Preface

Highway engineering test and detection is an important part of highway construction quality management. Through test and detection, the quality of various raw materials, semi-finished products and finished components can be evaluated quantitatively, so as to make full use of local raw materials, and rapidly promote the application of new materials, new technologies and new processes, and reasonably control the construction quality and scientifically evaluate the quality of highway engineering. Therefore, the test and detection work will play a very important role in ensuring and improving the project quality, speeding up the construction progress, reducing the project cost and promoting the progress of highway engineering construction technology. The research object of highway engineering management is mainly how to organize productivity reasonably, improve production relations, and adjust superstructure timely to meet the needs of productivity development.
   Highway engineering test detection is a complex system of basic knowledge of highway engineering, basic theory of test and detection and test operation skills. It is an effective means of highway engineering quality inspection and an important part of highway construction quality management. It can directly reflect the overall quality level of the project, find problems in time and take effective measures and means to solve them. Therefore, it plays an important role in highway construction. For new materials, new technology and new technology, the design theory and construction technology can be improved through test and research. Highway engineering test and detection technology is a new subject under development. It is a combination of theoretical knowledge of test and detection, practical operation skills and related basic knowledge. It involves a wide range of knowledge and contains more project contents. In order to make the engineering test and detection personnel or quality control management personnel obtain relatively systematic and complete highway construction detection knowledge, so as to do a good job in the engineering construction of engineering material quality construction control parameters, on-site construction process quality and engineering quality acceptance of these key links, this book is specially compiled.


前 言

公路工程试验、检测工作是公路施工质量管理中的一个重要组成部分。通过试验、检测,能用定量的方法评价各种原材料、半成品和成品构件的质量,从而充分地利用当地原材料,亦能迅速推广应用新材料、新技术和新工艺,能合理地进行施工质量控制和科学地评定公路工程质量。因此,试验、检测工作对于保证和提高工程质量、加快施工进度降低工程造价、推动公路工程施工技术进步,将起到极为重要的作用。 公路工程管理研究的对象, 主要是在公路建设中如何合理地组织生产力,不断改善生产关系,适时地调整上层建筑,以适应生产力发展的需要。
       公路工程试验检测是公路工程基础知识、试验检测基础理论和测试操作技能于一体的复杂的系统,是进行公路工程质量检测的一种有效手段,是公路建设质量管理工作的重要组成部分,它可以直观地反映出该工程的整体质量水平,及时发现问题并采取有效的措施和手段进行解决,因此对公路的建设具有至关重要的作用。对于新材料、新工艺、新技术,通过试验检测和研究,可以完善设计理论和施工工艺。公路工程试验、检测技术是一门正在发展的新学科,是试验检测理论知识和实际操作技能及相关基础知识于一体,涉及知识面较广,包含的项目内容较多。为使工程试验检测人员或质量控制管理人员获得比较系统完整的公路施工检测知识,以便在工程施工中做好工程材料质量施工控制参数现场施工过程质量和工程质量验收这几个关键环节的把关工作,特编写此书。

Qing-Ping Tao, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, supervision engineer of the Ministry of Transport, testing engineer, second class engineer, born in Linxia City, Gansu Province in January 1966. He graduated from Gansu Jiaotong School (now as Gansu Vocational and Technical College of Communications) in 1986. At present, he is the director of Test and Detection Technology Service Center of Linxia Highway Bureau of Gansu Province. He has been engaged in maintenance, highway engineering design, construction, management, consultation, supervision and test detection for a long time, and has rich practical experience in highway, especially in bridge and tunnel construction and maintenance and highway engineering test and detection, and has won commendation and award from provincial highway bureau for many times.


陶清平,男,汉族, 1966 年 1 月生,甘肃临夏人。 1986 年毕业于甘肃交通学校,本科学历。现任甘肃省临夏公路局试验检测技术服务中心主任,高级工程师、交通部监理工程师、试验检测工程师、二级建造师。长期在一线从事养护、公路工程设计、施工、管理、咨询、监理及试验检测工作,具有丰富的公路实践经验,多次获得省公路局的表彰奖励,尤其是在桥隧施工和养护及公路工程试验检测方面具有一定的经验。

Hai-Bin Zhang, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Chengde City, Hebei Province in November 1989. She graduated from Changsha University of Science & Technology in 2016. For many years, she has been engaged in the research of transportation engineering. Since 2010, she has been a professional and technical personnel of highway and water transportation engineering test and detection, and has obtained the professional qualification of highway engineering test and detection in Hebei Province, and won two excellent QC achievements. In 2012, she participated in the QC group of No.11 contract section of Chengchi Expressway and was rated as the national excellent quality management group.


张海滨,女,汉族, 1989 年 11 月生,河北省承德市人。 2016 年毕业于长沙理工大学,本科学历。多年从事交通运输工程系列方向研究。自 2010 年至今从事公路水运工程试验检测专业技术人员, 并取得河北省公路工程试验检测职业资格 , 荣获优秀QC 成果 2 项, 2012 年参与承赤高速 11 合同段 QC 小组被评为全国优秀质量管理小组。

Xun Li, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, born in Pingdu City, Shandong Province in December 1975. At present, she serves as the deputy director of Infrastructure Section of Pingdu Highway Development Center, Qingdao, Shandong Province. She has participated in a number of large and medium-sized maintenance projects in Pingdu City. She has won titles such as Pingdu Model Worker, Outstanding Young Post Expert, Top Ten Professional Ethics Pacesetter, Pingdu Female Star, Female Model Worker and March 8th Red Flag Bearer.


李荀,女,汉族, 1975 年 12 月生,山东平度人。本科学历。现任山东省青岛平度市公路事业发展中心基建科副科长,高级工程师。先后参加过平度市多个大中修工程项目,多次获得平度市平度市劳动模范、杰出青年岗位能手、平度市十佳职业道德标兵、平度市建功女明星、巾帼建功标兵和三八红旗手标兵等称号。
