Hair follicles have relatively independent structure and function, and are one of the smallest organs in human body. Hair is produced in the hair follicle, which plays an important role for animals. In addition to the physiological functions of keeping out the cold, preventing water loss and UV damage, it also has the auxiliary function of attracting the opposite sex through its special color and shape. Human beings have experienced millions of years of evolution. With the changes of diet and living habits, most of the hair follicles in the body have degenerated and will continue to degenerate. For human beings, the important physiological function of hair is no longer needed. However, considering the important auxiliary function of hair to attract the attention of the opposite sex, human beings still hope that it can be maintained. From the aesthetic point of view, we are willing to see the degeneration of hair follicles in the body position. However, after the degeneration of hair follicles in our scalp, that is, hair loss, the current aesthetic concept can not appreciate its beauty. Therefore, the degeneration speed of human hair follicles exceeds the speed of human aesthetic evolution. Hair loss is the evil curse of human face. Now more than half of European men will face serious hair loss problems, and most of contemporary young men will be troubled or anxious by hair loss problems to varying degrees.
How to protect hair follicles to avoid premature degeneration and atrophy? At present, there is a relatively complete understanding of the anatomical structure of hair follicle. Although there is no very effective drug for the treatment of hair loss, some drugs play an important role in the prevention of hair loss. 毛囊有相对独立的结构和功能,是人体最小的器官之一。毛发产生于毛囊,其对于动物来说有着重要的作用,除了具有御寒、防止水分散失和紫外线伤害等生理功能外,还具有通过其特殊颜色和形态吸引异性的辅助功能。人类经历了数百万年的进化,随着饮食和生活习惯的改变,身体中的大部分毛囊已经退化,而且还会继续保持着退化的趋势。毛发对于动物来说重要的生理功能人类已经不再需要,然而考虑到毛发这种吸引异性注意的这种重要辅助功能人类还希望其能继续保持。从审美角度讲,我们愿意看到身体躯干部位中毛囊的退化,然而当我们头皮中毛囊退化或简称脱发以后,现在的审美观念还并不能欣赏其美,所以说人体毛囊的退化速度超过了人类审美进化的速度。脱发是人颜值的邪恶诅咒。现在有超过一半的欧洲男性会面临严重的脱发问题,当代大部分的青年男性都会被不同程度的脱发问题困扰或为之焦虑。

Yu Zhang, male, the Han nationality, college degree, born in Suzhou City, Anhui Province in September 1985. He graduated from Capital Medical University. He is the CEO of Beijing Yonghe Medical Investment Management Co., Ltd. and the president and CEO of Yonghe Hair Transplant. He is the deputy secretary-general of medical cosmetology committee of Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine in China. In May 2011, he established Beijing Yonghe Hair Transplant Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. and in September 2015, he established Beijing Yonghe Medical Investment Management Co., Ltd.
张玉,男,汉族, 1985 年 9 月生,安徽宿州人、大专学历,首都医科大学,北京雍禾医疗投资管理有限公司 CEO,雍禾植发总裁兼首席执行官,中国中西医结合学会医学美容专业委员会副秘书长。 2011 年 5 月,创立了北京雍禾植发技术研究院有限公司; 2015 年 9 月,创立了北京雍禾医疗投资管理有限公司。
Xu-Sheng Wang, male, the Han nationality, doctor, born in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province in July 1986. He graduated from Tsinghua University in 2015. He has been engaged in the research of hair follicle stem cells and hair follicle regeneration for a long time and proved that the skin stem cells cultured in vitro can reconstruct the normal structure and function of skin and its accessory structures in vivo. He published more than 20 papers in Nature Communications, Nature Protocols and other academic journals. He applied 7 patents. He presided over a number of scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the special funding of China Postdoctoral Foundation.
王旭升,男,汉族, 1986 年 7 月生,广东深圳人,博士学历, 2015 年毕业于清华大学。长期从事毛囊干细胞和毛囊再生研究;证明了体外培养的皮肤干细胞可以在体内重新构建结构和功能正常的皮肤及其附属结构,在 Nature Communications,
