Preface
Environment, resources and energy have become the main factors affecting the development of China’s nonferrous metal industry. Environmental protection is the core of sustainable development and the lifeline of nonferrous smelting enterprises. To improve the ability of independent innovation, we must break through the key technologies and core technologies that restrict the development of nonferrous metals industry. The key point is to break through the common technologies of resources, energy and environment, and solve the bottleneck problems affecting the development of the industry.
Resources and environmental protection is one of the core issues of today’s society, “green, environmental protection” is the most concerned topic of the whole society and the world. Nonferrous metal metallurgy industry is the pillar industry of national economy. With the expansion of scale, people tend to pay attention to the output and ignore the environmental protection. A large number of metal containing waste liquid and waste residue can not be effectively recycled, resulting in frequent environmental pollution incidents. The direct discharge of a large number of metal pollutants will not only pose a serious threat to human health and ecological environment, but also cause the loss of valuable metals. Therefore, it is very important for the nonferrous metallurgy industry to pay attention to environmental protection and resource comprehensive recovery and utilization while producing.

环境、资源和能源成为影响中国有色金属工业发展的主要因素。环境保护是可持续发展的核心,是有色冶炼企业的生命线。提高自主创新能力,必须突破制约有色金属工业发展的关键技术和核心技术,重点是突破资源、能源、环境共性技术,解决影响产业发展的瓶颈问题。
资源与环保是当今社会的核心问题之一,“绿色、环保”是目前全社会、全世界最关心的话题。有色金属冶金工业是国民经济支柱产业,随着规模的扩大,人们往往注重产量而忽视了环保,大量的含金属废液、废渣无法有效地彻底回收处理,致使环境污染事件频繁发生。大量的金属污染物直接排放,不仅会对人体健康和生态环境造成严重威胁,而且还会造成有价金属的流失,因此,有色冶金行业在生产的同时注重环保和资源综合回收利用问题十分重要。
Hong-Hai Shen, male, the Han nationality, senior engineer, born in Wuhan City, Hubei Province in July 1965. From 1997 to 1999, he studied MBA in Central South University. He enjoys the special allowance of Hubei provincial government. During his tenure, he presided over and participated in a number of R & D projects: low grade Noranda Furnace copper slag step-by-step recovery and comprehensive utilization technology research and industrialization project (third prize of science and technology progress award of Hubei Province), multi metal wet separation cascade recovery project, elimination of backward production capacity and technology upgrading project. He pioneered the “oxygen pressure acid leaching” process to treat copper smelting ash. His representative thesis is “Experimental Research on Oxygen Pressure Leaching of Copper and Zinc from Lead Matte”, and he has applied for 8 invention patents.
谌宏海,男,汉族, 1965 年 7 月生,湖北武汉人,高级工程师, 1997-1999 年在中南大学 MBA 进修,享受湖北省政府专项津贴。任职期间,主持参与多个研发项目:低品位诺兰达炉铜渣分步回收及综合利用技术研究及产业化项目(湖北省科技进步三等奖)、多金属湿法分离梯级回收项目、淘汰落后产能并进行技术升级项目。首创“氧压酸浸”工艺处理铜冶炼烟灰。代表论文《铅冰铜氧压浸出铜锌试验研究》,已申报 8 项发明专利。
Rong-Sheng Chen, male, the Han nationality, master’s degree, mediate engineer, outstanding contribution expert in Huangshi City, born in July 1983. He graduated from Central South University in 2006. At present, he is the chief engineer in Hubei Dajiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. He presided over and participated in the design of several comprehensive harmless treatment processes for hydrometallurgy. Among them, the “High Temperature Oxygen Leaching Harmless Treatment of Complex Polymetallic Ash from Ausmelt Furnace” is the first comprehensive recovery of smelting ash in China,
which creatively recovers copper, zinc, gold, silver and iron resources from complex polymetallic; and researches on comprehensive utilization of copper smelting ash. “Study on Comprehensive Utilization Technology of Ash in Copper Smelting Enterprises” is his representative article.
陈荣升,男,汉族, 1983 年 7 月生,硕士学位,中级工程师,黄石市突出贡献专家,2006 年毕业于中南大学,现任湖北大江环保科技有限公司总工程师。主持及参与多个湿法冶金无害化综合处理工艺的设计,其中“澳斯麦特炉复杂多金属烟灰高温氧浸无害化处理” 属于全国首家冶炼烟灰综合回收, 创造性地从复杂多金属中回收铜、锌、金、银、铁资源;铜冶炼烟灰综合利用课题攻关,代表论文《铜冶炼企业烟灰综合利用技术研究》。
Ming-Xi Wang, male, the Han nationality, master’s degree, senior engineer, born in Daye City, Hubei Province in May 1966. He is the director of Technology Center of Hubei Dajiang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. During his term of office, he was responsible for tackling the difficult and heavy task of comprehensive utilization of Fuyang ash and solving the problem of low copper recovery rate and multi-element smelting ash recovery by wet process, which is a national problem. “Flotation of Wolframite with COBA” is his representative article.
王明细,男,汉族, 1966 年 5 月生,湖北大冶人,硕士学位,高级工程师,湖北大江环保科技股份有限公司技术中心主任。任职期间,承担富阳烟灰综合利用难重课题攻关,解决铜回收率低及多元素冶炼烟灰回收的湿法工艺属全国性难题。代表论文《新型螯合捕收剂 COBA 浮选黑钨矿的研究》。
