Preface

Energy sources is the basis for developing economic, improving the living standards and making civilization progressing. Through the large-scale use of energy, human beings have met the needs of development of society and improvement of living standards. However, the pollutants discharged in the process of energy utilization(such as dust, sulfur dioxide, nitric oxide, hydrocarbon, microparticle and greenhouse gases) are rapidly destroying the ecological balance of the earth and the living environment of human beings.
  Electric power industry is the basic industry of national economy, with the rapid development of social economic, the demand for electric power keeps increasing. As the basic equipment of energy conversion in thermal power plant, the power station boiler has undergone great changes in equipment and operation technology. The safety, economy, environmental protection property and the degree of automation have been improved continuously.
  The use of large capacity and supercritical parameter in fire power generator is an effective way to improve the economic efficiency of generator set, which has been widely used by advanced countries, around the world, and China will also take the supercritical unit as a key to the construction of thermal power generating unit in the future. With the rapid development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standards, our electric power industry is also developing at an unprecedented speed, at present, a number of domestic supercritical units have been put into operation or under construction. This marks the manufacturing and operating levels of thermal power generation equipment has entered a new stage, therefore, accelerating the research on the key technologies in the manufacturing and operating the supercritical power units has become a realistic and glorious task for China's power workers.


前 言

能源是人类经济发展、生活水平提高、文明进步的基础。人类通过对能源的大规模的利用,满足了社会不断发展和生活水平不断提高的需要。但能源利用过程中排放的污染物(粉尘、二氧化硫、氧化氮,碳氢化合物、微颗粒、温室气体等)也正在急剧破坏着地球的生态平衡和人类自身的生存环境。
        电力工业是国民经济的基础产业,随着社会经济的快速发展,电力需求不断增长。电厂锅炉作为火电厂能量转换的基础设备,在设备及运行技术方面也发生了巨大的变化。锅炉运行的安全性、经济性、环保性和自动化程度都得到了不断的改善。

火力发电机组采用大容量和超临界参数是提高发电机组经济性的有效途径,已经被世界先进国家所广泛采用,我国也将超临界机组作为今后一个时期火电机组建设的重点之一。随着国民经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高,我国电力工业也正在以前所未有的速度发展,目前,一批国产超临界机组已经投产或正在兴建。这标志着我国火力发电设备的制造和运行水平都进入了一个新阶段,因此加快研究超临界机组制造和运行中的关键技术也就成了我国动力工作者面临一项极具现实意义的光荣任务。

Jun Li, female, the Han nationality, born in Heiheng City, Heilongjiang Province in January 1980. Bachelor’s degree, CPC member. She graduated from Heilongjiang Provincial Party School. She is now a senior engineer and the director of Heilongjiang Provincial Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute in Xunke Country. She once won the first place of container category in the inspection personnel theoretical knowledge business competition organize by provincial bureau, she has received several utility model patents and published a number of papers.

李君,女,汉族, 1980 年 1 月生,黑龙江黑河人。毕业于黑龙江省省委党校,本科学历,中共党员。现任黑龙江省黑河市逊克县特种设备检验所所长,高级工程师。曾在省局组织的检验人员理论知识业务大比武中,获得容器类全省第一名;先后获得多项实用新型专利,发表论文数篇。

Chao Wang, male, the Han nationality, born in Nenjiang City, Heilongjiang Province in July 1974. Bachelor’s degree. He graduated from Northeast Electric Power University, majoring in thermal energy and power engineering. He has obtained the qualification certificate of pressure vessel surveyor and boiler surveyor. And he participated in writing the “ Pressure Vessel Room Inspection Work Instruction ” and “ Boiler Room Inspection Work Instruction ” of Heihe Special Equipment Inspection Institute system documents.

王超,男,汉族, 1974 年 7 月生,黑龙江嫩江人,本科学历,东北电力大学热能与动力工程专业。已取得压力容器检验师资格证书,锅炉检验师资格证书。参与编写黑河市特种设备检验研究所体系文件中《压力容器室检验作业指导书》和《锅炉室检验作业指导书》。

Dan-Hua Zhao, male, the Han nationality, born in Wenling City, Zhejiang Province in June 1981. Bachelor’s degree. He is the inspector of pressure special equipment in Taizhou Institute of Special Equipment Inspection and Testing. He has been engaged in inspection work for decades and has rich experience in front line-inspection. He is good at inspecting boilers, pressure vessels and pressure pipes, and he has published a number of papers in “ Drying Technology and Equipment ”, “ Heilongjiang Science and Technology Information”, “ Chemical Enterprise Management ” and “ Development and Innovation of Machinery ”.


赵丹华,男,汉族, 1981 年 6 月生,浙江温岭人,本科学历,台州市特种设备检验检测研究院承压类特种设备检验员,从事检验工作数十年,具有丰富的一线检验工作,擅长锅炉、压力容器、压力管道检验。已在《干燥技术与设备》《黑龙江科技信息》《化工管理》《机电产品开发与创新》等发表论文数篇。
