Preface
In recent years, the state vigorously promotes the urbanization construction, and the investment in infrastructure construction is gradually increasing, which makes more and more municipal engineering projects appear around the city. Municipal engineering construction is different from other projects, its construction is more complex, usually the construction site is located in a more remote location, the construction technology is also more cumbersome. China’s social economy and people’s living standards are developing rapidly. In this situation, the speed of China’s urbanization process has also been unprecedentedly accelerated. Gradually, people also put forward higher and higher requirements for municipal engineering projects. In order to optimize the municipal engineering construction technology, we need to do a lot of work.
In order to further improve the construction level of municipal engineering in China, measures should be taken to strengthen the construction technology and site management of municipal engineering to ensure the construction efficiency and quality. Based on this, this paper briefly discusses how to strengthen the construction technology and management measures of municipal engineering. In this paper, the author explored municipal engineering construction technology and management from various aspects hoping to provide some valuable reference for the improvement of municipal engineering project work.
前 言
近年来,国家大力推进城市化建设,对于基础建设的投资力度也逐渐增加,这就使得越来越多的市政工程项目出现在城市的四周。市政工程施工不同于其他的项目,其施工较为复杂,通常施工场地位于较为偏远的位置,施工技术也较为繁琐。我国社会经济及人民生活水平呈现了突飞猛进的发展势态。在这一势态下,我国城市化进程的速度也得到了空前加快。渐渐地人民对市政工程项目也提出了越来越高的要求。要想使市政工程施工技术得到全面优化,便需要做好多方面的工作。
为进一步提升我国的市政工程施工水平,应采取措施加强市政工程施工技术及其现场管理,保证现场施工效率及施工质量,基于此,简要探讨了如何加强市政工程施工技术与管理措施。本文笔者在从多方面对市政工程施工技术与管理方面进行了探究,希望以此为市政工程项目工作的完善提供一些具有价值性的参考依据。
Zhe Liu, bachelor’s degree, national registered safety engineer, registered second level constructor, born in Jinan City, Shandong Province in March 1983. At present, he works in Jinan City Construction Group Co., Ltd. He has been engaged in the construction management and technical work of municipal roads, bridges, tunnels and various pipelines for a long time, and served as the chief engineer of several projects. He presided over the preparation of Thin-walled Hollow Pier Column “end to end connection” Turnover Formwork System Construction Technology Research and Application was rated as the domestic leader. He has written 3 provincial construction methods, owned 1 QC achievement and 2 invention patents and published many papers. His projects have won many golden cup demonstration projects of municipal engineering in China and high-quality structural projects in Shandong Province.
刘哲, 1983 年 3 月生,山东济南人,本科学历,国家注册安全工程师,注册二级建造师。现就职于济南城建集团有限公司,长期从事市政道路、桥梁、隧道、各类管道等施工管理与技术工作, 担任多个项目总工程师, 主持编制的《薄壁空心墩柱“首尾接龙”翻模体系施工技术研究与应用》被评为国内领先。著有省级工法 3 项, QC成果 1 项,发明专利 2 项、论文多篇。管理的工程多次获得中国市政工程金杯示范工程、山东省优质结构工程等。
Bo Li, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Jinan City, Shandong Province in February 1988. He graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology (transportation engineering) in June 2012. After graduation, he has been engaged in the construction management of road and bridge projects for a long time, and has rich construction and management experience in road engineering and bridge engineering. He has participated in the completion of a number of provincial and municipal key projects. He has published many excellent papers in national and academic journals.
李波,男,汉族, 1988 年 2 月生,山东济南人, 2012 年 6 月毕业于山东科技大学交通工程专业,本科、学士学位。毕业后长期从事道路、桥梁等市政项目施工管理工作,对道路工程、桥梁工程方面有丰富的施工及管理经验。先后参与完成了多个省市重点工程项目。在国家及学术刊物上发表过多篇优秀论文。
Qing-Jie Ma, bachelor’s degree, engineer, born in Chiping County, Shandong Province in March 1983. He took part in work in July 2012. He is a registered second level constructor in Shandong Province. He works in Shandong Huitong Construction Group Co., Ltd. He is mainly engaged in the construction management of municipal roads, bridges, tunnels, and the technical director of the project. He has published several papers, such as “On Cantilever Construction Control of Large Span Prestressed Concrete Continuous Bridge”, “Discussion on Technical Management in Road Construction”, etc. He has obtained 2 utility model patents and 2 provincial construction methods. The project under management has been awarded the gold cup award of Shandong provincial high quality structural engineering and Shandong municipal engineering.
马清洁, 1983 年 3 月生,山东省茌平县人,大学学历,工程师, 2012 年 7 月参加工作。山东省注册二级建造师。就职山东汇通建设集团有限公司工作,主要从事市政道路、桥梁、隧道等施工管理工作,项目技术负责人工作,发表《浅谈大跨度预应力混凝土连续桥梁悬臂施工控制》、 《道路施工中的技术管理探讨》等多篇论文,获得实用新型专利 2 项,著有省级工法 2 项,管理的工程多次获得山东省优质结构工程、山东省市政工程金杯奖。
