Preface

随着我国经济水平的不断提升和农田水利工程的持续进步，农田水利工程建设管理得到了越来越广泛的关注。农田水利工程建设是农业发展的最基础的条件，如何在农田水利施工过程中加强科学化管理，健全农田水利建设体系和完善管理和维护措施，为社会主义现代化农业生产做出更大贡献，是本书重点讨论的问题。本书从阐述农田水利与工程管理相关问题入手，对农田水利与工程管理等方面进行了分析和阐述。

Dian-Jun Yu, male, the Han nationality, born in Linyi City, Shandong Province in January 1973, graduated from Xi’an University of Technology in July 1997, majored in water conservancy and hydropower construction engineering, and now he works in Hedong District Water Affairs Bureau of Linyi City, Shandong Province. He has been engaged in the planning, design and construction management of farmland water conservancy projects. His research direction is: water conservancy planning and construction. He has presided over the construction and management of a number of key water conservancy projects, published many papers in national and provincial journals such as China Water Conservancy, Water Conservancy Construction and Management, won two awards for excellent papers in Shandong water conservancy science and technology, and has been awarded as the advanced individual of water conservancy in the province and city for bmany times.

于佃军，男，汉族， 1973 年 1 月生，山东临沂人，中共党员， 1997 年 7 月毕业于西安理工大学水利水电建筑工程专业，现任职于山东省临沂市河东区水务局。一直从事农田水利工程的规划、设计和建设管理工作，研究方向：水利规划建设。主持了多项重点水利项目的建设管理工作，在《中国水利》、《水利建设与管理》等国家及省级期刊发表论文多篇，获山东水利科技优秀论文奖 2 项，多次被评为省市区水利先进个人。
