Preface
With the continuous development of China’s highway transportation industry, the number of highway bridge projects is also increasing, which greatly promotes the development of our country and facilitates the daily travel of our people. In the construction process of highway bridge, tunnel construction is often carried out. The construction of tunnel is very difficult, and the requirements for construction technology are also high, so it is easy to have various problems in the construction process.
With the development and progress of society, the construction of modern highway and bridge in our country is developing rapidly, and the construction of highway tunnel is a very important project. In this regard, this book combines the current construction status of highway bridge tunnels in China, effectively improving the construction technology and quality management of road and bridge tunnels.
Compared with other construction projects, highway and bridge construction is the main body of its management. Compared with other engineering construction, highway bridge engineering is relatively complex. On the basis of ensuring the progress of the project, we need to save the construction cost to the greatest extent, attach importance tothe construction management of highway and bridge, and put forward corresponding countermeasures to ensure the safe and effective construction of the project.
前 言
随着我国公路交通行业的不断发展，建设的公路桥梁工程数量也越来越多，极大推动了我国的发展，方便了我国人民的日常出行。在公路桥梁的施工过程中，经常会进行隧道的施工，隧道的施工十分困难，对施工技术的要求也较高，很容易在施工过程中出现各种问题。
社会的发展进步使得我国现代化的公路桥梁建设工程发展迅速，而公路隧道建设是一项十分关键的工程建设项目。对此，本书结合了当前我国公路桥梁隧道的施工现状，有效地完善道路桥梁隧道的施工工艺和质量管理工作。
公路桥梁建设和其他建设项目比较而言有着很大差别，公路和桥梁是其管理的主体。与其他的工程建设相比公路桥梁工程相对复杂，在保证工程进度的基础上需要最大程度的节省建设成本， 重视公路桥梁施施工管理工作， 提出相应的解决对策，确保工程建设安全有效的进行。
Jun Zhang, male, the Han nationality, college degree, born in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province in June 1974. He graduated from Yangzhou University. His research direction is road and bridge engineering. He is engaged in the construction technology and management of road and bridge engineering. He is currently working in Suyu District Highway Development Center of Suqian City and is the project leader of several provincial level projects.
张军，男，汉族， 1974 年 6 月生，江苏宿迁人，大专学历，毕业于扬州大学。研究方向：道路与桥梁工程，从事道路与桥梁工程施工技术与管理,现任职于宿迁市宿豫区公路事业发展中心，担任多个省级项目负责人。
Ming Chen, male, the Han nationality, college degree, born in Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province in September 1981. He graduated from Sbaanxi College of Communication Technology. In September 2017, he was awarded as an engineer and participated in the construction of expressways, first-class highways, construction projects and resettlement projects. He is currently the deputy manager of Resettlement Project Department of Huili County, Wudongde Hydropower Station, Shaanxi Mingtai Engineering Construction Co., Ltd.
陈明，男，汉族， 1981 年 9 月生，陕西省咸阳市人，毕业于陕西交通职业技术学院， 专科学历，2017 年 9 月被评为工程师，在任职期间参建了高速公路、一级公路、建筑工程及移民工程的建设。 现任陕西明泰工程建设有限公司乌东德水电站,会理县移民安置工程项目部副经理。
Hui-Jun Leng, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province in March 1978. He graduated from Chongqing Jiaotong University in July 2004. He is engaged in the construction and management of high pier rigid frame cantilever bridge in the major of road and bridge. Since taking office, he has participated in the construction of Guanzhong Ring Road in Shaanxi Province, Baofu Expressway in Hebei Province, resettlement project of Wudongde Hydropower Station in Sichuan Province, etc. He is now the technical director of the project management department of the first Resettlement Project Construction Department of Wudongde Hydropower Station in Sichuan Province.
冷慧军，男，汉族， 1978 年 3 月生，湖北孝感人。 2004 年 7 月毕业于重庆交通学院，本科学历。从事职道路与桥梁专业,高墩刚构悬臂桥施工及管理，任职以来，在公司参建了陕西省关中环线、河北省保阜高速公路等、四川省乌东德水电站移民安置工程等项目建设，现任公司在四川省乌东德水电站移民安置工程施工一部项目经理部技术负责人。
