Preface

In recent years, the capital construction projects of water conservancy projects have been highly valued by the state, and the construction projects of water conservancy projects have also developed rapidly. However, the number and quality of water conservancy engineering technicians are far from meeting the requirements. Especially in small and medium-sized water conservancy projects, the management and technical level of the person in charge of the actual project is low, the improvement of project quality and safety situation is not fast, and there are potential safety hazards in the construction project. This book is a collection of modern water conservancy project management and construction, in order to improve the business level of the person in charge of the construction site, and to provide personnel support for the construction of water conservancy projects.

  The construction of water conservancy project is an independent science to study the corresponding construction methods and technical measures taken from the aspects of technology, process, materials, equipment, organization and management according to the requirements of engineering structure, quantity, quality and environmental protection proposed in the design, so as to ensure the quality of engineering construction and realize the design requirements economically and quickly. This book is compiled according to the construction specifications of water conservancy projects and the author's many years of construction experience. The main contents include water conservancy project construction overview, construction diversion and drainage, concrete engineering construction, water conservancy project construction quality control, water conservancy project construction progress control, water conservancy project construction cost control, water conservancy project acceptance. In the process of compilation, new specifications and standards are adopted in connection with the actual situation of current water conservancy project construction, and the application of advanced construction technology and construction machinery at home and abroad is appropriately reflected.


前 言

水利工程基本建设项目近年来得到国家的高度重视,水利工程建设项目也迅速发展,但随之而来的是水利工程技术人员的数量和质量远远满足不了要求,特别是中小型水利工程现场实际工程负责人的管理和技术水平较低,工程质量、安全状况提升不快,工程建设项目存在安全隐患。谨以此书对现代水利工程管理与施工进行汇集,为提高施工现场负责人的业务水平,为水利工程建设提供人员保障做指导。
       水利工程施工是按照设计提出的工程结构、数量,质量及环境保护等要求,研究从技术、工艺、材料、装备、组织和管理等方面采取的相应施工方法和技术措施,以确保工程建设质量,经济、快速地实现设计要求的一门独立的科学。本书根据水利工程施工规程规范,结合作者多年施工经验编写而成。主要内容包括水利工程施工概述、施工导流与降排水、混凝土工程施工、水利工程施工质量控制、水利工程施工进度控制、水利工程施工成本控制、水利工程验收。编写过程中,联系当前水利工程施工的实际情况,采用新规范、新标准,并适当反映目前国内外先进施工技术、施工机械的应用。

Editor-in-Chief

Ji-Tong Du, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, born in Linyi City, Shandong Province in March 1974. He is engaged in engineering and construction management. Now he is the technical director of Xiaobudong rubber dam, the longest rubber dam in the world. He is responsible for the project management of Xiaobudong rubber dam. He participated in the research on reasonable water storage regulation and comprehensive benefits of Xiaobudong rubber dam and won the water conservancy science and technology progress award of Shandong Province. “Rubber dam safety monitoring and automation research” project won the second prize of science and technology progress award of Shandong Academy of Sciences. The project of “feasibility study of industrial water supply project in Linyi Economic Development Zone” won the second prize of excellent engineering consultation in Shandong Province.


杜纪同,男,汉族, 1974 年 3 月,山东临沂人,本科学历。高级工程师,从事工程施工、建设、管理等工作。现为世界最长橡胶坝--小埠东橡胶坝技术负责人,负责小埠东橡胶坝工程管理工作。参加《小埠东橡胶坝蓄水合理调度与综合效益研究》获山东省水利科学技术进步奖。“橡胶坝安全监控与自动化研究”项目获山东省科学院科技进步二等奖。“临沂经济开发区工业供水工程可行性研究”项目获山东省优秀工程咨询二等奖。

Meng Xu, male, the Han nationality, born in Jinan City, Shandong Province in November 1986. He graduated from Shandong Jianzhu University majoring in engineering cost in 2012. At present, he is the technical director of the project under construction of Shandong Province Water Conservancy Bureau Co., Ltd., with the title of engineer. He has been engaged in the construction management of water conservancy and hydropower projects for a long time, and participated in the construction of many national and provincial key projects, such as the South to North Water Diversion Project, the main stream dike project of Heilongjiang Province, etc. He has many years of experience in water conservancy construction, accumulated rich practical experience in water conservancy construction technology, obtained a number of utility model patents, published a number of papers and construction methods in water conservancy engineering technology, and his QC achievements have won many provincial and ministerial awards.

徐猛,男,汉族, 1986 年 11 月生,山东济南人, 2012 年毕业于山东建筑大学工程造价专业,现任山东省水利工程局有限公司在建项目技术负责人,工程师职称,长期从事水利水电工程施工管理,参与了南水北调工程、黑龙江干流堤防工程等众多国家和省重点工程建设。多年水利施工一线经历,水利工程施工技术上积累了丰富的实践经验,取得了多项实用新型专利,发表多篇水利工程技术方面的论文、工法,QC 成果荣获多项省部级奖项。

Cheng-Xin Qi, the Han nationality, engineer, born in Yantai City, Shandong Province in February 1982. He graduated from Shandong University in 2006 and obtained the bachelor’s degree. After graduation, he entered the International Department of STECOL Corporation and was engaged in the construction of diversion tunnel and powerhouse in Dubhua Hydropower Station project in Pakistan; after returning to China, he entered Xintai Municipal Administration and had been engaged in the construction of roads and bridges for a long time. Since 2013, he has been engaged in the management and operation of pumping station in Mouping Management Station of Shandong Water Diversion Project Operation and Maintenance Center. He has published two papers in Chinese journals at or above provincial level in China.

齐成新,汉族, 1982 年 2 月出生,山东烟台人,工程师, 2006 年毕业于山东大学,本科学历。毕业之后,进入中国水利水电第十三工程局有限公司国际部,在巴基斯坦杜伯华水电站工程,从事引水隧洞、厂房施工;回国后进入新泰市政长期从事道路、桥梁的施工;自 2013 年以来在山东省调水工程运行维护中心牟平管理站,从事泵站的管理运行。在国内省级及以上中文期刊发表论文 2 篇。
