Preface

Highway bridge engineering detection is an important part of highway bridge construction quality management. Through the test and detection, the quality of various raw materials, semi-finished products and finished components can be evaluated quantitatively, so as to make full use of local raw materials, and rapidly promote the application of new materials, new technologies and new processes, and reasonably control the construction quality and scientifically evaluate the quality of highway and bridge engineering. Therefore, the test and detection work will play a very important role in ensuring and improving the project quality, speeding up the construction progress, reducing the project cost and promoting the progress of highway engineering construction technology.
    The detection technology of highway and bridge engineering is a new developing subject, which integrates the theoretical knowledge of test, detection, practical operation skills and related basic knowledge, involves a wide range of knowledge, and contains more project contents. In order to enable the engineering, testing personnel or quality control management personnel to acquire relatively systematic and complete highway bridge construction detection knowledge, so as to do a good job in the key links of engineering material quality, construction control parameters, on-site construction process quality and engineering quality acceptance, this book is specially compiled.
    Due to the rapid development of new methods, new technologies and new specifications of highway engineering test and detection, as well as the limited level of the editor, there are inevitably some defects in the book. The majority of teachers and students and readers who use the book are welcome to criticize and correct them.


前 言

公路桥梁工程检测工作是公路桥梁施工质量管理中的一个重要组成部分。通过试验、检测,能用定量的方法评价各种原材料、半成品和成品构件的质量,从而充分地利用当地原材料,亦能迅速推广应用新材料、新技术和新工艺,能合理地进行施工质量控制和科学地评定公路桥梁工程质量。因此,试验、检测工作对于保证和提高工程质量、加快施工进度、降低工程造价、推动公路工程施工技术进步,将起到极为重要的作用。
       公路桥梁工程、检测技术是正在发展的新学科,它融试验,检测理论知识和实际操作技能及相关基础知识于一体,涉及知识面较广包含的项目内容较多。为使工程、检测人员或质量控制管理人员获得比较系统完整的公路桥梁施工检测知识,以便在工程施工中做好工程材料质量、施工控制参数、现场施工过程质量和工程质量验收这几个关键环节的把关工作,特编写此书。
       由于公路工程试验检测新方法、 新技术及新规范发展迅速, 加之编者水平有限,书中难免存在不妥之处,敬请使用本书的广大师生和读者批评指正。

Jun-Hua Deng, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, constructor, supervision engineer, testing engineer, born in Chenzhou City, Hunan Province in February 1975. He has rich experience in traffic engineering construction management and test detection for nearly 25 years. He has participated in the construction management and test detection of many expressways, and has unique management methods and experience in the construction management and test detection of highway and bridge engineering. He has won the honorary titles of “top ten quality guards”, “excellent project leader” and “excellent center laboratory director” of expressways under construction in Guizhou Province in 2017, and won 3 national invention patents and 8 utility model patents.


邓军华,男,汉族, 1975 年 2 月生,湖南郴州人,本科学历,高级工程师,注册一级建造师,注册监理工程师,试验检测工程师。有近 25 年丰富的交通工程施工管理及试验检测经验,曾参与多条高速公路施工管理及试验检测工作,特别在公路桥梁工程的施工管理和试验检测方面有着独到的管理方法和经验, 曾荣获 2017 年度贵州省在建高速公路“十佳质量卫士”、“优秀项目负责人”、“优秀中心试验室主任”等荣誉称号,获得国家发明专利 3 项,实用新型专利 8 项。

Ji-Wei Huang, male, the Han nationality, ,master’s degree, born in Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia in November 1971. He graduated from Inner Mongolia University of Technology majoring in road and bridge in 2001. In 2006, he won the special award for controlling aeolian sand in Inner Mongolia Senior Highway Construction and Development Co., Ltd., and the advanced individual award of Wuhai Branch of Inner Mongolia Senior Highway Construction and Development Co., Ltd.; in 2007, he won the maintenance innovation award of Inner Mongolia Senior Highway Construction and Development Co., Ltd. and the advanced individual award of Wuhai Branch of Inner Mongolia Senior Highway Construction and Development Co., Ltd.; in 2008, he was rated as the advanced individual of disaster resistance and coal rush transportation by Inner Mongolia Transportation Department; he has been rated as an advanced individual in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2014, and 2018. He is outstanding in his work.


黄继伟,男,汉族, 1971 年 11 月出生,内蒙古乌海市人。 2001 年毕业于内蒙古工业大学,所学专业道路与桥梁。研究生学历。 2006 年获得内高路公司治理风积沙专项奖、内高路公司乌海分公司先进个人奖; 2007 年获得内高路公司养护创新奖、内高路公司乌海分公司先进个人奖; 2008 年被内蒙古自治区交通厅评为抗灾保通和电煤抢运先进个人、 2007 年, 2008 年, 2009 年, 2010 年, 2011 年, 2014 年, 2018年连续多年被评为先进个人,工作业绩突出。

Bing-Ya Wu, male, the Han nationality, born in Fuyang City, Anhui Province in December 1985. He graduated from Hefei University of Technology majoring in civil engineering. His research direction is bridge nondestructive testing technology. He has the qualification certificate of senior engineer of transportation (road and bridge), bridge and tunnel engineering, road engineering inspector. He has been engaged in highway and bridge engineering test and detection. He has been responsible for the bridge load test detection of more than 300 bridge types, and the bridge quality inspection of more than 5000 bridge types. He won the title of excellent inspector of Anhui Highway Society. Now, he is the leader of bridge professional inspection of Anhui Expressway Test and Research Center Co., Ltd.


武秉亚,男,汉族, 1985 年 12 月出生于安徽阜阳,毕业于合肥工业大学土木工程专业,研究方向为桥梁无损检测技术。具有交通运输(道路与桥梁)专业高级工程师,桥隧工程、道路工程检测师资格证书。一直从事公路桥梁工程试验检测工作,曾负责完成三百余座各类桥型的桥梁荷载试验检测,五千余座各类桥型的桥梁质量检测等。获取安徽省公路学会优秀检测员称号。现任安徽高速公路试验检测科研中心有限公司桥梁专业检测带头人。
