Preface
With the development and prosperity of new science and technology, people pay more and more attention to the excavation and development of new energy. Therefore, a large number of technical teams have been devoted to the research and planning of new energy power generation projects. Meanwhile, new energy power generation enterprises are of great significance in promoting the construction of power projects and reducing environmental pollution in our country.
This book briefly discusses the new energy and power engineering technology and the application of new energy in power process, and then scientifically explains the new energy and power materials, new energy and power generation technology, new energy and power development policy, as well as the basis, technology, management and supervision of power engineering. Based on the scientific attitude of combining theory with practice, this book analyses the problems existing in the development of new energy and electric power field in our country at this stage, and puts forward effective countermeasures to solve these problems, and finally aims at strengthening the construction of new energy industry, and promoting the development and progress of China’s electric power industry.

随着新兴科技的发展与繁荣，人们越来越重视对于新能源的挖掘和开发，因此大量的技术团队一直致力于新能源发电工程的研究与策划，而新能源发电企业对于推动我国电力工程建设，减少环境污染有着十分重要的意义。
本书首先对新能源与电力工程技术以及新能源在电力过程中的运用进行简要论述，再分别对新能源电力材料、新能源发电技术、新能源电力发展政策以及电力工程基础、技术、管理与监理各方面进行科学的阐释说明。本书本着理论联系实际的科学态度，研究现阶段我国新能源电力发展存在的问题，并针对这些问题产生的原因，提出有效对策，加强新能源产业建设，推动我国电力产业的发展与进步。
Fan Xu, male, the Han nationality, born in Jun 1987 in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province. He graduated from Xi’an University of Technology in 2010, and majored in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering. He is national-level construction engineer and registered safety engineer. After graduation, he engaged in the development and construction of power plants for a long time, and thus accumulated abundant experience in design, construction and cost. He has participated in several provincial and municipal key power generation projects, and won the title of “national youth position expert”. In addition, he has also published several papers in national academic journals.
徐凡，男，汉族，1987年6月出生，陕西省宝鸡市人，2010年毕业于西安理工大学水利水电工程专业，国家一级建造师、注册安全工程师。毕业后长期从事发电站的开发建设工作，在设计、施工、造价等方面积累了丰富的经验，先后参与并完成多个省市重点发电项目，并荣获“国家青年岗位能手”称号。在国家级学术刊物上发表过多篇优秀论文。
Xiang-Dong Chen, male, the Han nationality, born in May 1985 in Yangcheng County, Shanxi Province. He graduated from Xi’an University of Technology in 2008. After graduation, he worked in Shaanxi Yellow River Energy Co., Ltd. and engaged in the management of engineer projects and documents. He had abundant work experience and presided the construction of Juting Hydropower Station, Yushen Photovoltaic Power Generation Project and Dong Xinzhuang and Wangquan Wind Power Project. Meanwhile he has won the title of “Excellent Communist Youth League Member” in 2012 and “Excellent Striver” in 2016.
陈向东，男，汉族，1985年5月出生，山西省阳城县人，2008年毕业于西安理工大学，毕业后就职于陕西黄河能源有限责任公司，从事工程管理、合同管理等相关工作，工作经验丰富，主持参加了公司巨亭水电站、榆神光伏发电项目和董新庄、王圈风电项目的建设，曾获公司2012年度“优秀共青团员”及2016年度“优秀奋斗者”称号。
