刘永娟，女，汉族， 1974 年 9 月生，河南濮阳人,现就职于河南省濮阳市建设工程标准定额管理站。郑州大学建筑工程专业毕业。 1997 年 4 月任助理工程师， 2003年４月任工程师， 2003 年 10 月取得注册造价工程师资格， 2006 年 5 月取得会计师，2010 年 4 月任高级工程师。
Tao Yang, male, master’s degree, senior engineer, first grade registered constructor, registered cost engineer, born in Qingdao City, Shandong Province in June 1984. He graduated from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics and Qingdao University. He has successively worked in the First Company of China Eighth Engineering Bureau Ltd. and Shanghai China Construction Urban Development Investment Co., Ltd. in engineering management of different types of projects, including large venues, infrastructure, super high-rise buildings, PPP projects of urbanization transformation, etc. He mainly participated in Qingdao polar ocean world, Indonesia No.1 Twin Tower Project in Jakarta, Indonesia, urban village renovation and industrial development PPP project in Tiebei District, Gulou District, Nanjing.
杨涛，男， 1984 年 6 月生，山东青岛人，毕业于东北财经大学和青岛大学，硕士研究生学历，高级工程师，一级注册建造师，注册造价工程师，就职于中建八局，先后在中建八局第一建设有限公司，上海中建城市发展投资有限公司从事包含大型场馆、基础设施、超高层、城镇化改造 PPP 项目等不同类型项目的工程管理工作，主要参加了青岛极地海洋世界、印度尼西亚雅加达印尼一号双塔项目、南京鼓楼区铁北片区城中村改造更新及产业发展 PPP 项目等项目。
Hui-Yong Luo, male, the Han nationality, senior ,engineer, born in Chongqing City in November 1983. He graduated from School of Management Science and Real Estate, Chongqing University majoring in management science and engineering in December 2009 and obtained the master’s degree. He studies on engineering project management. He is now working in Chongqing Share Industry Investment Co., Ltd., serving as the deputy chief manager. At present, he is mainly responsible for the construction and management of municipal roads, industrial plants and R & D buildings, park greening, comprehensive supporting infrastructure in the industrial park. His previous projects include Chongqing International Expo Center, Wyndham Hotel and bonded logistics base.
罗会永，男，汉族， 1983 年 11 月生，重庆人，高级工程师 。 2009 年 12 月毕业于重庆大学建设管理与房地产学院管理科学与工程专业，获得硕士学位，研究方向是工程项目管理。现就职重庆共享工业投资有限公司，任职副总经理，目前主要负责工业园区市政道路、工业厂房及研发楼宇、公园绿化、综合配套等基础设施建设管理工作。之前管理的工程包括重庆国际博览中心、悦来温德姆酒店、保税物流基地等项目。
