Preface

In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, construction land has become more and more scarce. With the development of urbanization, more people are transferred to large cities, which increases the overall demand for construction land. If architectural designers blindly increase the total building area of the city and increase the energy consumption per unit area, it will deviate from the idea of green environmental protection, and it is also not conducive to the improvement of the comprehensive level of the construction industry. Compared with traditional buildings, green buildings, from the comprehensive consideration of energy saving, low-carbon, environmental protection and other aspects, provide people with healthy, applicable and efficient use space, achieve harmonious coexistence with nature, in essence, keep in line with the concept of environmental protection, and are conducive to the implementation of the fundamental goal of emission reduction and energy conservation, and green buildings are the concrete embodiment of the concept of sustainable development in architecture. At present, both design and technology of green buildings are used more and more widely in the construction industry. They not only further improve the defects of modern buildings in environmental protection, but also reflect the new requirements of the continuous development of the social era for buildings.

   This book is divided into six chapters. It conducted a detailed analysis and elaboration from the design and technical point of view of green building, found that there are various problems, and put forward the corresponding suggestions, measures and methods, so as to contribute to the development of China’s construction industry.


前 言

近些年来,城市化进程逐步加快,建筑用地也变得更加紧缺。在城市化的推进下,更多人口转移至大型城市,因此也增加了建筑用地的整体需要。建筑设计人员如果盲目增加城市的总建筑面积,增加单位面积的能耗,那么将会背离绿色环保的思想理念,同时也不利于建筑业综合水准的提高。相比于传统建筑,绿色建筑从节能、低碳、环保等方面的综合考虑,为人们提供健康、适用、高效的使用空间,做到与自然的和谐共生,在本质上符合了环保理念,有利于落实减排与节能的根本目标,是可持续发展理念在建筑方面的具体体现。目前,绿色建筑不管是设计还是技术,在建筑行业运用越来越广泛,它们不仅进一步完善了现代建筑在环境保护方面的缺陷,更体现出社会时代的不断发展对于建筑的新要求。
       本书分为六个章节,从设计和技术角度对绿色建筑进行了详细的分析与阐述,发现其中存在的各种问题,并提出了相应的建议、措施和方法,从而为中国建筑行业发展贡献一份力量。

Editor-in-Chief

Bo Chen, male, the Han nationality, master’s degree of engineering, senior engineer, born in Tai’an City, Shandong Province in August 1976. He has long been engaged in civil and industrial construction engineering construction management and technical research. Many projects he participated in won “Taishan Cup”, “Sun Cup” and “Luban Prize”. He has a number of national patents,and he has rich experience in civil and industrial construction project management and technical research. He holds the first class construction engineer (housing construction and Municipal Engineering), safety engineer, supervision engineer and other registration and practice certificates.


陈波,男,汉族, 1976 年 8 月生,山东泰安人。工程硕士,高级工程师。长期从事民用与工业建筑工程的施工管理及技术研究。 多项工程荣获“泰山杯” 、 “太阳杯” 、“鲁班奖”。拥有多项国家专利,在民用与工业建筑工程管理及技术研究方面具有丰富的经验。持有一级建造师(房屋建筑与市政工程)、安全工程师、监理工程师等注册及执业证书。

Hao-Liang Wang, male, the Han nationality, CPC member, first class constructor, bechelor’s degree, born in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province in October 1988. His research direction is building engineering, He graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His achievement of “Improving the Formwork Support System and Increasing the Construction Speed” won the second prize of excellent QC achievements in Henan engineering construction. He was rated as “advanced employee” of the company in 2014, “star of hope” of the company in 2015, and a trade union activist of the company in 2019.

王浩亮,男,汉族, 1988 年 10 月生,河南郑州人。中共党员,一级建造师,研究方向为建筑工程,毕业于华中科技大学,本科学历。在《改进模板支撑体系提高施工速度》成果获得河南省工程建设优秀 QC 成果二等奖。 2014 年度公司“先进员工”。2015 年度公司“希望之星”、 2019 年度公司工会积极分子。

Qun Wei, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, national first class registered architect, senior engineer of architecture, born in Linyi City, Shandong Province in October 1982. He graduated from Harbin University of Commerce majoring in civil
engineering. At present, he is the chief engineer in No.1 Architectural Branch of Linyi Planning and Architectural Design and Research Institute. He has been engaged in architectural design for more than ten years. He is familiar with the situation of the
construction industry, masters the laws, regulations, technical specifications and technical standards of various disciplines in the engineering design industry, and has been the project leader of many projects.


魏群,男,汉族, 1982 年 10 月生,山东临沂人,毕业于哈尔滨商业大学土木工程专业,大学本科学历。国家一级注册建筑师、建筑学专业高级工程师,现任临沂市规划建筑设计研究院建筑一分院总工。从事建筑设计工作十余年,熟悉建筑行业情况,掌握工程设计行业各专业法律、法规、技术规范及技术标准,担任多个工程的项目负责人。
