Preface

Science and technology is the primary productive force, and the technological progress of construction industry is one of the important factors to make the capital construction investment achieve good economic benefits. As the decision-making level and management department of an enterprise, it is necessary to take the scientific and technological progress as the guiding principle to promote the operation and management of the enterprise. At present, China is in the peak period of large-scale construction, economic construction is developing rapidly, and the complexity of modern engineering technology is becoming higher and higher. The development of modern building construction new technology not only solves many complex technical problems that are difficult to solve with traditional construction methods, but also plays a very important role in improving project quality, accelerating construction progress, improving production efficiency and reducing project cost. Therefore, to understand and absorb these new technologies and to apply and innovate in the work have become an urgent problem for the majority of construction engineering and technical personnel.
         Project management is a branch of “management science and engineering”, which is a marginal subject between natural science and social science. Project management is a set of technical methods based on accepted management principles. These technologies or methods are used to plan, evaluate and control work activities, so as to achieve the desired final effect on time, according to budget and according to specifications. As we all know, project cost audit is the core of construction engineering, which is of great significance to construction engineering. Only by effective management and control of project cost, can we better implement all the steps of construction. It can be seen that both of them are closely related to the quality of construction engineering, and the quality of construction engineering is not only related to the survival of enterprises, but also related to the safety of people's life and property at all times. Only the good development of the two can make the construction industry get faster development and improvement.


前 言

科学技术是第一生产力, 建筑业的技术进步是使基本建设投资取得良好经济效益的重要因素之一,作为企业的决策层和管理部门,必须将科技进步作为推动企业经营管理的指导原则。目前,我国正处于大规模建设高峰时期,经济建设发展十分迅速,现代工程技术复杂性越来越高现代建筑施工新技术的发展, 不仅解决了用传统的施工方法难以解决的很多复杂的技术问题,而且在提高工程质量、加快施工进度提高生产效率降低工程成本等方面均发挥了十分重要的作用。因此,了解和吸收这些新技术,并在工作中应用和创新,已成为广大建筑工程技术人员亟待解决的问题。
       项目管理是“管理科学与工程”学科的一个分支,是介于自然科学和社会科学之间的一门边缘学科。项目管理是基于被接受的管理原则的一套技术方法,这些技术或方法用于计划、评估、控制工作活动,以按时、按预算、依据规范达到理想的最终效果。众所周知,工程造价审计是建筑工程的核心,对建筑工程具有重要的意义,只有有效的管理和控制好工程造价,才能更好地实施建筑的所有步骤。由此可见,两者与建筑工程的质量息息相关,而建筑工程的质量不仅关系到企业的生死存亡,也时刻关系着人们的生命财产安全,只有两者协调并进的良好发展,才能使建筑行业得到更快的发展与提高。

Gen-Dang Han, male, the Han nationality, college degree, born in Weinan City, Shaanxi Province in June 1976. He graduated from Shandong Building Materials College majoring in architectural materials. He is now working in Linwei district construction quality and safety supervision station, engaged in engineering quality and safety supervision, and is currently the director of Safety Supervision Office of Linwei District Quality Supervision Station.

韩跟党, 男,汉族, 1976 年 6 月生,陕西渭南人。毕业于山东建材学院建筑材料专业,大专学历。现就职于临渭区建筑工程质量安全监督站。从事工程质量安全监督工作,现任临渭区质监站安全监督室主任。

Hui-Xia Niu, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, engineer, born in Qingzhou City, Shandong Province in November 1983. She took part in the work in 2004, and successively engaged in the construction and management of construction projects in Shandong Tianqi Real Estate Group and Shandong Company of South Asia Real Estate. She is currently an installation cost engineer of Shandong Nanjun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. She has been committed to real estate cost management for many years, and has in-depth research on cost control and a lot of practical experience in cost management.

牛会霞,女,汉族, 1983 年 11 月生,山东青州人,本科学历,毕业于青岛理工大学,工程师。 2004 年参加工作,先后在山东天齐置业集团、南益地产山东公司从事建筑工程施工、管理等工作。现任山东南隽房地产开发有限公司安装造价工程师,多年致力于地产成本管理工作, 对成本管控有深入研究和大量的成本管理实践经验。

Guang-Lin Duan, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Binzhou City, Shandong Province in March 1985. He graduated from Shandong Agricultural University in 2009. He is engaged in the quality inspection of construction engineering and mainly engaged in pile foundation and foundation testing, main structure and steel structure inspection. In 2014, he has obtained the professional qualification of a class I constructor. He published papers in several publications and has been rated as excellent employee by the unit for many times.

段光林,男,汉族, 1985 年 3 月生,山东滨州人, 2009 年毕业于山东农业大学,本科学历。从事建筑工程质量检测工作,主要从事桩基及地基检测,主体结构及钢结构检测, 2014 年取得一级建造师职业资格,在多个刊物中发表过论文,多次被单
位评为优秀员工。
