n recent years, the development of machinery manufacturing industry in China has been stable, and it has become one of the important pillar industries in China. However, there is still a certain gap between China’s machinery manufacturing technology and foreign manufacturing technology, which leads to the disadvantage of China’s manufacturing technology in the international competition. Therefore, to optimize the design of mechanical manufacturing process, the first consideration is the error control of manufacturing process; Secondly, we must fully implement the requirements of mechanical design and manufacturing, produce and manufacture in strict accordance with the design plan, and gradually improve the level of mechanical design on the basis of ensuring the rationality of mechanical manufacturing process. It is an important trend to improve the overall level of mechanical manufacturing by optimizing the design strategy to adapt to the growing material demand. At present, with the continuous improvement of national science and technology, the mechanical manufacturing process is also progressing. In mechanical manufacturing, mechanical design plays a very important role, which directly affects the performance and quality of finished products. Therefore, in mechanical design, rational design is very important, which has high technical requirements for materials and production specifications. This book discusses the needs of mechanical manufacturing process, takes mechanical rationalization as the goal, and optimizes the mechanical design appropriately, so as to effectively improve the rationality of mechanical manufacturing process.

近年来,机械制造产业在我国的发展一直保持平稳态势,同时也成为我国的重要支柱产业之一。然而我国机械制造工艺相较于国外制造技术还存在一定的差距,导致我国的制造工艺在国际竞争中处于劣势地位。为此,要对机械制造工艺进行优化设计,首先要考虑的就是制造过程的误差控制,其次必须全面落实机械设计和制造的工作要求,严格按照设计计划生产制造,同时要在保证机械制造工艺合理性的基础上,逐渐提升机械设计水平。而通过优化设计策略来提升机械制造整体水平,以适应不断增长的物质需求是当前发展的重要趋势。当前,国家的科学技术水平不断提高,使得机械制造工艺也不断进步,在机械制造中,机械设计发挥着非常重要的作用,直接影响到成品的性能和质量,所以在机械设计中,合理化设计是非常重
要的,其对材料与生产规范都有较高的技术要求,本书通过对机械制造工艺的需要做讨论,以机械合理化为目标,对机械的设计进行适当的优化,从而有效地提升机械制造工艺的合理程度。
Shan-Wu Yan, male, Manchu, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, born in Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province in December 1964. He graduated from Jilin University. He studies on mechanical equipment design and material forming. He works in Shaanxi Duolun Technology Development Co., Ltd. and is engaged in mechanical design. He has obtained 7 national invention patents and practical patents. In 2009, he won the first prize of science and technology progress in nonferrous metal industry.
阎善武,男,满族,生于 1964 年 12 月,陕西西安人,本科学历,高级工程师,毕业院校于吉林大学,本科学历。研究方向为机械设备设计和材料成形,从事机械设计,单位:陕西多伦科技发展有限公司,获的国家发明专利 7 项,实用专利等, 2009年获得有色金属工业科技进步一等奖。
Jing Meng, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Zibo City, Shandong Province in January 1986. She graduated from China University of Petroleum (East China). Her research direction is mechanical engineering. Since she joined in Shandong Meiling Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2007, she has been engaged in pressure vessel design, proofreading and auditing. During her work, she obtained one invention patent, five utility model patents, published one paper, and presided over or participated in more than 10 high-tech project R & D work of the company. Through the combination of theory and practice, as well as continuous learning, she has rich experience in pressure vessel design.
孟静,女,汉族,生于 1986 年 11 月,山东淄博人,本科学历,毕业于中国石油大学(华东) ,研究方向:机械工程方面。 2007 年加入山东美陵化工设备股份有限公司工作,主要从事压力容器设计、校对、审核工作,工作期间共获得发明专利一项,实用新型专利 5 项,发表论文 1 篇,并主持或参与公司高新项目研发工作 10 余项。工作期间,通过理论与实践结合,以及不断的学习,拥有丰富的压力容器设计经验。
Li-Jun Gai, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Dongying City, Shandong Province in October 1972. She graduated from Tianjin University of Technology and Education in 1993. She is a lecturer of Dongying Chemical School. She
has been engaged in mechanical teaching and research. She has published many articles in national and provincial journals, such as “Discussion on the teaching of Mechanical Basis”, “Application of modern teaching methods in the teaching of mechanical drawing”, “five principles of the teaching of mechanical basis” and “preliminary study on the teaching methods of mechanical drawing in the new period”. 盖立君,女,汉族, 1972 年 10 月生,山东东营人, 1993 年毕业于天津职业技术师范大学,学士学位。现供职于东营市化工学校,讲师,一直从事机械类教学和研究工作。曾在国家级、省级刊物上发表《〈机械基础〉教学探讨》《现代教学手段在机械制图教学中的运用》《〈机械基础〉教学的五大原则》《新时期机械制图教学方法初探》等多篇文章。参编《机电一体化专业复习用书》《制造维修专业复习用书》等多本教辅资料。
