content, the practical formula and data are provided as clearly and concretely as possible.
In the process of compiling this book, a large number of references have been made, which can not be listed one by one. Here, I would like to express my high respect to the authors of the references. Due to the limited level of the author, there are inevitably omissions and deficiencies in the book. Readers are requested to criticize and correct.

前言

水是国民经济的命脉，也是人类发展的命脉。水利建设关乎国计民生，水利工程建设是很重要的基础建设。以已经建成的三峡水利枢纽为世界水利建设水平的标志。我国水利工程建设取得了巨大的成就。我国水利工程建设正处在高潮规模之大，矛盾之多技术之难，举世瞩目；经济可持续发展与生态环境保护的责任，任重道远；人与社会与自然的和谐共处，需要大家共同努力去创建。
近年来，水利科学技术的许多新发展得到了总结。此次编写对新成就、新动态、新发展，在教材中结合各章内容介绍，重点对本教材所涉及的水利工程施工、施工项目管理方面、安全管理等方面进行了介绍。另外，对成熟、稳定、可靠、先进的技术内容，尽量清楚、具体地给出够用的实用性公式和数据。
本书在编著的过程中，参考了大量的文献资料，不能一一列出，在此向参考文献的作者表示崇高的敬意。由于作者水平有限，书中难免存在疏漏和不足之处，敬请读者批评指正。

Ying Zhang, female, born in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province in October 1988. At present, she is the director of General Office in Xinjiang Xubo Yuhao Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. She treats people with sincerity and has good communication skills and team spirit. Since she joined the work, she has been deeply prepared for her heavy responsibilities. She has constantly strengthened her theoretical study, actively adjusted her working attitude, and actively adapted to the change of her role. She actively studied, was willing to practice and dared to ask for advice, and actively learned from leaders and veteran comrades.

张颖，女， 1988 年 10 月生，江西省九江市人。现任新疆旭博禹浩建筑工程有限公司办公室主任，以诚待人，有良好的沟通能力和团队精神；参加工作以来，深感重任备至，不断加强理论学习，积极调整工作姿态，主动适应角色转变，工作中主动学习、乐于实践、敢于请教，积极向领导和老同志学习工作经验。

张腾飞

Teng-Fei Zhang, male, bachelor’s degree, born in Huangmei County, Hubei Province in October 1984. He graduated from Hubei Normal University in 2006. From 2008 to 2012, he worked in Addis International Development Co., Ltd. and issued purchase orders mainly according to the requirements of customers. From 2013 to 2018, he worked in Iao Son Hong Tinta E Vernize LDA., a Macao enterprise with more than 300 people. He is now a legal person of Xinjiang Xubo Yuhao Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Since taking part in the work, he has been deeply aware of his heavy responsibilities, constantly strengthened theoretical study and actively adjusted his working attitude.

张腾飞，男， 1984 年 10 月生，湖北省黄梅县人， 2006 年毕业于湖北师范大学，大学本科学历。 2008 年-2012 年在雅迪斯国际发展有限公司，主要根据客户的要求下发采购订单。 2013 年-2018 年在友信行有限公司，超过三百人的澳门企业。现在是新疆旭博禹浩建筑工程有限公司的法人。参加工作以来，深感重任备至，不断加强理论学习，积极调整工作姿态。

向春平

Chun-Ping Xiang, female, born in Urumqi City, Xinjiang in November 1987. She graduated from Xinjiang Ploytechnical College in major of engineering cost in 2012. From 2011 to 2014, she worked in China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co.,Ltd. From 2018 to 2019, she worked in Xinjiang Xubo Yuhao Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. She is full of enthusiasm for work, can learn to ask, follow the arrangement of the leadership, she has strong adaptability, she is down-to-earth and diligent, she constantly enriches and improves herself in her work.

向春平，女， 1987 年 11 月生，新疆乌鲁木齐市人， 2012 年毕业于新疆工业高等专科学校工程造价专业。 2011 年-2014 年在中铁十三局集团有限公司实习及工作。 2018年-2019 年在新疆益源达建设工程有限公司工作。对工作充满热情，能学好问，听从领导的安排，适应能力强，踏实勤奋，在工作中不断的充实自我、完善自我。
