Under the condition of market economy, the market plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises, especially the construction enterprises, as the pillar industry of China’s socialist economic construction, should always grasp the market dynamics, and strive to take the lead in the market competition. The guiding ideology of enterprises in the process of market operation is how to create more profits. Only by creating more profits can we have abundant funds to expand reproduction and improve the living conditions of employees and make contributions to the development of national economy. Feng-Jie Li, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior economist, born in 1966. At present ,she is living in Kunming City. Her research direction includes: project economy and management. She was responsible for the economic and technical management of Hebei Baojin, Yunnan Yuanmo, Sixiao, Shuima, Xiangli expressways and municipal and power station construction projects. She has been awarded various awards, such as projects, provincial and ministerial level and the state, and published many papers. She is now working in the Municipal General Contracting Department of Yunnan Construction and Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. as the chief project economist.
