Preface
With the deepening of domestic urbanization, the demand for the quality of residential buildings is higher and higher. The value of residential landscape in residential areas is more and more concerned, especially the large-scale development and construction of commercial residential buildings. The unit cost of residential landscape in residential development even exceeds the unit cost of facade and decoration. Because of the comprehensive diversity of residential landscape construction, the standardized production of residential landscape has not been realized.
This book mainly describes the residential landscape and planning and design related content. In a broad sense, landscape is ubiquitous, and residential landscape is the most artificial part of the landscape, which is most closely related to our life. The early residential landscape appeared in the ancient royal garden, which has rockery, trees, pavilions and waterside pavilions. The house is only a small part of it. It is more environmental layout, which can be visited, enjoyed and lived. The highest quality requirement is the living realm of “harmony between man and nature”. With the development of residential form, from villa courtyard to modern high-rise residence, the quality of landscape construction is also constantly changing, from the noble villa’s “harmony between man and nature” to the sharing and participation of public space, from the artistic conception of ancient gardens to the simple and bright modern living environment, all kinds of styles are cross integrated. Among them, the landscape of commercial housing needs to start from the commercial market with high quality and high requirements, fully tap the local characteristic resources, introduce advanced concepts, and create a high-quality landscape environment. The quality management of residential landscape design and construction is related to the quality of life of every household in the future, and will have the closest long-term impact on everyone’s life. Compared with the indoor environment, the outdoor landscape has a very positive influence on people's physical and mental health.
前 言
随着国内城市化进程的不断深入，对城市化中住宅品质的要求越来越高，其中住宅区景观在住宅区中的价值越来越受到关注， 特别是商业住宅的大规模开发建设，住宅区景观在住宅开发中占据的单位成本甚至有超过了建筑外立面和装修的单位成本。由于住宅区景观营造的综合多样性， 住宅区景观的标准化生产远未能实现。
本书主要讲述了住宅区景观与规划设计的相关内容。广义上的景观是无处不在的，而住宅区景观是景观中最人工化、和我们的生活最密切相关的一部分。早期的住宅区景观出现在古代的皇家园林中，里面有假山，有树木，有亭台楼阁和水榭花草，房子只是其中的一小部分，更多是环境布置，可游，可赏，可住，以“天人合一”的居住境界为最高的品质要求。 随着住宅形式的发展，从别墅庭院到现代高层住宅，景观的品质营造也不断变化，从贵族别墅的“天人合一”转变到公共空间的共享和参与性， 从古代园林的意境到简洁明快的现代栖息环境， 各种风格交叉综合。其中商业住宅的景观需要从高品质、高要求的商业市场角度出发，充分挖掘当地特色资源，引进先进理念，营造品质的景观环境。住宅区景观设计和施工的品质管理关系到家家户户未来的品质生活，会对每个人生活产生最密切的长期影响，相比室内环境，室外景观对人的身心健康更有非常积极的熏陶作用。
Lin Xiao, male, the Han nationality, born in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province in August 1986. He is a landscape architecture master of Sichuan University and a MBA of Sofia University in USA. He is the teacher of Tianfu College of SWUFE and is the regional landscape professional director and landscape professional trainer of Jinke and Huayu Real Estate. He is landscape architect, highway and municipal secondary constructor, landscape engineer, BIM senior engineer. He has more than ten years working experience of both Party A and Party B, design and construction. He is responsible for the integrated management of design and construction of real estate demonstration area and multi building landscape in large area. He has strong ability of real estate landscape design, construction management, teaching and scientific research.
肖淋，男，汉族， 1986 年 8 月生，四川成都人，四川大学风景园林硕士、美国 sofia大学工商管理硕士；西南财经大学天府学院教师，金科、华宇地产区域景观专业负责人及景观专业培训师。景观设计师、公路及市政二级建造师、园林工程师、 BIM
高级工程师，有着十余年甲乙双方、设计与施工双重工作履历。操控地产示范区及大区多楼盘景观的设计与施工一体化管理工作，具有较强的地产景观设计、施工管理、教学科研能力。
Cheng Xie, male, the Han nationality, senior engineer (landscape architecture), born in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province in October 1983. He is now working in Yangzhou Branch of China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. He graduated from Huazhong Agricultural University majoring in gardening and Wuhan University of Technology majoring in business administration and obtained bachelor’s degree of agriculture and management (minor) in June 2006. Since graduating from University, he has been engaged in landscape management for 14 consecutive years. He has rich practical experience in projects. Most of the projects he participated in are high-quality model projects, and he has been awarded provincial and municipal high-quality project awards for many times. Among them, as the project manager, the landscaping construction (SG1 bid) project of Nanjing Youth Olympic Sports Park project was awarded the 2016 national horticultural cup excellent landscape Gold Award.
谢成，男，汉族， 1983 年 10 月生，江苏扬州人，高级工程师（风景园林）。现就职于中海地产扬州公司。 2006 年 6 月毕业于华中农业大学园艺专业和武汉理工大学工商管理专业，获农学、管理学学士（辅修）双学士。自大学毕业以来， 14 年景观一线管理，项目实操经验丰富，参与工程多为优质样板工程，多次获评省市优质工程奖，其中作为项目经理的南京青奥体育公园项目园林绿化施工（SG1 标）工程获评 2016 年度全国园艺杯优秀景观金奖。
Hui-Yun Xu, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Jinan City, Shandong Province in June 1977. He graduated from Shandong Institute of Architectural Engineering (now as Shandong Jianzhu University). He is now working in Jinan Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. and is engage in civil engineering construction. He studies on municipal engineering. He has two practical new patents, published articles in many academic journals, published professional academic works, QC achievements, etc.
许辉云，男，汉族， 1977 年 6 月生，山东济南人，毕业于山东建筑工程学院，本科学历，现就职于济南城建集团有限公司，从事土木工程施工，研究方向为市政工程，2 项实用新专利，再多个学术期刊发表文章，出版专业学术著作， QC 成果等。
