Preface

In 21st century, the problem of resources and environment problem get more attention and recognition. The United Nations is also constantly developing and promulgating its relevant regulations and proposals. Thus, human beings have fully realized the importance and significance of the environment, and have put resources and environmental issues in an unprecedented position. At the same time, coal resources play an important role in the development of human economy. However, the mining of coal resources will bring environmental pollution to a certain extent, which goes against the policy of environmental protection. In the process of mining coal resources, it not only pollutes water, land and atmosphere, but also produces a lot of carbon dioxide, which will seriously damage the living environment of human. Therefore, the coal mining enterprises in China gradually realize the problem. According to the trend of the times and the world economic environment, coal mining has gradually improved. This has prompted the development of coal mining technology in the direction of intelligence and refinement. At the same time, coal mining technology continues to develop towards the direction of high efficiency. The mining efficiency and the overall level of coal mining are constantly improved.

This book discussed the mine exploration and mine design with 16 chapters, hoping to do some contributions to the project of mine development.


前言

人类跨入 21 世纪以来,资源和环境问题越来越受到了人们的关注和重视,联合国也在不断地制定和颁布其相关的规定和提议,由此可见,人类已经充分意识到了环境的重要性和意义,已经把资源和环境问题放在为前所未有的地位中。同时,煤矿资源在人类经济发展中占据重要地位,但是煤矿开采会在一定程度上对环境造成污染,这与环境保护的政策相违背。煤炭资源在开采过程中,不仅会污染水资源、土地资源和大气资源,而且煤矿开采过程中会产生大量的二氧化碳,严重破坏人类居住环境。因此,我国煤矿开采企业逐渐意识到这一问题,其根据时代发展潮流和世界经济环境,逐步改善煤炭开采情况,促使煤炭开采技术向着智能化、精细化方向发展,在实际开采过程中,降低煤炭开采技术对生态环境的影响,也是当前煤炭开采技术的重要发展方向。同时,煤炭开采技术不断向着高效率方向发展,不断提升开采效率,提升煤炭整体开采水平。

本书主要从十六章内容对煤矿开拓开采与矿井设计进行阐述,希望有助于煤矿项目工程的进行与开展。

Editor-in-Chief

Chuan-Feng Wang, male, born on July 24, 1982, Yulin, Shannxi province. He has got Master's degree of engineering. He used to work for Jinjie Coal Mine Management Office of CHN Energy Shendong Coal Group Co., Ltd., and was responsible for coal mine design, mining technology and safety production management. Now, he is serving for CHN Energy Shenhua Overseas Investment Group Co., Ltd., and primarily engage in research of the development of coal resources in coal-rich countries over the world and the management of coal resources of Russia, Indonesia, Canada, Australia and Mongolia.


王传峰,男,1982年6月24日出生,陕西省榆林市人,工程硕士,工程师,现任职于国家能源集团中国神华海外开发投资有限公司,曾就职于神华神东煤炭集团锦界煤矿管理处,长期从事煤矿设计、开采技术和安全生产管理,现主要从事世界富煤国家煤炭资源开发研究及俄罗斯、印度尼西亚、加拿大、澳大利亚、蒙古等国煤矿项目管理。

Hui Zhang, male, born on August 12, 1980, Jinan, Shandong Province. He is the member of Communist Party of China. In 2004, he graduated from China University of Mining and Technology with a bachelor’s degree of Mining Engineering, and got his master’s degree in December 2016. He is a senior mining engineer, and mainly engage in project management, design consulting, mining area and business planning, safety evaluation, engineering disaster prevention and special mining demonstration. He has the certification of certified safety engineer, certified safety evaluator and registered first class constructor qualification.

 

张辉,男,1980年8月12日出生,山东省济南市人,中共党员,大学本科学历,2004年毕业于中国矿业大学,采矿工程专业,2016年12月被中国矿业大学授予工程硕士学位。采矿高级工程师,主要从事项目管理、设计咨询、矿区及企业规划、安全评价、灾害防治、特殊开采论证工作。取得注册安全工程师、安全评价师、注册一级建造师执业资格。

Xue-Song Bai, male, born on May 20, 1984, Fuxin, Liaoning. He participated in the projects related to mine ventilation safety founded by nation science foundation project, and conducted research on mine ventilation and safety in more than 30 mines of 12 companies including Laoning Iron and Coal group, Shenyang Coal Group, Jilin Tonghua Mining Group, Heilongjiang LongMay Mining Holding Co., Ltd., Shanxi Jincheng Coal Group and Gansu Jinchuan Company, and solved a series of practical problems on site.


白雪松,男,1984年5月20日出生,辽宁省阜新市人,工程系列工程师,熟悉矿井通风与安全,作为主要参加者参加了国家自然基金项目,参与矿井通风安全相关项目进行了应用与研究。在辽宁铁煤集团、沈煤集团、吉林通化矿业集团、黑龙江龙煤集团、山西晋煤集团、甘肃金川公司等12个集团公司30余个矿井进行了矿井通风与安全方面的应用研究,解决了一系列的现场实际问题。
