现今随着我国城乡一体化的发展,当前城市给排水工程已经成为城市建设的一项重点工作。在未来的城市建设发展中,系统的、合理的给排水工程是城市生存和发展的骨架和重要支撑,是城市现代化水平的标志之一。如果给排水工程建设不完善,城市的发展也会受到诸多限制。因此在城市建设发展中,给排水工程要有一个好的、正确的方向发展,才能有利于当前我们国家城市的建设。从当前城市给排水工程的现状来看,仍然存在着一些问题,这些问题严重的制约了城市建设的发展,只有采取合理有效的解决措施使给排水工程向合理化、能耗最小化及水质提升优化方向发展,才会有助于城市未来的发展。
现今我们国家的经济发展一直处在快速发展的列车轨道上,在其经济迅猛发展中, 城市建设也在不断的完善与发展。 与此同时, 人们越来越重视水的重要性。 因此,当前城市给排水工程的重要性越来越得到更多人士的重视。大家都知道,我们国家地大物博,人口众多,因此水资源短缺现状也很严重。一个城市建设要想有一个好的发展,就必须提倡节约用水的理念。城市的发展离不开给排水工程建设。城市是社会组成的一部分,社会持续稳定的发展,城市作为基础组成部分,如果给排水工程合理的设计不仅有利于城市建设发展,更有助于社会稳定持续建设发展,最主要的是可以改变人们的生活质量。当前城市给排水工程系统规划的过程中,要改变陈旧理念,采用科学合理的规划系统,以防止水资源受到污染和浪费。 总之,我们要高度的重视当前城市给排水工程的重要性,才能体现我们国家当前城市给排水工程的意义非常之重大。从当前我们国家城市给排水工程的现状来看, 任然存在着一些问题,为此只有正确对待其存在的问题,找出合理的解决建议,才是正确的出路。
Zhi-Ping Luo, male, the Han nationality, born in Chenzhou City, Hunan Province in November 1982. He graduated from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology. He is now the chief engineer of water supply and drainage specialty in Dongguan branch of Beijing General Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. and has presided over the design of Dongguan City water ecological first to fifth phase pipe network, East Division of canal of Zhang Village section watershed comprehensive management and other large projects. As a consultant, he participated in the treatment of 22 black and odorous water bodies in Dongguan City. As the project leader of Dongguan Songshan Lake Xiniubei drainage regulation project, he won the National Award “Dayu award of China water conservancy quality project” as the first contributor.
罗知平,男,汉族, 1982 年 11 月出生,湖南郴州人。毕业于江西理工大学。现任北京市市政工程设计研究总院有限公司东莞分院给排水专业总工,主持设计东莞市水生态一至五期管网、东引运河樟村断面流域综合治理等大型工程,作为咨询负责人参与东莞市 22 条黒臭水体治理。作为东莞松山湖犀牛陂排渠整治工程的项目负责人,以第一贡献人的身份获得国家奖“中国水利优质工程大禹奖”。
Qi-Qi Zhuo, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province in December 1988. He graduated from Guangzhou University. He participated in the design of the national demonstration project “comprehensive
demonstration project of Dongguan No.2 water plant transformation”, the preparation of Dongguan water supply special planning, water quality improvement project, Pearl River Delta water resources allocation project, Dongguan supporting project and other planning projects, and deeply studied the sewage pipe network design and river basin regulation of Dongguan in recent years. As a water supply and drainage designer, his “Dongguan Avenue extension line (East Section)” won the third prize of the 18th Beijing excellent project.
卓奇奇,男,汉族, 1988 年 12 月出生,广东东莞人,毕业于广州大学,本科学历。参与国家示范性课题“东莞市第二水厂改造综合性示范工程”设计、参与东莞市给水专项规划、水质提升工程、珠江三角洲水资源配置工程东莞配套工程等规划项目的编制,对东莞市近年来的污水管网的设计及河道流域整治均有深入研究。作为给排水设计人完成的“东莞市东莞大道延长线(东段)”获得了北京市第十八届优秀工程三等奖。
Li-Xiang Zhang, male, the Han nationality, master’s degree, born in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province in July 1990. He graduated from South China University of Technology. He is now the designer of water supply and drainage specialty in Dongguan branch of Beijing General Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. He participated in the construction of comprehensive water environment improvement project of Guanlan River Basin (Longhua Area) in Shenzhen, sewage interception pipe network of Dongguan water ecology phase IV and phase V, upgrading and reconstruction project of Liheng Avenue in Shipai town, Dongguan, Bubugao area of Dongguan Street, Dongmen Road, diversion and reconstruction project of rainwater and sewage in Jinniu garden, etc.
张莉祥,男,汉族, 1990 年 7 月生,广东东莞人,硕士研究生学历。毕业于华南理工大学,现任北京市市政工程设计研究总院有限公司东莞分院给排水专业设计师。参与建设了深圳市观澜河流域(龙华片区)水环境综合整治项目、东莞市水生态四期、五期截污管网、东莞市石排镇李横大道升级改造工程、东莞市莞城街道步步高片区、东门路、金牛花园雨污分流改造工程等多项工程。
