Preface

With the continuous development of society, the chemical industry also has certain requirements on its mechanical equipment. The production conditions of chemical industrial products are mostly high temperature, high pressure, complex medium conditions and high technical content, and most of their raw materials and products are highly toxic, flammable, explosive and highly corrosive substances. Chemical production plays an important role in the development of the national economy. Therefore, the performance and reliability of the basic equipment for chemical industry production and operation are very high. Without reliable equipment, the chemical industry has no basis for survival. The reliability of equipment operation determines the normal production of chemical industry. The process of modern industrial production is increasingly moving toward the development direction of large-scale, refined and integrated. The overall operation of a chemical plant is actually an extremely complex and large system. Once one of the links fails and the appropriate solution is not taken in time, a major accident will occur in the entire system. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the design process of chemical machinery equipment to ensure the normal and safe operation of each link.

This book briefly describes the chemical equipment materials, centrifugal compressors, turboexpanders, valves, general manufacturing technology of process equipment, heat exchangers, tower equipment, cryogenic liquid storage and transportation equipment.


前言

随着社会的不断发展,化工业对其机械设备也有了一定的要求。化工业产品生产条件多为高温、高压、复杂介质条件,高技术含量的,其原料及产品又大多为剧毒、易燃、易爆、强腐蚀性物质,因为化工生产在国民经济发展中占据着重要地位,所以,对于化工业生产运行的基础设备的性能、可靠性就非常高,离开了设备,或者说离开了可靠的设备,化工业就失去了生存的基础,设备运行的可靠与否就决定了化工业生产的正常与否。而现代化工业生产的过程日益趋向大型化、精细化和集成化的发展方向运行,一台运行着的化工设备,整体实际上是一个极其复杂的大系统。而一旦其中的某一个环节发生故障,或者哪一部分使用不当又没有及时采取合适的解决措施,就会导致整个系统发生重大事故,因此,必须要对化工机械设备设计过程进行严格的控制,确保每个环节的正常安全运行。

本书将通过对化工设备材料、离心式压缩机、透平膨胀机、阀门、过程设备通用制造技术、换热器、塔设备、低温液体储运设备等进行了简单的阐述。

He is an engineer and a registered consulting expert in Jiangsu Province, and is currently the director-general of business department II of Jiangsu Suji Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. He is mainly engaged in the management and safety evaluation of the equipment safety and efficient operation of chemical machinery. He has participated in the optimization and upgrading of the high-pressure reaction kettle in the accelerator plant of Sinopec Nanjing Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and the rectification, the transformation of the film polar distance of Nanjing KUMHO GRRO Chemical Co., Ltd. and the safety evaluation of the technical transformation project of Lianyungang Baocheng Chemical Co., Ltd.


刘新,男,1978年11月出生,山东省东平县人,工程师,江苏省注册咨询专家,现任江苏省苏计投资咨询有限公司业务二部部长。主要从事化工机械的设备安全、高效运行管理和安全评估工作,参与完成了中石化南化公司促进剂装置高压反应釜优化升级以及精馏,金浦锦湖烧碱电解装置膜极距改造工程,连云港宝诚化工技改项目安全评估等工作。

Xiao-Wei Xiang, male, born in May 1981, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province. He is an engineer and registered consultant in Jiangsu province. He is the director of business department I of Jiangsu Suji Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., and is mainly engaged in technical consultation and special evaluation of chemical projects. He was awarded the second prize of Jiangsu Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievements. Moreover, he participated in the feasibility study and safety assessment of the 200,000-ton styrene expansion of Changzhou Donghao Chemical Co., Ltd. and the deep processing of silicone in the second phase of Dowcorning (Zhangjiagang).


项晓伟,男,1981年5月出生,黑龙江省鸡西市人,工程师,江苏省注册咨询专家。现任江苏省苏计投资咨询有限公司业务一部部长,主要从事化工项目的技术咨询及专项评估工作,曾获江苏省优秀工程咨询成果二等奖。参与完成了常州东昊化工20万吨苯乙烯扩建、张家港道康宁二期有机硅深加工等项目的可行性研究、安全评估等工作。

Bo Hu, male, born in July 1984, Xinyang City, Henan Province. He is an engineer, a national registered consultant engineer (investment), and is currently a safety technical engineer of Jiangsu Sujia Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. He is mainly engaged in safety evaluation and engineering consultation in chemical, mechanical and metallurgical industries. Moreover, he also participated in the safety diagnosis and evaluation of the 160,000 tons/year cracking C9 deep processing project of Nanjing Qidong Chemical Co., Ltd. and the 100,000 tons/year intermediate xylene project of Jiangsu Zhongxin Petrochemical Co., Ltd.

 

胡波,男,1984年7月出生,河南省信阳市人,工程师,国家注册咨询工程师(投资),现任江苏省苏计投资咨询有限公司安全技术工程师。主要从事化工、机械、冶金等行业的安全评价以及工程咨询工作,参与了南京齐东化工16万吨/年裂解C9深加工项目、江苏中欣石化年产10万吨间二甲苯工程等项目的安全诊断、评估工作。
