Preface

The modern coal-fired boiler is an equipment which consumes a lot of energy. How to do a good job in boiler operation and energy saving is very important. This paper explores the possibility of energy-saving of coal-fired boiler from the aspects of boiler technical transformation, fuel saving control and operator management training, so as to provide reference for energy-saving operation of coal-fired boiler in actual production.
    Energy conservation and emission reduction is of great significance to the implementation of the scientific development concept, the construction of a harmonious socialist society, the improvement of people’s quality of life and the realization of sound and rapid economic and social development. The outline of China’s 11th Five Year Plan puts forward the constraint targets of reducing energy consumption per unit GDP by 20% and reducing the emission of main pollutants by 10%. The national energy conservation and emission reduction work conference clearly proposed to form a work pattern of energy conservation and emission reduction with the government as the leading role, enterprises as the main body and the whole society jointly promoting. There is a large space for energy saving of special equipment, especially for industrial boilers. Due to unreasonable structural design, uncoordinated auxiliary equipment, inconsistent coal type with design and improper operation, the energy consumption is too large. At present, the average thermal efficiency of industrial boilers in China is lower 10% ~ 15% than that in developed countries. If effective measures are taken to increase the average thermal efficiency of coal-fired industrial boilers by 10%, 60 million tons of coal can be saved every year. It is of great significance to explore the using methods of boilers and to further study the energy conservation and emission reduction of boilers for resource saving and promoting the healthy development of society.

现代的燃煤锅炉是一个能源消耗很大的设备,如何做好锅炉运行和对能源的节省,本文从锅炉的技术改造,燃料的节约控制和操作工人管理培训等方面探索了燃煤锅炉节能的可能性,为实际生产中燃煤锅炉的节能运作提供参考。
      节能减排对贯彻落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会,对提高人民生活质量、实现经济社会又好又快发展,具有极其重要而深远的意义。我国“十一五”规划《纲要》提出了“十一五”单位 GDP 能耗降低 20%、主要污染物排量减少 10%的约束性目标。全国节能减排工作会议,明确提出了要尽快形成以政府为主导、企业为主体、全社会共同推进的节能减排工作格局。特种设备节能空间很大,尤其是工业锅炉,由于结构设计不合理、辅机配套不协调、可用煤种与设计不符、运行操作不当等因素,造成能源消耗量过大。目前我国工业锅炉平均热效率与工业发达国家相比要低 10%~15%,如果采取有效措施,使燃煤工业锅炉平均实际热效率提高10%,每年可节煤 6000 万吨。可以说,探究锅炉使用方式以及深入研究锅炉节能减排对资源节约以及促进社会健康发展都具有非常重要的意义。

Hai-Jun Ren, male, the Han nationality, CPC member, born in Tumete Right Banner, Inner Mongolia in March 1984. In 2007, he graduated from Inner Mongolia University of Technology majoring in material forming. At present, he works in the Fire Protection Service Department of Shendong Mining Service Company of CNH Energy Group. He has been working for nearly 13 years. He has successively participated in the construction of Shendong Shangwan heat exchange station, Shangwan initial station and automatic heating system, and completed the innovative construction of condensate recovery system of primary heating station in mining area and steam water separation system of initial heating station in mining area; in 2019, he set up the first fire training base in Shendong mining service company after he was assigned to work in the Fire Protection Service Department of Shendong Mining Service Company.



任海军,男,汉族, 1984 年 3 月生,内蒙古土默特右旗人,中共党员, 2007 年毕业于内蒙古工业大材料成型专业,现国家能源集团神东矿业服务公司消防维保服务部工作,参加工作近 13 年,先后参与完成神东上湾换热站、上湾首站以及自动化供热系统建设工程,完成矿区一次供热站凝结水回收系统、矿区供热首站汽水分离系统的创新建设; 2019 年,因工作需要调神东矿业服务公司消防维保服务部工作后建立神东首个消防实训基地。

Guang-Yi Yang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s dgree, CPC member, born in Ordos, Inner Mongolia in August 1982. On 1st July 2008, he graduated from Inner Mongolia University of Technology and his major was building environment and equipment engineering. He took part in work in July 2008 and worked in Shendong Company. He successively worked in the position of stoker and dispatching supervisor in Shendong Plumbing Company, Shendong Electric Water Heating Service Center, Shendong Mining Service Company. From January 2013 to now, he has worked in the position of heating director of Technical Management Department of Shendong Coal Group Mining Service Company.


杨光义,男,汉族, 1982 年 8 月生,内蒙古鄂尔多斯人,中共党员, 2008 年 7 月 1日毕业于内蒙古工业大学,所学专业为建筑环境与设备工程。本科学历。 2008 年 7月参加工作, 2008 年 7 月进入神东公司工作,先后在神东水暖公司、神东电水暖服务中心、神东矿业服务公司的司炉、调度主管岗位工作, 2013 年 1 月至今在神东煤炭集团矿业服务公司技术管理部供暖主管岗位工作。

Ying Kou, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree of engineering, born in Zibo City, Shandong Province in August 1981. He is now a member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Shendong Mining Service Company of CNH Energy Group. Since 2004, he has presided over the preparation of the company’s operation (service) standards, equipment safety operation procedures and other work instruction manuals and internal training materials. He completed 2 achievements of QC group activities: “Study on Membrane Washing System for Direct Drinking Water” and “Establishment of Wireless Room Temperature Monitoring System and Research on Heating Energy Consumption Quota”. In recent years, his monographs include: Collapse Accident of Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Face and its Prevention Technology, Research on Key Points of Water Supply and Drainage Fire Protection Design of High-rise Buildings, etc.


寇莹,男,汉族, 1981 年 8 月生,山东淄博人,工学学士,现任国家能源集团神东矿业服务公司党委委员、 副总经理。 2004 年参加工作以来, 主持编写了公司运行(服务)标准、设备安全操作规程等工作指导手册和内部培训教材。完成 QC 小组活动成果 2 项,《直饮水洗膜系统装置研究》、《无线室温监测系统建立及供热能耗定额研究》。近年专著有《综放面压架事故及其预防技术》、《探析高层建筑给排水消防设计要点研究》等。
