Preface

Since the reform and opening up, the national economy has developed rapidly, the people’s living standard has been greatly improved, and the construction of agricultural industrial engineering has achieved good development. The construction of road and bridge engineering is more and more. With the continuous improvement of highway and railway network, the continuous improvement of transportation demand, the acceleration of urbanization process, and the acceleration of rural urbanization process, the construction requirements of infrastructure such as roads and bridges are higher and higher. Therefore, the improvement of road and bridge design and construction level has become the key. Road and bridge plays an important role in the overall construction process of highway traffic. It is the main control project, which needs the attention of highway traffic construction department and other relevant departments.

前言

改革开放以来，国民经济发展迅速，人民生活水平有了很大的提高，农业工业工程建设都取得了很好的发展。道路桥梁工程的施工建设也越来越多，随着我国公路、铁路网的不断完善，交通运输需求的不断提高，城市化进程的不断加快，以及农村城镇化进程的加快，对于道路桥梁等基础设施的建设要求越来越高。因此道路桥梁设计与施工水平的提高成为了关键。道路桥梁在公路交通的整体建设过程中扮演着重要的角色，是主体的控制性工程，需要公路交通建设部门以及其他相关部门给予应有的重视。

Yin Hu, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Zhumadian City, Henan Province in February 1973. At present, she is the chief engineer and senior engineer in Zhumadian Rural Highway Management Office Dayuan Road Bridge Survey and Design Institute. She is proficient in engineering professional knowledge, proficient in the design and management of roads and bridges, can be engaged in the survey and design work and has the ability to track the cutting-edge level of the development of highway science and technology. She has won the honorary titles of “advanced worker” and “Excellent Communist Party member” for many times. In 2014, she was awarded the title of “labor model” by Henan provincial transportation department.

胡银，女，汉族， 1973 年 2 月生，河南驻马店人，本科学历。现任驻马店市农村公路管理处达远路桥勘察设计院总工程师，高级工程师。熟练掌握工程专业知识，精通道路、桥梁的设计和管理，并能够与所从事的勘察设计工作融会贯通，具有跟踪公路专业科技发展的前沿水平的能力。多次获得“先进工作者”、“优秀共产党员”等荣誉称号， 2014 年荣获河南省交通运输厅“劳动模范”称号。

张爱祥

Ai-Xiang Zhang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree of road and bridge engineering, born in Qujing City, Yunnan Province in December 1981. He has been engaged in the design of roads and bridges in Yunnan Province for 13 years. Most of the roads and bridges he participated in and was responsible for were located in mountainous towns with typical Karst landforms in Yunnan Province. He has studied the design of roads and bridges in mountainous cities and towns.

张爱祥，男，汉族， 1981 年 12 月生，云南曲靖人，本科学士，道路与桥梁工程专业，在云南省从事道路与桥梁工程设计工作 13 年，参与并负责设计的道路、桥梁大多处于云南省典型喀斯特地貌的山地城镇中，对处于山地城镇中的道路、桥梁设计多有研究。

何国峰

Guo-Feng He, male, the Han nationality, master’s degree, road and bridge designer, registered road engineer, first classs registered constructor, registered consultant(investment), born in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province in January 1979. He graduated from Guizhou University. His research direction is road and bridge design. He is an expert in the comprehensive evaluation and evaluation expert database of Guangdong Province. He published three professional academic papers. He has been engaged in road and bridge design for 16 years. He has completed the design of urban trunk road, secondary trunk road, first-class highway and second-class highway, involving the design work of overall route, subgrade and pavement (including soft foundation treatment, high slope support, etc.), bridge culvert, traffic, etc.

何国峰，男，汉族， 1979 年 1 月生，广东江门人。路桥设计师，毕业于贵州大学。硕士研究生学历，研究方向：路桥设计，注册道路工程师，一级注册建造师、注册咨询师（投资），广东省综合评标评审专家库专家。发表专业性学术论文 3 篇。从事道路与桥梁设计专业 16 年，完成城市主干路、次干路、一级公路、二级公路等道路设计累计 300km，涉及路线总体、路基路面（含软基处理、高边坡支护等）、桥梁涵洞、交通等专业的设计工作。
