Preface
In the task of “promoting green building, promoting energy conservation and emission reduction”, professional technicians in the field of building electrical and intelligent play a very important role. The quantity and quality of talents are directly related to the realization of building energy conservation and emission reduction goals in China, and directly affect the development of intelligent and green building industry. It is very important and urgent to develop the undergraduate education of “building electrical and intelligent” major. In order to promote the sustainable development of economy and society, establish a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, and achieve the national energy conservation and emission reduction goals, building energy conservation will play an increasingly important role.

在“推广绿色建筑，促进节能减排”的任务中，建筑电气和智能化领域的专业技术人员发挥着十分重要的作用，人才的数量和素质直接关系我国建筑节能减排目标的实现，直接影响智能与绿色建筑产业的发展，大力发展“建筑电气与智能化”专业本科教育是十分重要和迫切的。为了促进经济社会的可持续发展，建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会，实现国家确定的节能减排目标，建筑节能将发挥越来越重要的作用。
本书基本阐述了智能建筑与建筑智能化系统的概念及其系统组成，同时也介绍了建筑智能化系统识图的基本知识、常用设备与器材等施工对象的工作原理与技术特性，建筑智能化系统工程的施工步骤，施工质量控制及公共性施工等。本书难免有疏漏之处，敬请广大专家和读者指正。
Jian-Hua Yang, male, the Han nationality, master’s degree of engineering, senior engineer, born in Jinan City, Shandong Province in September 1982. He graduated from Shandong Jianzhu University majored in electrical engineering and automation in 2004. He is the member of Youth Expert Committee of Building Electricity of Architectural Society of China. After graduation, he has been engaged in building electrical design. Now he is the director of electrical specialty of the second branch of Shandong Provincial Architecture Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. As a professional director and electrical designer, he has nearly ten projects and won the first, second and third prizes of provincial survey and design respectively.
杨建华，男，汉族， 1982 年 9 月生，山东济南人。工程硕士，高级工程师,毕业于山东建筑大学，中国建筑学会建筑电气分会青年专家委员会委员。 2004 年毕业于山东建筑大学电气工程与自动化专业，毕业后一直从事建筑电气设计工作。现担任山东省建筑设计研究院第二分院电气专业主任，做为专业负责人和电气设计师，有近十项工程分别获得省级勘察设计一、二、三等奖。
Qing-Zi Li, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, senior engineer, born in Weifang City, Shandong Province in September 1973. He graduated from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology. At present, he works in Weifang Gaoxin Construction Group Co., Ltd. as the deputy general manager and chief engineer. He mainly studies green construction and intelligent building, engineering quality and safety control, BIM technology development and application, scientific and technological innovation in the construction industry, prefabricated building and other aspects, and has a high reputation and influence in the industry.
李清淄，男，汉族， 1973 年 9 月生，山东潍坊人，本科学历，毕业于西安建筑科技大学，高级工程师，就职于潍坊高新建设集团有限公司，担任副总经理兼任总工程师，主要研究绿色建造与智能建筑、工程质量与安全管控、 BIM 技术研发与应用、建筑业科技创新、装配式建筑等方面研究，在行业内拥有较高的知名度和影响力。
Guo-Hua Rao, male, the Han nationality, born in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province in November 1976. At present, he is studying on master’s degree of business administration at School of Management, Jilin University. He has successively served as the project manager of Hangzhou Zhengyuan Electronics Co., Ltd., Jiangxi regional manager of Zhejiang Zhengyuan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., project director and manager of procurement and supply department of Nanchang Zhengyuan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. He has successively participated in and presided over the management and construction of more than 10 large and small pioneering projects, including the weak current construction of Shanghai World Financial Center and the intelligent project construction of Hangzhou Longhu Tianjie.
饶国华，男，汉族， 1976 年 11 月生，浙江杭州人。现就读于吉林大学管理学院工商管理硕士。先后担任杭州正元电子有限公司大项目经理、浙江正元智慧科技股份有限公司江西区域经理、南昌正元智慧科技有限公司项目总监及采供部经理。先后参与和主持完成了上海环球金融中心弱电建设、杭州龙湖天街智能化项目建设等十余个大小型开拓性项目管理及建设工作。
