“Mining and Environmental Treatment in Mining Area” is the mining technology that follows the principle of circular economy and green industry, form the coordination of mining and environment, and realize “low mining, high efficiency, low emission”. Green mining is the only way for the healthy development of coal industry. The purpose of compiling Mining and Environmental Treatment in Mining Area is to prevent or minimize the adverse effects of coal mining on the environment, so that the development of coal resources can achieve the best economic and environmental benefits.
Mining and environmental treatment in mining area is an open and complex system, which needs to solve a lot of problems in basic theory, technology, system optimization, policies and regulations. These problems belong to the fields of natural science, engineering technology and social science. The research contents include: water conversation mining technology, land and building protection and ecological reconstruction technology, coal and gas coordinated mining technology, gas concentration and utilization technology, solid waste utilization technology, clean development and processing technology of mineral resources, ecological restoration technology of mine wasteland, evaluation on mineral development benefits and effects, resources and environment safety and monitoring and early warning in mining area, and mine resource establishment comprehensive development and mining eco industrial park optimization, eco mining system analysis, circular economy, etc. This book has described the main techniques and methods to solve these problems.

"矿区开采与环境治理”是一种遵循循环经济绿色工业的原则,形成开采与环境协调一致,实现“低开采、高效率、低排放”的开采技术。矿区绿色开采是煤炭工业健康发展的必由之路。编写《矿区开采与环境治理》,旨在防止或尽可能减轻煤矿开采对环境造成的不良影响,使煤炭资源开发能够取得最佳的经济效益和环境效益。
矿区开采与环境治理是一个开放的复杂大系统,需解决大量基础理论、技术工艺、系统优化及政策法规等方面的问题。这些问题分属自然科学、工程技术与社会科学等领域。研究内容包括:保水开采技术、土地与建筑物保护与生态重建技术、煤与瓦斯协调开采技术、瓦斯浓缩利用技术、固体废弃物利用技术、矿产资源清洁开发与加工技术、矿区废弃地生态修复技术、矿产开发效益效果评价、矿区资源环境安全与监测预警、矿区资源立体综合开发与矿业生态工业园优化、生态矿业系统分析、循环经济等。本书阐述了解决这些问题的主要技术和方法。
Gang-Feng Liu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Weinan City, Shaanxi Province in August 1978, graduated from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology majored in Mining Engineering. Now he works in Tongguan Zhongjin Gold Mining Co., Ltd. He has been engaged in mining and blasting engineering design, excavation and installation engineering management for a long time, participated in the technical discussion of refractory ore body mining technology organized by Shaanxi province Gold Association, compiled Mining Engineering Technology Specifications and Engineering Bidding Documents, and completed the design of mine development and body extraction.
刘刚峰,男,汉族, 1978 年 8 月生,陕西渭南人,本科学历,毕业于西安建筑科技大学,研究方向为采矿工程,现任职于潼关中金黄金矿业有限责任公司。长期从事采矿、爆破工程设计,采掘安装工程管理,参与陕西省黄金协会组织的难采矿体技术研讨、编制《采矿工程技术》规范、《工程招标文件》,完成矿井开拓、矿体回采设计。
