With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous progress of science and technology, all walks of life in China ushered in more new development opportunities. Especially, the road transportation industry, which is a kind of people’s travel, has ushered in a new development height in China. Highway and bridge construction is not only conducive to promoting people’s travel demand, but also conducive to accelerating the communication and contact between regions, providing a strong guarantee for regional economic development.
It is of great significance for the development of highway bridge construction to further strengthen the management of highway bridge construction and maintenance and ensure the orderly progress of highway bridge management and maintenance. It is necessary to do a good job in the comprehensive evaluation of bridge structure and timely and scientific repair of highway bridge diseases on a regular basis. Only in this way can the maintenance difficulty of highway bridge be further reduced and the maintenance cost be effectively controlled, so as to realize the scientific and reasonable control of highway bridge maintenance.

随着我国经济的快速发展和科学技术水平的不断进步,我国各行各业迎来了更多的新的发展契机。尤其是做为人们出行的公路交通事业在我国更是迎来了新的发展高度,公路桥梁建设不仅有利于促进人们的出行需求更有利于加快各地区之间的交流和联系,为各地的区域经济发展提供有力的保证。
进一步加强我国公路桥梁施工维修的管理, 确保公路桥梁管理养护工作的有序进行对于我国公路桥梁建设的发展意义重大。只有定期做好对桥梁结构的全面评估工作,对公路桥梁的病害进行及时科学的修补, 公路桥梁的养护难度才会进一步降低养护成本才能得到有效的控制,从而实现对公路桥梁维护养护的科学的合理的控制。
在建设公路桥梁的过程中,根据实际情况采用施工管理、养护、加固维修技术,有利于落实工程施工,避免施工中质量问题的出现,而且,也能够在一定程度上延长公路桥梁的使用时间,为广大群众的安全出行提供良好保障。因此,施工单位在进行公路桥梁施工时, 一定要将这几项技术落实到位, 以此来确保工程质量的提升。
Feng-Hua Jiang, female, the Han nationality, senior engineer, bachelor’s degree, born in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province in March 1977. He graduated from Chongqing University in the major of civil engineering (road and bridge). Now he is the director of the laboratory of Henan Highway Engineering Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd. After taking part in the work, he won the titles of “Advanced Individual”, “Excellent Supervision Engineer” and “Top Ten Civilized Workers” for many times. He has published eight papers with academic value. He has successively participated in and completed the municipal scientific research project of “Research on Key Technology of Asphalt Pavement Construction of Wanping Expressway” and obtained one national invention patent. Through expert appraisal, he is innovative and has reached the leading level in China.
姜风华,女,汉族, 1977 年 3 月生,河南郑州人,现任河南省公路工程监理咨询有限公司试验室主任,高级工程师,本科学历,毕业于重庆大学,专业土木工程(道路与桥梁方向),参加工作后多次荣获“先进个人”、“优秀监理工程师”、“十佳文明职工”称号;先后发表本专业有学术价值的论文八篇,相继参加完成了《宛坪高速公路沥青路面修筑关键技术研究》市级科研项目、获得国家发明专利 1 项,通过专家鉴定具有创新性,达到国内领先水平。
Jun-Jie Yang, male, the Han nationality, born in Kunming City, Yunnan Province in March 1975. He graduated from Chang’an University. In 2011, he was rated as senior engineer of highway engineering, and was employed as an expert of Transportation Think Tank of Yunnan Highway Society. Now he is the chief engineer of Yunnan Zhongtong Highway Survey and Design Co., Ltd., the chairman of Yunnan Hongqiao Technology Co., Ltd., and the general manager of Yunnan Liliang Technology Co., Ltd. For many years, he has been engaged in highway construction, design and maintenance, and has held important technical positions in many key highway projects in Yunnan Province. He has published more than ten academic papers in domestic and foreign journals, and obtained more than ten new technology and utility model patents.
杨俊杰,男,汉族, 1975 年 3 月生,云南昆明人。毕业于长安大学, 2011 年被评为公路工程高级工程师,被聘为云南省公路学会交通智库专家。现任云南中通公路勘察设计有限公司总工程师、云南鸿乔科技有限公司董事长、云南励量科技有限公司总经理等职务。多年来一直从事公路施工、设计和养护工作,曾在云南省多个重点公路工程中担任重要技术职务,在国内外刊物上发表了十余篇学术论文,并获得十余个新型技术实用新型专利。
Chun-Hui Gai, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, CPC member, born in Qingzhou City, Shandong Province in May 1979. He graduated from Shandong Agricultural University in the major of civil engineering in 2004. In July 2004, he joined the work, and has the qualification of supervision engineer of the Ministry of Transportation. Now he is the senior engineer and project director of Jinan Jinnuo Highway Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd. He has successively participated in the construction supervision and agent construction of more than ten projects, including the Jinan Laiwu Expressway Project and the reconstruction and expansion project of Changqing section of G220 Dongshen line. He has published more than ten academic papers and won two awards.
盖春辉,男,汉族, 1979 年 5 月生,山东青州人。 2004 年毕业于山东农业大学土木工程专业,大学本科,中共党员, 2004 年 7 月参加工作,具有交通运输部监理工程师职业资格,现任济南金诺公路工程监理有限公司高级工程师、项目负责人。先后参与济莱高速公路工程、 G220 东深线长清段改扩建工程等十余个工程的施工监理、项目代建等工作。发表学术论文十余篇,获奖成果及表彰 2 项。
