Preface

With the development of the economy, urban construction is changing with each passing day, the requirements for the quality of construction projects and the level of safety production management are getting higher and higher. The safety production situation of China’s construction industry is grim, and the frequent occurrence of safety accidents not only brings huge economic losses to the construction enterprises and construction project owners, but also seriously affects the sustainable development of China’s construction industry, and causes many heated discussions on the topic of personal safety of construction workers.

This book is divided into eight chapters and elaborates on construction engineering, architectural design, building construction technology, construction safety hidden dangers and unsafe behaviors, safety culture construction of construction project, safety management of construction project, safety management of construction site and China’s construction safety supervision and incentive mechanism, with a view to providing a practical teaching material and reference book for the vast number of construction practitioners in China. This is our intention to write this book! As the book contains more content, involves more cumbersome knowledge, and has more compilers, the format, depth and breadth of the contents of each chapter may not be inconsistent; and the fallacies are inevitable. Readers are invited to criticize and correct. Suggestions for improvement will be gratefully received.


前言

随着经济的发展,城市建设日新月异,对建筑工程质量的要求越来越高,对安全生产管理水平也越来越高。而我国建筑业安全生产形势严峻,安全事故的频发,不仅给施工企业和建设项目的业主带来了巨大的经济损失,严重影响了我国建筑业的持续发展,也使建筑工人人身安全这一话题引来诸多热议。

本书共分八章,从建筑工程、建筑设计、建筑施工技术、建筑施工安全隐患与不安全行为、建筑施工项目安全文化建设、建筑工程施工安全管理、施工现场安全管理以及我国建筑安全监管激励机制等方面来阐述,从而为广大建筑业从业者提供一本切合实用的教材与参考书。这也是我们编写本书的意图所在,由于本书包罗内容较广,涉及知识较烦琐,编写人员较多,各章节内容的格式、深度和广度可能并不一致,谬误无可避免,敬请读者批评指正。

Editor-in-Chief

Dong-Ning Zhang, male, the Han nationality, born in Tai’an City of Shandong Province in 27th November 1971. He is a senior engineer, national registered first-class constructor, bid evaluation experts of Shandong Province construction engineering, Tai’an municipal government procurement bid evaluation expert, and is also a member of Chinese Communist Party and Civil Engineering & Architectural Society of Tai'an. In July 2003, he graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in industrial and civil architecture.

He served as the technician, technical director and project manager of 203 Project Department in the 5th Company of Shandong Taian Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. from August 1996 to March 2004.

From April 2004 to February 2013, He served as the Secretary, Deputy Manager, Secretary of the General Party Branch, and Manager in the 5th Company of Shandong Taian Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. From March 2014 to June 2017, he served as Deputy General Manager of Shandong Taian Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. And Executive Director of tthe 5th Company of Shandong Taian Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd.; since July 2017, he has served as General Manager of Shandong Taian Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. He was honored as “Excellent Chinese Communist Party Member”, “National Engineering Construction Excellent Project Manager”, “Pioneer Worker”, “Revitalization of Tai’an” and “Model Person of Project Management in China Construction Industry”, etc.


张东宁,男,汉族,出生于1971年11月27日,山东省泰安市人。中共党员,高级工程师,国家注册一级建造师,山东省建设工程评标专家,泰安市政府采购评标专家,泰安市土木建筑学会理事。2003年7月,毕业于山东科技大学工业与民用建筑专业(本科学历)。

1996年8月至2004年3月,任泰安建筑工程公司第五公司、203项目部技术员、技术负责人、项目经理;2004年4月至2013年2月,山东泰安建工集团第五分公司书记、副经理,总支书记、经理;2014年3月至2017年6月,任山东泰安建工集团副总经理、第五分公司执行董事;2017年7月起担任山东泰安建筑工程集团有限公司总经理。获得“优秀共产党员”“全国工程建设优秀项目经理”“工人先锋号”“全国工程建设优秀项目经理”“振兴泰安”“中国建筑业项目管理模范人物”等荣誉。
