There are two channels for enterprises to obtain talents: one is to recruit from the labor market; the other is to develop the existing employees within the enterprise. It is impossible for enterprises to obtain suitable talents at any time. Therefore, in the long run, the training and development of employees is the key to the sustainable development of enterprises. The growth of talents and the development of organizations are inseparable from training. In order to achieve its goals, enterprises must pay attention to the training and development of employees strategically.
Practice has proved that the construction of enterprise trainer system has played an important role in improving the quality of enterprise training workers and promoting the construction of modern enterprise training system, which is welcomed by all over the country, all industries, especially enterprises. In order to make the training effective, the training must have the guidance of theory or training experts, use the appropriate training technology, adopt the appropriate training methods, and carry out the work in a planned way according to the standard training process. This requires a comprehensive and thorough grasp of the law and practice of training and development. Therefore, this book covers the whole field of enterprise training and development. This book not only introduces the traditional training methods, but also studies the training and development problems in modern organizations. 企业获得人才的渠道有两种:一是从劳动力市场招聘;二是对企业内部现有员工进行开发。企业不可能在任何时候都能轻易获得合适的人才,因此,从长远来看,对员工的培训与开发更是企业持续发展的关键。人才的成长与组织的发展都离不开培训,企业为了实现其目标,就必须从战略上重视员工的培训与发展。

Yan Qin, male, born in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province in September 1980. He graduated from Sichuan University Law School. He is now assistant to general manager and director of Human Resources Department of Guizhou Water Conservancy Industry Co., Ltd. He is a senior economist, a second-class construction engineer, enterprise legal adviser, and a comprehensive bid evaluation expert in Guizhou Province. He has independently compiled a series of company management systems of the enterprise, published several professional papers in academic journals such as China’s Foreign Trade, and participated in the preparation of The Guidelines for the Selection of Excellent Construction Project Managers of Water Conservancy Cnstruction Projects in Guizhou Province.
秦䶮,男, 1980 年 9 月生,贵州贵阳人,毕业于四川大学法学系,现任贵州水利实业有限公司总经理助理、人力资源部主任。高级经济师、二级建造师、企业法律顾问、贵州省综合评标专家。独立编写企业一系列公司管理制度;在《中国对外贸易》等学术期刊发表多篇专业论文;参与编写了《贵州省水利建设项目优秀施工项目经理评选导则》。
Ya-Ning Wei, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree economist, born in Yanan City, Shaanxi Province in November 1986. She graduated from Southwest University. She is now working in the Pipeline Transportation Company of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co., Ltd., and is responsible for department personnel assessment and economic accounting, and has achieved certain research results in the analysis and research of human resource management factors. She has been awarded the titles of “advanced individual”, “young post expert”, “38 red flag bearer” and so on.
魏亚宁,女,汉族, 1986 年 11 月生,陕西延安人,大学本科学历,毕业于西南大学,经济师。现就职于陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司管道运输公司,负责部门人事考核、经济核算工作,在人力资源管理因素分析研究方面取得一定的研究成果。先后获得“先进个人”、“青年岗位能手”、“三八红旗手”等称号。
Deng-Hui Yang, male, the Han nationality, born in Beijing City in October 1985. In 2015, he received a master degree of Business Administration (human resources and psychological application) from Beijing Normal University. At present, he is a training expert of Beijing Didi Infinite Technology Development Co., Ltd. and has rich experience in talent development and training management, best practice extraction, curriculum design and development, lecturer training and management, and has formed a unique training methodology.
