Preface

With the rapid development of China’s economy and modernization and the overheated real estate industry in recent years, the scale of construction projects has been expanding, especially the rise of high-rise buildings. Every year, various construction projects can reach more than one billion square meters, which brings new challenges to the construction and management of construction projects. This book includes construction and construction engineering, building engineering
materials, building engineering planning and design, construction engineering construction technology, construction foundation management and project management, as well as innovation of construction engineering construction management. It explains and explains the problems existing in the construction and management process, so as to provide a practical reference book for the majority of construction industry colleagues, and contribute to the development of China’s construction industry.

前言

随着我国经济和现代化建设事业的高速发展及近年来房地产业过热的大环境推动下，建筑工程规模不断扩大，尤其是高层建筑拔地而起，每年各类建筑工程项目可达十几亿平方米，给建筑工程施工与管理提出了新的挑战。
本书包含建筑与建筑工程、建筑工程材料、建筑工程规划设计、建筑工程施工技术、建筑施工基础管理与项目管理以及建筑工程施工管理的创新等内容，对建筑工程施工与管理过程中存在的问题进行阐释与说明，以期为广大建筑业同仁提供一本切合实用的工具书，为我国建筑业的发展添砖加瓦。

郑林林

Lin-Lin Zheng, registered architect I (housing construction), born in Yantai City, Shandong Province, 1982. She graduated from China University of Petroleum (East China) in June 2005. In June 2015, she obtained a master’s degree in project management engineering from Ocean University of China. She is now working in Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Hongke Real Estate Co., Ltd. and has been engaged in real estate development management and construction engineering technology for a long time. At the same time, she focuses on technological innovation and R & D. She also has obtained two utility model patents.

郑林林， 1982 年生，山东烟台人，一级注册建造师（房屋建筑）。 2005 年 6 月毕业于中国石油大学（华东）环境工程专业。 2015 年 6 月获得了中国海洋大学项目管理工程硕士学位。现就职于青岛胶州湾宏科置业有限公司，长期从事房地产开发管理与建筑工程技术工作。同时，专注于技术创新和研发工作。获得两个实用新型专利。

李磊

Lei Li, senior engineer, born in Qingdao City, Shandong Province, August 1976. He graduated from major in heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineering of Qingdao University of Technology. He got his bachelor’s degree in China Agricultural University majoring in civil engineering June 2012. He is now working in Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Hongke Real Estate Co., Ltd. and has been engaged in real estate development management and construction engineering technology for a long time. At the same time, he focuses on technological innovation and R & D. He had participated in one Luban Prize project and two Shandong Taishan Cup projects.

李磊， 1976 年 8 年生，山东青岛人，高级工程师。 1998 年 7 月毕业于青岛理工大学供热通风及空调工程专业。2012 年6 月获得了中国农业大学工民建专业本科学历。现就职于青岛胶州湾宏科置业有限公司，长期从事房地产开发管理与建筑工程技术工作。同时，专注于技术创新和研发工作，参与国家鲁班奖工程一项，山东省泰山杯工程两项。

林涛

Tao Lin, the Han nationality, engineer(construction engineering), born in Qingdao City, Shandong Province in October 1986. He graduated from College of Civil Engineering & Architecture, Qingdao Agricultural University in July 2009. He is now working in Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Hongke Real Estate Co., Ltd. and engaged in engineering technology management, real estate development and urban supporting facilities construction. At the same time, he focuses on technological innovation and R & D. He has participated in construction of Qingdao Metro Control Center, BGI and other projects, and won provincial awards for many projects.

林涛，男，汉族， 1986 年 10 月生，山东青岛人，工程师（建设工程）， 2009 年 7月毕业于青岛农业大学建筑工程学院。就职于青岛胶州湾宏科置业有限公司，从事工程技术管理、房地产开发及城市配套设施建设工作。同时专注于工程技术创新与研发。参与青岛地铁控制中心、华大基因等项目建设，多项工程获省优奖项。
