Preface
With the increasing development of economic globalization, the requirements for port and waterway engineering technology are more rigorous in order to adapt to the economic development. The construction of China’s economy is increasingly prosperous and develops into various forms. At the same time, China has also made breakthroughs in the field of foreign trade. As the window of China’s foreign trade, port and waterway plays an important role in promoting the national economic development and regional prosperity. Therefore, port and waterway engineering construction attract more and more attention of the society, and the technology applied in port and waterway engineering becomes more and more standardized. In recent years, China has invested more and more manpower and material resources in port and waterway engineering, which has a great impact on the continuing development of foreign trade.
As the essential infrastructure of foreign trade, port and waterway highly promotes the national and regional development. Therefore, it has been paid more and more attention by the country and the people; its technical construction and management have to meet the higher and higher requirement offered by the people. This book gives a brief exploration, analysis and interpretation in the field of port and waterway engineering, mainly introduces the port management and waterway engineering which could provide theoretical support and reference experience for the construction of port and waterway engineering in the future.
In view of the vast contents of port and waterway engineering and the limitation of compilers’ abilities, the content of the book may be inappropriate in some parts. Readers who use this textbook are welcome to criticize and correct the mistakes and deficiencies so that it could be further revised and supplemented in the future.

随着经济全球化的不断深入,为了适应经济的发展,对于港口航道工程技术的要求更加严格。中国的经济建设日益繁荣并呈现出多种形态,与此同时,中国在对外贸易领域也取得了突破性进展。港口航道作为中国对外贸易的窗口,对于国家经济的发展和地区繁荣都有良好的推动作用,因而,港口航道工程建设越来越受到社会的关注,对于港口航道工程的技术日趋规范,近几年,中国在港口航道工程上投入更多的人力、物力,对对外贸易的不断发展起着不可忽视的作用。
港口航道作为对外贸易必不可少的基础设施,对整个国家和地区的发展有很大的促进作用,因此也越来越受到国家和人民的重视,人们对其技术建设和管理方面也提出越来越高的要求。本文就港口航道工程方面进行了探索分析与解读,着重介绍了港口管理和航道工程,可为今后的港口航道工程的施工提供借鉴经验和理论支持。
鉴于港航工程内容浩瀚,编写人员水平有限,内容难免失当。欢迎使用本教材的读者,对其中的错误与不足,提出批评指正,以便今后进一步修改补充。
Bing-Zhuang Guo, male, CPC member, master’s degree, MBA from Zhejiang University, senior engineer, water conservancy and hydropower Class 1 constructor, port and waterway Class 1 constructor, Zhejiang Provincial key construction office bid evaluation expert and so on, born in November 1972. He serves as deputy general manager of Zhejiang First Hydro Group Co., Ltd. Since participating in the work, he has presided over and participated in 18 road projects, and has participated in many construction projects such as sluices, tunnels, rockfill dams, sea ponds, coastal reclamation, dock storage yards, main water supply channels, etc.
郭丙庄,男, 1972 年 11 月生,中共党员。浙江大学工商管理硕士研究生学历。正高级工程师、水利水电一级建造师、港口与航道一级建造师、浙江省重点办评标专家等,现任浙江省第一水电建设集团股份有限公司副总经理。参加工作以来,先后主持参建过 18 个项目的施工管理工作,参建项目有水闸、隧洞、堆石坝、海塘、围海造地、码头堆场、供水干渠等方面的施工项目。
Jian-Yue He, male, CPC member, senior engineer, born in April 1962. He graduated from Gezhouba Hydropower Engineering College majoring in water conservancy and hydropower engineering. At present, he is the general engineer in Zhejiang First Hydro Group Co., Ltd. His social positions include: Zhejiang Provincial key construction office bid evaluation expert; technology expert of China Association of Construction Enterprise Management; Zhejiang Provincial demolition expert; Zhejiang Provincial emergency expert; Zhejiang Provincial Trade Association of Building expert, etc.
何建岳,男, 1962 年 4 月生,中共党员,葛洲坝水电工程学院水工建筑专业毕业。正高级工程师,现任浙江省第一水电建设集团股份有限公司总工程师。现担任社会职务有:浙江省重点办评标专家;中国施工企业管理协会科技专家;浙江省爆破专家;浙江省应急专家;浙江省建筑业行业协会专家等。
