Architecture is the main place for human beings to engage in various activities. Population increase, resource shortage, environmental pollution and ecological damage are closely related to human construction activities. As a response to environmental problems, green building has become the mainstream and direction of world architecture
research and development, and has been promoted in many developed countries. In China, the concept of green building began to be familiar to people, and the theoretical research and design practice of green building has become a hot spot in the industry.
Green building has attracted great attention of the Chinese government, which also indicates that China’s construction industry has ushered in a new era of green building. Green building industry is very large, from the research and development and production of green building materials, the development and application of green building technology, the implementation of green building projects to the operation and management of a series of processes derived a large number of management problems. These management problems are not only brand-new but also urgent to be solved for the majority of project builders.
Green building technology is an interdisciplinary, cross industry, comprehensive and applied technology. This book combs the basic concept of green building, and analyzes the design, construction and management technology of green building. Combined with the green building related laws and regulations and evaluation system, it plays a positive role in promoting the overall promotion of green construction in China.
Due to the lack of time and the limited level of the editor, there are inevitably some shortcomings. At the time of publication of this book, we sincerely hope that readers can put forward valuable opinions and suggestions for this book.

建筑是人类从事各种活动的主要场所。人口增加、资源匮乏、环境污染和生态破坏与人类的建筑活动密切相关。绿色建筑作为建筑界应对环境问题的回应已经成为世界建筑研究与发展的主流与方向,并在不少发达国家实践推广。在中国绿色建筑的概念开始为人们所熟悉、绿色建筑的理论研究和设计实践也已成为业界的热点。
绿色建筑已经引起中国政府的高度重视,也预示着中国建筑行业迎来了崭新的绿色建筑时代。绿色建筑产业量非常庞大,从绿色建材的研发与生产、绿色建筑技术的开发应用、绿色建筑项目实施到运营管理等一系列过程中衍生出大量的管理问题。这些管理问题对广大的工程建设者来说,不仅是全新的也是迫切需要解决的。
绿色建筑技术是一门跨学科、跨行业、综合性与应用性都很强的技术。本书梳理了绿色建筑的基本概念,对绿色建筑中的设计与施工及管理技术进行研究分析。结合绿色建筑相关的法律法规及评估体系,对加快我国绿色施工的全面推进起到积极的促进作用。
由于时间的仓促,编者水平有限,难免存在不足之处,在本书出版之际,我们真诚地希望读者对本书提出宝贵的意见和建议。
Wei-Sheng Zhou, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Dongming County, Shandong Province in November 1970. He has been engaged in engineering investigation for 24 years, serving as senior engineer and registered geotechnical engineer. He has presided over and completed 122 metallurgical and mining engineering investigations, 69 slope reinforcement and mine curtain designs, 7 groundwater environmental geological surveys, and 32 construction projects such as foundation and landslide control, and is good at dealing with technical problems in this field. He has won 1 National Quality Engineering Award and 7 provincial and ministerial excellent survey and design awards.
周伟胜,汉族, 1970 年 11 月生,山东省东明县人,本科学历。从事工程勘察工作24 年任高级工程师、注册岩土工程师。主持完成了冶金、矿山等工程勘察 122 项;边坡加固及矿山帷幕等设计 69 项, 地下水环境地质调查 7 项; 地基基础和滑坡治理等施工项目 32 项,并善于处理本领域的技术难题。获国家优质工程奖 1 项,省部级优秀勘察设计奖共 7 项。
Yan-Peng Gao, the Han nationality, born in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province in July 1982. He graduated from Ocean University of China in 2003. At present, he works in Shandong Shenhua Jiangong Technology Co., Ltd. He has been engaged in the construction and management of general contracting site, the application and localization of construction engineering software, the whole process consultation and site management of the construction party; he has participated in a number of urban landmark civil and public urban complex construction and shantytown reconstruction projects, with a total construction area of more than 600000 square meters, large single buildings involve hotels, underground shopping malls, underground tunnels, cinemas, etc.
高雁鹏, 1982 年 7 月生,汉族,山东聊城人,于 2003 年毕业于中国海洋大学,现任职于山东莘华建工科技股份有限公司,先后从事于施工总承包现场施工与管理、建筑工程软件应用及本地化、建设方全过程咨询及现场管理;参与多项城市地标性民用、公用城市综合体建设及棚户区改造工程,累计建筑面积 60 余万平方米,大型单体建筑涉及酒店、地下商场、地下隧道、影剧院等。
