Preface

Children are the future masters of the world and a new generation of human beings moving towards more enlightened and civilized. Pediatrics carries a good hope and continuously explore the mysteries of life science together with other medical disciplines hoping to be more substantial and perfect. Therefore, with the developing pediatrics to ensure the healthy growth of children, we can better cultivate the pillars of the country and millions of talents and then make the country strong and prosperous.
From childhood to adulthood, a person’s growth and development follow certain regular patterns. Parents and pediatric workers who master the regular patterns will know how to nurture, teach and protect children in order to let it grow strongly and how to prevent and treat diseases and make them recover as soon as possible. The former one is a vital event that parents pay close attention to and are willing to pay love for; the latter one is a good prescription that medical workers must understand, master and flexibly use. In short, careful care of children is a problem of the whole society.
In recent years, pediatrics has made great progress in basic research and clinical application. New technology, new methods and new medicine emerges continuously. If children’s common diseases are not diagnosed and treated timely and accurately, the best treatment opportunity will be missed, which leads to serious complications and (or) sequelae and even threaten children’s lives. Therefore, how to make early diagnosis and organize treatment becomes the key to the problem.

前言

儿童是世界未来的主人，是人类走向更进步、更文明的新一代。儿科学载负着美好的希望与其他医学学科不断探索生命科学的奥秘，祈求更充实、更完善。因此，有了保障儿童健康成长不断发展的儿科学，就能更好地培养国家的栋梁，培育百千万英才，造就国家的强盛和兴旺发达。
人呱呱坠地，从孩童到成年，生长发育遵循一定的规律，父母们、儿科医护工作者掌握了这个规律，便会知道如何哺育、教养、保健，使之苗壮成长;又如何防病治病，使之尽快康复等等问题。前者，是为人父母所密切关注的，并愿为之付出爱心的切身大事：后者，是广大医务工作者必须了解、掌握和灵活运用的济世良方。概而言之，仔细呵护儿童是全社会问题。
近年来，儿科学取得了重大突破，在基础研究与临床应用方面均取得了较大进展，新技术、新方法、新药物不断涌现。小儿常见疾病若得不到及时、正确的诊断和治疗，将会错过最佳的治疗时机，导致严重的并发症和(或)后遗症，重者或威胁患儿的生命。因此，如何早期诊断并组织治疗，就成为问题的关键。

林桃华

Tao-Hua Lin, female, the Han nationality, born in March 1976 in Hanchuan City, Hubei Province. She graduated from Hubei University of Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine. The research direction is medical pediatrics. After graduation, she worked in pediatrics at the Zhongzhou Farm Health Center in Hanchuan City, Xiaogan City. She is good at treating children’s cough and asthma, and children’s diarrhea. In October 2019, she was awarded the Advanced Individual in Xiaogan City’s fight against the new crown pneumonia epidemic. She was awarded the Xiaogan City Anti-epidemic Advanced Individual on November 24, 2020.

林桃华，女，汉族， 1976 年 3 月生，湖北汉川人。毕业于咸宁学院临床医学专业，本科学历。研究方向为医学内儿科方面；毕业后于孝感市汉川市中洲农场卫生院从事内儿科工作。擅长小儿咳喘，小儿腹泻。 2019 年 10 月荣获孝感市抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进个人。 2020.11.24 日荣获孝感市抗疫先进个人。

刘丽

Li Liu, female, the Han nationality, born in August 1977 in Yinchuan, Ningxia, chief physician, associate professor, master of medicine, postgraduate tutor, member of the Rehabilitation Committee of the Chinese Maternal and Child Health Care Association, member of the Neurology Group of the Pediatric Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Vice Chairman of the Children’s Rehabilitation Professional Committee of Ningxia Rehabilitation Medicine Association. She has been engaged in pediatric clinical work for nearly 20 years. In recent years, she has published 15 core journal papers. She has participated in the research of key projects of pediatric genetic and metabolic diseases of Shimane University in Japan, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Ningxia provincial and ministerial-level projects. The research direction is the diagnosis and treatment of children’s developmental disorders and children’s genetic metabolic diseases.

刘丽，女，汉族， 1977 年 8 月生，宁夏银川人，主任医师、副教授，医学硕士、硕士研究生导师，中国妇幼保健协会康复专委会委员，中华医学会儿科学分会神经学组委员，宁夏康复医学会儿童康复专业委员会副主任委员等。从事儿科临床工作近 20 年，近年发表核心期刊论文 15 篇，参与日本岛根大学医学部小儿遗传代谢病的重点课题、国家自然科学基金、宁夏省部级等多项课题的研究。研究方向为儿童发育障碍类疾病及小儿遗传代谢病的诊治。

李瑶

Yao Li, female, the Han nationality, attending physician, master's degree student, born in January 1984, from Jinan, Shandong Province. She is a member of the Rehabilitation Technology Professional Committee of the Chinese Disabled Rehabilitation Association, a member of the Science Popularization and Propaganda Committee of the Shandong Association of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and a National Examiner for Practicing Physicians. She published 1 SCI paper, 7 core journal papers, edited 1 book, and participated in editing 2 books. She has been engaged in clinical work for more than ten years and has extensive clinical and rehabilitation experience. Now, she specializes in children’s health care, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of children with stunting, torticollis, hip dysplasia, brain trauma, ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy, spinal cord injury and other diseases.

李瑶，女，汉族， 1984 年 1 月生，山东济南人，硕士研究生学历。主治医师，中国残疾人康复协会康复技术专业委员会委员，山东省中西医结合协会科普与宣传专业委员会委员，国家执业医师考官。发表 SCI 论文 1 篇，核心期刊论文 7 篇，主编著作 1 部，参编著作 2 部。从事临床工作十余年，有丰富的临床及康复治疗经验，现专业从事儿童保健工作，侧重儿童发育迟缓及斜颈、髋关节发育不良、脑外伤、缺血缺氧性脑病、脊髓损伤等疾病的诊疗。
