With the deepening of China’s Reform and Opening up and the rapid development of economy, the competition of global enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, which puts forward new requirements and challenges to human resource management of enterprises. Human resource strategy and planning is one of the basic tasks of human resource management. Human resource strategy and planning is the process of transforming the business strategy and overall goal of an enterprise into the actual human resource demand. It is the starting point and basis of various specific human resource management work, and is the direction and roadmap of various human resource work to be carried out in a certain period in the future. Therefore, it plays an important role in the whole human resource management activities to formulate the human resource strategy and planning according to the enterprise’s environment. It is directly related to the success or failure of the enterprise’s daily standard.

Jun-Ping Yang, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Anyang City, Henan Province in November 1968. In August 1984, she took part in work in Hengshui Park in Anyang City. She has been engaged in the management of human resources, presided over the establishment of unit wages, post management accounts, rules and regulations, three fixed plans, etc. She has presided over the completion of “two sessions of provincial civilized units and the establishment of volunteer stations”. She has written more than 10 professional papers, won many awards for scientific and technological achievements by the municipal social science federation and the science and technology commission, and won the honors of advanced workers and excellent CPC members from higher authorities and units.
杨俊萍,女,汉族, 1968 年 11 月生,河南省安阳市人,本科学历。 1984 年 8 月在安阳市洹水公园参加工作,一直从事人力资源等管理工作,主持建立单位工资、岗位管理台账、规章制度、三定方案等,主持完成“两届省级文明单位创建工作并建成志愿站”等管理工作,撰写专业论文 10 余篇,获市社科联、科委科技成果奖项多个,多次获得上级和单位先进工作者和优秀党员荣誉。
