Preface

Training and development are becoming more and more important for enterprises. More and more enterprises pay more attention to two new purposes than the training and development of certain professional skills: first, to train the employees with other more general skills, making the employees convert from single-skill to multiskilled, in order to adapt to the changing customer needs and organizational development needs, such as the skills to proactively address customer needs, effective communication skills, teamwork skills and learning skills; second, to use training and development to strengthen employees’ identification with the organization, increase their loyalty, cultivate their awareness of customer service, improve their adaptability and flexibility, and enable employees to grow in line with the organization.
   In modern society, almost everyone’s life is closely related to their career, and everyone will consciously or unconsciously design their own career path. Without a clear career development plan, drifting through life, chasing small profits, but losing the right direction, all of which should be the important reasons for many people’s unsatisfactory careers in the first half of their career lives. Also there are many legendary experiences that come from far behind to win that tells us careers can be planned and changed. Therefore, each of us should pay high attention to and effectively design and manage our career.


前 言

培训与开发对企业的意义越来越重要。越来越多的企业对员工能力的培训与开发,已经超越某一项专业技能的培训与开发,而更多着重于两个新的目的:一是向员工传授其他更为广泛的技能,使员工的技能由单一技能向多重技能转换,以适应不断变化的客户需求与组织发展的需要,如主动解决客户需求的技能、有效的沟通技能、团队合作技能及学习技能;二是利用培训与开发来强化员工对组织的认同,提高员工的忠诚度,培养员工的客户服务意识,提高员工的适应性和灵活性,使员工与组织同步成长。
       在现代社会,几乎每个人的生活都与职业息息相关,每个人都会自觉或不自觉地设计自己的职业生涯之路。没有明确的职业发展规划,随波逐流,顾小利而失大方向应该是很多人前半生职业不如意的重要原因,而同样有很多后来居上的传奇经历也告诉我们职业生涯是可以规划和改变的。因此,我们每个人都应该高度重视并有效设计与管理自己的职业生涯。

Bo-Wen Yang, male, Han nationality, born in 1987, native of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, bachelor’s degree, national senior professional in human resources. He has long been engaged in human resources related work, owns 2 software copyrights related to “rail transit training system” and 1 patent. The projects he was in charge - “Rail Transit Digital Talent Development Project” and “ZhengGui College Micro-course Enabling Content Iterative Construction Project” has won “Boao Award” Excellent Business Support Award and Best Content Iteration Ecological Award respectively.


杨博文,男,汉族, 1987 年生,河南郑州人,本科学历,学士学位,国家一级人力
资源师,长期从事人力资源工作,拥有“轨道交通培训系统”相关软件著作权 2 项,专利 1 项,主持项目“轨道交通数字化人才发展项目”、“郑轨学院微课赋能内容迭代建设项目”分别或“博奥奖”优秀业务支持奖、最佳内容迭代生态奖。

Jin Meng, male, Han nationality, born in December 1987, a native of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, CPC member, bachelor’s degree, senior professional in human resources. He is currently working in Zhengzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. He has been engaged in human resource management of the group company for more than seven years and has conducted many researches on state-owned enterprise human resource planning and management, staff training system establishment, performance appraisal system establishment, and promotion channel design.


孟进,男,汉族, 1987 年 12 月生,河南郑州人,中共党员,本科学历,一级人力资源管理师,现就职于郑州地铁集团有限公司,从事集团公司人力资源管理工作七余年,对国有企业人力资源规划管理、员工培训体系搭建、绩效考核体系建立、晋升晋级通道设计等方面有所研究。

Wei Kong, female, Han nationality, born in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province in January 1988. She graduated from Henan University in 2010. She has been engaged in human resources related work in Zhengzhou Metro Group since July 2011. She is currently the secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Operation Branch of Zhengzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd., and successively won the honorary titles of Zhengzhou “Young Post Expert” and “Henan Excellent League Cadre”.


孔维,女,汉族, 1988 年 1 月生,河南郑州人, 2010 年毕业于河南大学。 2011 年 7月始在郑州地铁集团从事人力资源相关工作, 现任郑州地铁集团有限公司运营分公司团委书记,先后荣获郑州市“青年岗位能手”、“河南省优秀团干部”等荣誉称号。
