Preface

With the development of economy and the application of information technology, the mileage of expressway increases rapidly, and the mechanical and electrical equipment on the road section continuously upgrades, which puts forward higher requirements and challenges for the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
   Traffic engineering facilities are one of the important parts of road engineering. It is of great significance to improve traffic safety, improve road capacity and operation efficiency, ensure continuous operation of vehicles, reduce energy consumption, and improve the comfort and convenience of travel. With the construction of road transportation infrastructure and the vigorous development of road transportation, people pay more and more attention to the design of traffic engineering facilities.


前 言

伴随经济的发展和信息技术的应用,高速公路通行里程数增加迅速,路段上的机电设备不断升级,为机电设备的运行维护提出了更高的要求和挑战。
       交通工程设施是道路工程的重要组成部分之一,对提高行车安全性,提高道路通行能力和运行效率、保证车辆连续运行、降低能耗,提高出行的舒适和方便程度具有重要意义。随着我国道路交通运输基础设施的建设和道路交通运输事业的蓬勃发展,交通工程设施的设计,越来越受到人们的重视。

Editor-in-Chief

Hong Qiu, female, Mongols, bachelor’s degree, born in Alashan, Inner Mongolia in October 1979. She has certificates of supervision engineer of the Ministry of Communications, test engineer and cost engineer. Over the years, she has been engaged in road construction, presided over (participated in) survey and design, supervision, engineering construction management and highway maintenance of more than 10 key projects and more than 10 maintenance and medium-sized maintenance projects; published papers on quality control and technical management in several professional journals; and participated in the construction management and quota revision of several road projects. She obtained 2 patents and had been awarded the title of “Advanced Worker” for many times.


邱红,女,蒙古族, 1979 年 10 月生,内蒙古阿拉善人,本科学历。拥交通部监理工程师、试验检测工程师、造价工程师;多年来,一直从事道路建设工作,主持(参与) 10 余个重点项目、 10 余个养护大中修工程项目的勘察设计、监理、工程建设管理、公路养护等工作;在多个专业刊物上发表质量控制、技术管理等方面论文;参与多个道路工程的建设管理工作及定额的修订工作; 获得专利 2 项; 多次被评为“先进工作者”称号。

Kun Xu, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Jinan City, Shandong Province in January 1982. She graduated from Shandong University in 2004. After graduation, she has been working in Shandong Provincial Communication Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. She is engaged in information system, network management and other related work, with rich work experience.


徐坤,女,汉族, 1982 年 1 月生,山东济南人。 2004 年毕业于山东大学,本科学历。毕业后就职于山东省交通规划设计院有限公司,从事信息系统、网络管理等相关工作,工作经验丰富。

Cheng-Long Yin, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Xinyang City, Henan Province in June 1988. He graduated from Information Engineering University in June 2012 majoring computer network. At present, he is the testing engineer of Traffic Engineering Division of China Consulting Highway Maintenance Testing Technology Co., Ltd. Since October 2011, he has been engaged in the supervision and detection of mechanical and electrical system of expressways. He has completed the inspection work of station removal in Hebei, Gansu, Shandong, Heilongjiang and other provinces, and has conducted a number of training on station withdrawal. During this period, he has won many awards such as “advanced individual” and “safe team”.


殷成龙,男,汉族, 1988 年 6 月出生,河南信阳人。 2012 年 6 月毕业于解放军信息工程大学计算机网络专业,本科学历。现任中咨公路养护检测技术有限公司交通工程事业部检测工程师。 2011 年 10 月至今一直从事高速公路机电系统监理、检测工作,完成多个河北、甘肃、山东、黑龙江等省份的测撤站检测工作,同时进行了多场关于撤站方面的培训。在此期间多次获得“先进个人”、所带团队获得“平安团队”等奖项。
