Preface
Building electricity is a science which takes the building as the object, uses the modern advanced electrical and control science theory to study how to use electrical energy, electrical equipment and electrical technology to create, maintain and improve the electrical, light, heat, sound and other environment of the building interior space. With the rapid development of modern building technology and the emergence of intelligent buildings, the scope of building electricity has developed from the original single power supply and distribution, lighting, lightning protection and grounding to a new discipline based on modern physics, electromagnetism, mechanical electronics, optics, acoustics and other theories, which is applied in the field of building engineering. The building electricity is also gradually applying more new mathematical and physical knowledge. Combined with electronic technology, computer technology and network communication technology, it is developing to the direction of comprehensive application. As a comprehensive technical science, there are more and more professional books on building electricity, but few books systematically introducing building electricity to non electrical professionals and engineering technicians who have just set foot in the building electrical industry. At the same time, the editor thinks that all kinds of technical personnels should have a systematical understanding and study of building electrical technology. Therefore, there should be corresponding reference books.
The application of modern science and technology can not only make the power supply and distribution system and lighting system of buildings realize automatic management, but also realize reasonable control and best management of air conditioning system, water supply and drainage system, fire automatic alarm and fire linkage control system, safety prevention system, communication and closed circuit television system, building automatic control system and building energy comprehensive management system. Therefore, modern building electricity has already become a major symbol of modern architecture.
前 言
建筑电气是以建筑物为对象,利用现代先进的电气与控制科学理论,研究以电能、电气设备和电气技术为手段来创造.维持与改善建筑室内空间电、光、热、声等环境的一门科学。随着现代建筑技术的迅速发展和智能建筑的出现,建筑电气所涉及的范围已由原来单一的供配电、照明、防雷和接地发展成为以近代物理学、电磁学、机械电子学、光学、声学等理论为基础,应用于建筑工程领域的一门新兴学科,而且在逐步应用新的数学和物理知识,并结合电子技术、计算机技术、网络通信技术等向综合应用的方向发展。作为一门综合性的技术科学,建筑电气中一些专业内容的书籍日渐增多,但比较系统地为非电专业和刚涉足建筑电气行业的工程技术人员介绍建筑电气的书籍却很少。同时编者认为建筑中各类技术人员都应对建筑电气技术有比较系统的认识和学习,应该有相对应的参考书。
现代科学技术的应用不仅可使建筑物的供配电系统、照明系统实现自动化管理,而且对建筑物的空调系统、给排水系统、火灾自动报警与消防联动控制系统、安全防范系统、通信及闭路电视系统、楼宇自控系统、建筑物能源综合管理系统等实现合理控制和最佳管理。因此现代建筑电气已成为现代化建筑的一个主要标志。
Wen-Hua Hao, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in December 1978 in Jinan City, Shandong Province. He graduated from Shandong Jainzhu University with a major in electrical engineering and automation in July 2003. He has been engaged in building electrical design in Shandong Jiankan Group Co., Ltd. He is currently chief engineer and senior engineer in electrical engineering. Since engaging in architectural electrical design work, he has presided over more than 100 large-scale projects, won a number of provincial and municipal excellent projects, participated in the compilation of a provincial professional specification, and published a number of professional papers.
郝文华,男,汉族, 1978 年 12 月生,山东济南人。大学本科学历, 2003 年 7 月山东建筑工程学院电气工程与自动化专业,一直在山东建勘集团有限公司从事建筑电气设计,现任电气专业总工,高级工程师。从事建筑电气设计工作以来,主持参与大型工程一百余项,获得多项省市级优秀工程,参编省级专业规范一项,发表多篇专业论文。
Ke Sun, male, the Han nationality, senior engineer, bachelor of engineering, was born in April 1973 in Jinan City, Shandong Province. He graduated from the School of Electrical Engineering, Shandong University, majoring in electrical technology. He is currently working at the 53rd Research Institute of China North Industries Group. He has obtained the qualifications of the national supervision engineer and cost engineer, and the bid evaluation expert of China Weapon Electronic Bidding and Bidding Trading Platform. He is engaged in the electrical technology and management of national defense industry construction projects, and has certain accomplishments in project investment, engineering supervision, cost control, design and construction, and building electrical technology. He has participated in the demonstration and construction of a number of state-owned investment and construction projects.
孙珂,男,汉族, 1973 年 4 月生,山东济南人,毕业于山东工业大学电力工程学院,电气技术专业工学学士。现于中国兵器工业集团第五三研究所工作,高级工程师,取得国家监理工程师、造价工程师的执业资格,中国兵器电子招标投标交易平台评标专家。从事国防工业建设项目电气技术与管理工作,在项目投资、工程监理、造价控制、设计施工、建筑电气技术等方面具有一定造诣,曾参加多项国有投资建设项目的项目论证与建设实施工作。
Zhi-Xiong Dong, male, the Han nationality, male, the Han nationality, born in March 1977, from Shijiazhuang, Hebei, bachelor degree, graduated from Hebei University of Science & Technology. He is a national registered electrical power supply and distribution engineer, a senior building electrical engineer, and a member of the fire protection expert database of Shijiazhuang Housing and Construction Bureau. He published 5 papers, 3 research topics, and 3 patents. He has been engaged in construction engineering survey and design and consulting for more than 20 years. He is currently engaged in the review of
electrical and automatic control design documents for construction drawings of housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects in Hebei Province. In recent years, he has reviewed more than 300 electrical professional construction drawings and design documents for large-scale construction projects.
董治雄,男,汉族, 1977 年 3 月生,河北石家庄人,本科学历,毕业于河北科技大学,国家注册供配电电气工程师,建筑电气高级工程师,石家庄住建局消防专家库成员,发表论文 5 篇,研究课题 3 个,专利 3 个。从事建筑工程勘察设计、咨询 20余年, 现从事河北省房屋建筑与市政基础设施工程施工图电气、 自控设计文件审查,近几年审查了 300 多项大型建筑工程项目电气专业施工图设计文件。
