李国山,男, 1963 年 11 月,满族,河北省保定人,现任中共党员,高级工程师。2007 年参与区域漏水监测系统在漏水测试中的应用这一科研项目获省 2008 年科技进步个人二等奖,获得国家知识产权局颁发的实用新型专利证书 5 项,软著 4 项,发表多篇学术论文。
