Preface

In the market economy system, effective marketing strategy is an important means for enterprises to survive and develop rapidly, and it is also the key for enterprises to form core competitiveness in the market economy. This book analyzes the problems existing in China’s current power marketing, such as low service quality, lack of marketing management concept, unreasonable formation mechanism of electricity price, power supply service lagging behind users’ demand for electricity, etc. We need to change the marketing concept, strengthen the innovation of marketing concept and system, improve service quality, establish enterprise brand, strengthen publicity, vigorously develop the power market, implement the differentiated brand of power products, strengthen the marketing information management strategy of power enterprises, and formulate perfect marketing strategy for innovation.
         As a social power resource provider, power supply companies must adapt to the market economy and carry out marketing strategy innovation. Only in this way can power companies survive in the competition. At present, how to better carry out power marketing is an important issue that every power company must be concerned about. The author makes a deeper exploration on its strategy innovation.
      Power marketing plays an indispensable role in power enterprises. In order to make the power marketing complete and good operation, it is necessary to plan the power marketing systematically and constantly innovate and improve, so as to keep up with the pace of social development. As long as we have a clear understanding of the situation, change the concept of innovation, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the masses of workers, we can drive the growth of electricity consumption and achieve good economic and social benefits.


前 言

在市场经济体制下,有效的营销策略是企业生存以及迅速发展壮大的重要手段,也是企业在市场经济中形成核心竞争力的关键所在。对我国当前的电力营销的存在着服务质量不高、缺乏市场营销管理观念电价的形成机制不够合理,供电服务滞后于用户用电需求等问题进行分析。提出转变营销理念,加强营销观念和体制的创新,提升服务质量,树立企业品牌,加强宣传,大力开拓电力市场,实施电能产品的差异化品牌,加强电力企业的营销信息管理的策略,制定完善的营销策略加以创新。
        作为社会电力资源提供者, 供电公司也必须适应市场经济, 进行营销策略创新,只有这样,才能够使得电力公司在竞争中得以生存。目前如何更好的进行电力营销已经是每个电力公司必须关心的重要课题, 笔者对其策略创新进行更深层次的探索。
        电力营销在电力企业中有着不可或缺的地位。想要使电力营销完整良好的运行,就要对电力营销进行系统的筹划,不断地创新改进,这样才能跟得上社会发展的步伐。只要认清形势,转变革新的观念,充分调动职工群众的积极性和创造力,就能带动电力消费量的增长,取得良好的经济和社会效益。

Li-Tao Bao, male, the Han nationality, master’s degree, born in Xinxiang City, Henan Province in January 1973. Since working for 26 years, he has been strict with himself, willing to contribute and rooted in the grassroots. He has won the honorary titles of“Xinxiang May 1st Labor Medal”, “Henan Zhangwei Type Innovative Expert”, “Henan Advanced Cccountant” and so on. During the epidemic, he went to the front line to ensure the normal power supply. Through power monitoring and analysis, strict implementation of preferential policies on electricity price, smooth “green channel for running electricity as soon as possible” and other measures, he made every effort to promote the resumption of work and production of enterprises. He fully affirmed by Xinxiang Municipal Party committee and municipal government.

鲍力涛,男,汉族, 1973 年 1 月生,河南新乡人,硕士研究生,工作 26 年以来,他严以律己、甘于奉献、扎根基层,曾获得“新乡市五一劳动奖章”、“河南省张玮式创新能手”、“河南省先进会计工作者”等荣誉称号。疫情期间,他深入一线保供电,通过电量监测分析、严格落实电价优惠政策、畅通“火速办电绿色通道”等措施,全力助推企业复工复产,获得新乡市委市政府的充分肯定。

Jun-Liang Zhao, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Xinxiang City, Henan Province in January 1977. He is responsible for building the first mobile exchange station in China and the first intercity express charging station in Henan province. He has compiled the “13th Five-Year” Special Plan for The Charging Infrastructure of Electric Vehicles and the Interim Measures for the Construction and Operation of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, he wrote The Electricity Marketing Technology under the “Internet Plus Mode”and other works in Henan province. He participated in the research of a number of new patents and won the honors of “model worker” and “Excellent Communist Party member” of the company.

赵军亮,男,汉族, 1977 年 1 月生,河南新乡人,本科学历。负责建成全国第一座移动换电站、河南省第一座高速公路城际快充站;参编河南省《“十三五”电动汽车充电基础设施专项规划》及《电动汽车充电基础设施建设运营管理暂行办法》;参编《“互联网+”模式下的电力营销技术》等论著;参与研究多项新型专利。获得公司“劳动模范”、“优秀共产党员”等荣誉。

Jin-Feng Zhu, male, the Han nationality, CPC member, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, technician, born in Xinxiang City, Henan Province in October 1982. In 2016, he was rated as the advanced individual in the construction and management of the distribution network project of State Grid Henan electric power company; in 2018, he was responsible for the budget closing and settlement of supporting projects for industrial expansion, ranking first in the province; in January 2020, he was rated as the labor model of Xinxiang Power Supply Company in 2019.

朱金峰,男,汉族, 1982 年 10 月生,河南新乡人,中共党员,本科学历,高级工程师、技师,河南省新乡市人, 2016 年被评为年度国网河南省电力公司配电网工程建设管理工作先进个人; 2018 年负责的业扩配套工程概算收口与结算工作,位居全省第一名; 2020 年 1 月被评为 2019 年度新乡供电公司劳动模范。
