Preface

At present, China’s urban rail transit construction is in a period of rapid development. More than 20 lines have been built and opened in 10 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Changchun, Dalian and Chongqing, with an operating mileage of 504 km. In order to form urban rail transit network, most of the above cities are stepping up the construction of urban rail transit. Cities under construction or preparing to build urban rail transit include Chengdu, Hangzhou, Harbin, Shenyang, Xi’an, Suzhou, Ningbo, Changsha, Shijiazhuang, Qingdao, etc.

Mechanical and electrical equipment system is an integral part of urban rail transit construction. Its quality, investment, progress and safety directly affect the construction of the whole project, and the function and performance of the equipment directly affect the future operation.
   In recent years, the construction of subway has reached a climax all over the country. As a mature public transport tool, subway has entered people’s life and integrated into the city. With its characteristics of fast running speed, large passenger volume, not affected by climate conditions, safety and punctuality and comfort, subway is more and more widely used in urban transportation, becoming a new ideal transportation tool in big cities, and has achieved great economic and social benefits. However, the construction of subway is a large-scale systematic project with intensive capital, technology and complex professional categories. As the station conventional equipment installation and system equipment installation engineering to realize the subway function, which way to do the project management well in the construction process is related to the realization of equipment function and economic and social benefits.


前 言

目前,我国城市轨道交通建设正处于快速发展时期。已建成并开通的有北京、上海、天津、广州、南京、武汉深圳、长春、大连、重庆 10 座城市的 20 多条线路,运营里程已达 504km。为形成城市轨道交通网络,上述大多数城市正在加紧建设城市轨道交通。在建或准备建设城市轨道交通的城市包括成都、杭州、哈尔滨、沈阳、西安、苏州、宁波、长沙、石家庄、青岛等。
      机电设备系统是城市轨道交通建设不可分割的一部分,其质量、投资、进度、安全等直接影响整个工程的建设,设备的功能、性能直接影响今后的运营。
      近些年来,全国各地掀起了地铁建设的高潮。地铁作为一种技术较为成熟的公共交通工具,走入人们的生活,融入了城市,并且以其运行速度快、客运量大、不受气候条件的影响、 安全准点以及舒适等特点, 越来越广泛的被运用到城市交通中,成为大城市新型的理想交通工具,取得了巨大的经济与社会效益。但是地铁的建设是一个资金密集、技术密集,专业门类复杂的大型系统性工程。作为实现地铁功能的车站常规设备安装装修与系统设备安装工程,在施工过程中采用何种方式做好项目管理工作,关系到设备功能的实现和经济、社会等效益。

Zheng-Qi Hua, male, the Han nationality, senior engineer, first class constructor, born in Xi’an city ,Shaanxi Province in September 1980. He graduated from Lanzhou Jiaotong University majoring in water supply and drainage in July 2004. He is the manager of award winning projects of Yanta Cup and Chang’an Cup of Xi’an Metro Line 4. He has worked in China Railway First Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai MTR Construction Management Co., Ltd., Beijing MTR. Since 2011, he has been working in Xi’an Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. He is engaged in the technical management of Metro mechanical and electrical installation, and has participated in the post station engineering management of Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Xi’an, and has rich professional technology and management experience of Metro Electromechanical.


华正企,男,汉族, 1980 年 9 月生,陕西西安人, 2004 年 7 月毕业于兰州交通大学给水排水专业,高级工程师、一级建造师,西安市地铁 4 号线工程雁塔杯、长安杯获奖项目经理,曾就职于中铁一局集团有限公司、上海港铁建设管理有限公司、北京京港地铁有限公司工作, 2011 年进入西安市轨道交通集团有限公司工作,从事地铁机电安装技术管理工作,先后参与北京、上海、深圳、西安地铁站后工程管理工作,有丰富的地铁机电专业技术和管理经验。

Yan-Qiang Li, male, the Han nationality, born in Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province in July 1988. He graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University majoring in thermal energy and power engineering. He started work in 2010, and he is mainly engaged in the installation and management of mechanical and electrical equipment, and successively participated in the construction and management of electromechanical equipment installation engineering behind stations of Xi’an Metro Line 1, line 3 and line 4. During this period, he published 6 papers, obtained 2 patents, 1 scientific and technological achievements, and won the honorary title of “advanced individual of Xi’an metro construction” for many times. In August 2018, he was employed as an expert in HVAC and refrigeration industry of Shaanxi Province. In September 2020, he won the honorary title of “advanced worker” of Shaanxi Provincial Association of HVAC and Refrigeration Industry.


李延强,男,汉族, 1988 年 7 月生,陕西咸阳人,毕业于西安交通大学热能与动力工程专业。 2010 年参加工作,主要从事机电设备安装与管理工作,先后参与西安地铁一号线、三号线、四号线车站站后机电设备安装工程施工与管理,期间发表论文6 篇,获得专利 2 项,科技成果 1 个,并多次获得“西安地铁建设先进个人”荣誉称号, 2018 年 8 月被陕西省暖通空调与制冷行业聘为专家, 2020 年 9 月荣获陕西省暖通空调行业协会“先进工作者”荣誉称号。

Zhen Jiang, master’s degree of HVAC, born in February 1980. He graduated from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology in 2004. His company,Shaanxi Fengqing Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. focuses on: HVAC system, process cooling system design, construction, custody operation and maintenance; environmental protection engineering, electronic and intelligent engineering, fire engineering, municipal engineering and import and export business. He entered the HVAC industry in 2004 and is now an entrepreneur in the HVAC engineering industry. Based on the forefront of the industry, he pursues perfect design with rich industrial experience, supplemented by skilled engineering construction team and perfect management, which quickly brings the company into the fast track of development and becomes a shining “Star” with great discourse power in the industry.
