Preface

With the development of information society, tremendous changes are taking place in the way of human existence, life style and behavior. As the basic facilities of the information society, the computer network information system has been developed and applied to various fields of the national economy and various aspects of social life. It has become an indispensable part of national affairs, economic construction and other important fields and people’s daily lives. Computer network information system deeply influences and improves people’s lives.
However, the inherent vulnerability of the computer network information system itself makes the information system security problems everywhere, people’s production and life order are also affected or destroyed. Therefore, the information system security problem has become an important threat to the information society. In order to reduce the security risks faced by computer information networks, we must adopt corresponding technical measures to protect network equipment and program data. For computer network information security and protection technology, it belongs to an auxiliary technology of computer network. Because of the existence of such network technology, users can ensure that the relevant network information will not be stolen when they use the computer network. However, due to the continuous development of modern science and technology, more and more criminals use the network to steal information, so as to achieve the purpose of crime. Therefore, the research and upgrading of computer network security and protection technology has been very urgent.

前言

随着信息社会的发展，人类的生存方式、生活方式和行为方式正发生着巨大的变化。计算机网络信息系统作为信息社会的基础性设施，已发展应用到国民经济的各个领域和社会生活的各个方面，成为国家事务、经济建设等重要领域和人们日常生活必不可少的组成部分，深深地影响并改善着人们的生活。
但是，计算机网络信息系统本身所固有的脆弱性使得信息系统安全问题无处不有、无时不在，人们的生产生活秩序也随之受到影响或破坏，信息系统安全问题也因此成为信息社会所面临的重要威胁。为了低计算机信息网络所面临的安全风险，
我们必须采取相应的技术手段，保护网络设备和程序数据。对于计算机网络信息安全及防护技术而言，其属于计算机网络的一项辅助技术，正是因为存在着这样的网络技术，用户在对计算机网络进行使用时才能够保证相关的网络信息不被窃取，然而，由于现今科技的不断发达，越来越多的不法分子利用网络进行信息窃取，进而达到犯罪目的，所以，针对于计算机网络安全及防护技术的研究与升级，已经刻不容缓。

Yi-Ping Lou, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province in February 1971. She is currently the chief engineer of China Quality Mark Certification Group Zhejiang Co., Ltd., an information system project manager, a technical expert of Zhejiang Computer System Integration Association, an information security lecturer for continuing education of Zhejiang Personnel Department, a CCAA lecturer, and participating in the national “13th Five-Year Plan” Key R&D Program “National Quality Technology Foundation NQI Common Research”. She has been engaged in the research of information technology system integration and information security for a long time.

娄屹萍，女，汉族，出生于 1971 年 2 月，浙江杭州人，本科学历。现任方圆标志认证集团浙江有限公司总工程师，信息系统项目管理师、浙江省计算机系统集成协会的技术专家、浙江省人事厅继续教育的信息安全授课教师， CCAA 授课讲师，参与国家“十三五”重点研发计划“国家质量技术基础 NQI 共性研究”。长期从事信息技术系统集成、信息安全的研究工作

郑学东

Xue-Dong Zheng, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Shanghai in September 1976. He is currently the deputy general manager, quality engineer and network information technology engineer of China Quality Mark Certification Group Shanghai Co., Ltd. He is also a national registered senior auditor of QMS / EMS / OHS / ITSMS / ISMS / ITSS / SR10 (quality / environment / occupational health and safety / information technology services / information security / social responsibility management system) and an energy-saving auditor. He has successively participated in the development of the group standard of “Value Benefit Reference Model” and the national standard of “Informatization and Industrialization Management System - Maturity Evaluation of Production Equipment Management Capability”.

郑学东，男，汉族，出生于 1976 年 9 月，上海人，本科学历。现任方圆标志认证集团上海有限公司副总经理，质量工程师、网络信息技术工程师，QMS/EMS/OHS/ITSMS/ISMS/ITSS/SR10（质量/环境/职业健康安全/信息技术服务/信息安全/社会责任管理体系）国家注册高级审核员、节能量审核员，先后参与《价值效益参考模型》团体标准、《信息化和工业化融合管理体系生产设备管理能力成熟度评价》国家标准的研制工作。

侯贝宁

Bei-Ning Hou, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Shanghai in April 1978. She is currently an auditor of China Quality Mark Certification Group Shanghai Co., Ltd., and has long been engaged in certification audits and audit work research in the information technology industry. She participated in the research of “IT Service Management System” and “After-sales Service Management System” and formulated corporate standards.

侯贝宁，女，汉族， 1978 年 4 月出生，上海人，本科学历，现任方圆标志认证集团上海有限公司审核员，长期从事信息技术行业认证审核及其审核工作研究。参与《IT服务管理体系》、《售后服务管理体系》课题研究，制定企业标准。
