Preface
With the development of China’s economy and the increasing demand for automobiles, the automobile manufacturing industry has great potential for development, and thus it has gained bright market prospects. In this process,the development of rapid prototyping manufacturing technology for automotive parts has also revived, and has gradually become one of the most concerned technologies in the field of automobile manufacturing in China. Therefore, we need to start with its actual development process and discuss how to strengthen the application of rapid prototyping manufacturing technology in the actual automotive parts manufacturing process.
The book is divided into three sections (seven chapters). The first three chapters (the first section) respectively discuss the current situation and development trend of the automobile manufacturing industry and China’s automotive parts industry, the blank manufacturing technology of automotive parts, and the basic theory of manufacturing technology of automotive parts. The four to six chapters of (the second section) study the processing and manufacturing technology for different types of automotive parts such as shaft-like, plate-like, fork-like and box-like. The third section studies the 3D rapid prototyping technology of automotive parts and discusses rapid prototyping technology and its specific application in automotive parts manufacturing.

随着我国经济的发展,对汽车的需求不断增大,汽车制造行业具有较大地发展潜力,并因此获得广阔的市场前景,在这一过程中汽车零部件快速成型制造技术发展也焕发生机,逐渐成为我国汽车制造业领域内关注程度较高的技术之一,因而需要我们从其实际发展过程入手,对如何加强快速成型制造技术在实际汽车零部件制造过程中的应用进行有益的探讨。
本书共分为三大部分、七个章节,第一部分前三章分别探讨了汽车制造业以及中国汽车零部件行业现状与发展态势,汽车零件的毛坯制造技术,以及汽车零件的制造技术基础理论;第二部分四到六章研究轴套类、盘类、叉架与箱体类等不同类型汽车零部件的加工与制造技术,第三部分研究汽车零部件3D快速成型技术,探讨快速成型技术及其在汽车零部件制造中的具体应用。
Hong-Biao Shang, male, the Han nationality, born in June 1988. He graduated from Taiyuan University of Technology in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in material forming and control engineering; and he is an engineer engaged in casting process design. In recent years, he has participated in the completion of four technical transformation projects such as “Productivity Improvement Project of Engine Cylinder Block Castings with an Annual Production of 400,000”, “Cast Aluminum Engineering Project”, etc. On the hand, he has also been involved in the development of various techniques like engine cylinder block, gearbox housing, clutch housing castings, and rapid prototyping of castings. He has published 4 papers, authorizes 1 invention patent, 6 utility model patents, and writes 4 enterprise technical standards.
尚红标,男,汉族,1988年6月出生,2010年毕业于太原理工大学材料成型及控制工程专业,工学学士,工程师,从事铸造工艺设计工作。近年来参与完成“年产40万件发动机缸体铸件产能提升项目”,“铸铝工程项目”等技改项目4项;参与完成多款发动机缸体、变速箱壳、离合器壳铸件、铸件快速成型工艺开发。发表论文4篇,授权发明专利1件,实用新型专利6件,撰写企业技术标准4项。
