Water supply and drainage project plays an important role in the production and life of urban residents and is one of the important facilities to ensure the normal operation of the city. The quality of construction is closely related to urban life. With the continuous advancement of urbanization, China’s water resources are becoming increasingly scarce. Therefore, the construction quality of the water supply and drainage project must be guaranteed to achieve the maximum water-saving effect. The quality of the construction of the water supply and drainage project not only affects the normal use, but also has serious water waste. So, it is necessary to do a good job in all aspects of project management. The main function of the water supply and drainage pipeline is not only to collect and transport precipitation, domestic sewage and industrial wastewater generated by the city, but also to create a stable and comfortable living environment for the people living in the city, maintain the ecological balance, and ensure the sustainable development of the city’s economy and environment. However, the water supply and drainage system has its own particularity. Relative measures should be taken during construction. Because most of the pipe network is buried deep underground, it is difficult to find and deal with the problems in time. Therefore, the construction management and project quality management of the water supply and drainage project need to be scientifically managed and strictly monitored.
This book will elaborate on the utilization and protection of water resources, overview of water supply and drainage project, water supply and drainage pipe network, water intake project, water conveyance and distribution project, water treatment project, sewage treatment project, and the application of BIM technology in building water supply and drainage engineering.

给排水工程在城市居民生产生活中具有重要作用,是保障城市正常运转的重要设施之一,其施工的质量与城市生活息息相关。随着城市化建设的不断推进,使得我国水资源日益紧缺,因此在给排水工程施工时一定要保证给排水工程的施工质量,保证其达到最大节水效果。给排水工程施工质量的好坏不仅影响到正常使用,更存在严重的水资源浪费现象,因此需要做好工程各方面的管理工作。给排水管道的主要作用不仅是收集并输送城市产生的降水、生活污水和工业废水,还能为生活居住在城市的人群创造一个安稳舒适的生活环境,维护生态的平衡,确保城市经济和环境的可持续发展。但是,给排水系统具有一定的特殊性。在施工时采取施工相对的措施。因其管网大部分深埋地下,管网问题难以及时发现并进行处理,因此对给排水工程施工管理与工程质量管理需要进行科学管理,严格监控其过程。
本书将对水的利用与水资源保护、给水排水工程概述、给水排水管网、取水工程、输水与配水工程、给水处理工程、污水处理工程,以及BIM技术在建筑给排水工程中的应用等方面进行阐述。
Xiao-Li Fan, female, the Han nationality, born in Xi’an of Shaanxi Province in September 11th, 1971. Her ancestral home is in Guanghua County, Hubei Province. She has a bachelor’s degree and has worked in Xi’an Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. since July 1992. She has been engaged in HVAC, water supply and drainage, utility tunnel and other work since her work. She won the first prize of Shaanxi Excellent Engineering Design twice, the second prize four times, the third prize seven times, and the second prize of the National Survey Association. And she participated in the compilation of three provincial standards and applied for four patents.
范晓莉,女,汉族,1971年9月11日生,陕西省西安市人,祖籍湖北省光化县,本科学历,自1992年7月在西安市政设计研究院有限公司工作至今,高级工程师。工作以来从事暖通、给排水、综合管廊等方面的工作。获陕西省优秀工程设计一等奖两次、二等奖四次、三等奖七次;全国勘察协会二等奖一次。参编三本省标编制;申请了四项专利。
Li-Hong Qian, female, born in Tangshan City of Hebei Province in February 18th, 1980. She is a bachelor’s degree and has dual majors in water supply and drainage project and engineering management. She is a professional engineer of water supply and drainage, constructor of municipal public projects. After graduation, she has been engaged in construction technology of water supply project, research and management for a long time in Tangshan Water Supply Company, Hebei Province. She has served as the project manager and technical manager for many times in the key water supply projects such as the world bank water supply project in Tangshan City, water system project, water supply, electric power supply, heat supply and real estate management. She has completed many projects, successfully solved many difficult problems in water supply project construction, and has rich experience in construction and management in the field of water supply and drainage project.
钱立红,女,1980年2月18日生,河北省唐山市人,本科学历,学士学位。给水排水工程、工程管理双专业学历。给排水专业工程师,市政公用工程建造师。大学毕业后在河北省唐山市自来水公司长期从事给水工程施工技术、研究与管理工作。在唐山市世行供水项目、水系工程、三供一业等重点供水工程项目中多次担任项目经理、技术负责人职务,负责完成了多个工程项目,成功解决了许多供水工程建设中的疑难问题,在给排水工程领域具有丰富的施工及管理经验。
Xing-Yun Wu, male, born in Hegang City of Heilongjiang Province in March 1968. He graduated from Hebei University of Engineering and Harbin University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, with a bachelor’s degree. He is a senior engineer with the qualification of a second-class constructor. He is currently the Deputy Chief Engineer of Yinlong Water Operation Center in Hegang City. In the past 30 years, he has been engaged in the design and research of water supply and drainage, water supply and drainage construction and operation management of water supply enterprises for many years, and has repeatedly won the title of scientific and technological achievements and outstanding scientific and technological workers.
吴兴运,男,1968年3月出生,黑龙江省鹤岗市人。先后毕业于河北煤炭建筑工程学院和哈尔滨建筑大学,本科学历,高级工程师职称,二级建造师资格。现任鹤岗市银龙水务运营中心副总工程师。从业30年来,长期从事给排水的设计研究、给排水施工及供水企业的运行管理,多次获得科技成果和优秀科技工作者称号。
