Ya-Fei Liu, male, the Han nationality, born in Beijing in October 1983, bachelor’s degree, graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2005 majored in civil engineering. He is the chief engineer of road and Bridge Branch of Henan urban and rural planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd.. He has been engaged in the design, consultation and examination of road, bridge and tunnel engineering for a long time. He presided over and participated in the consulting and design work of many urban expressways, long-span and high pier bridges, and won one national quality engineering award, two provincial excellent engineering survey and design first prizes, one provincial excellent engineering survey and design second prize, one department excellent survey and design first prize, and three department excellent survey and design third prizes.

刘亚飞，男，汉族， 1983 年 10 月生，北京人，河南省城乡规划设计研究总院股份有限公司道桥一分院总工，道桥专业高级工程师， 2005 年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学土木工程专业，本科学历，长期从事道路、桥梁、隧道工程的设计、咨询及审查工作。主持参与完成了多条城市快速路和大跨、高墩桥梁的咨询、设计工作，获得国家优质工程奖一项， 省优秀工程勘察设计一等奖 2 项， 省优秀工程勘察设计二等奖 1 项，厅优秀勘察设计一等奖 1 项，厅优秀勘察设计三等奖 3 项。

Hai-Bo Xu, male, the Han nationality, born in Zibo City, Shandong Province in October 1973, senior engineer, graduated from Weifang Traffic School in June 1993. He has worked in the Engineering Office of Zibo Highway Administration Bureau, Shandong Shitong Highway Construction Co., Ltd., Shandong Qida Highway Construction Co., Ltd., and MCC road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. He is mainly engaged in the main management of highway engineering and municipal engineering sites, and has successively participated in the construction of a number of first-class highways, expressways and municipal engineering undertaken by the company, and worked as a project manager in a number of projects. 徐海波，男，汉族， 1973 年 10 月生，山东淄博人， 1993 年 6 月毕业于潍坊交通学校，高级工程师，先后工作于淄博市公路管理局工程处、山东世通公路建设有限公司、山东齐达公路建设有限公司、中冶路桥建设有限公司，主要从事公路工程、市政工程现场的主要管理工作，先后参加了公司承担的多条一级公路、高速公路和市政工程的建设，并在多个项目中担任项目经理职务。先后取得工程本科证书，及公路一级与市政一建造师资格证书，对公路工程及市政工程的管理工作有丰富经验。

Dong-Dong Cheng, male, the Han nationality, born in Tianjin City in October 1980, doctor’s degree, graduated from department of architecture and civil engineering of Tianjin University, majored in Geotechnical engineering. He started work in June 2008 and now works in Tianjin Port (Group) Co., Ltd.. He is a senior engineer of civil engineering and he has been engaged in port planning and construction for a long time, involving the planning, design, construction and management of waterway, breakwater, harbor basin, wharf and other port projects, as well as road, greening, water supply, drainage and other municipal facilities projects. He has published more than 10 related papers.

程栋栋，男，汉族， 1980 年 10 月生，天津人，博士学历，毕业于天津大学建筑工程学院岩土工程专业， 2008 年 6 月参加工作，现就职于天津港（集团）有限公司，土建专业高级工程师。长期从事港区规划建设，涉及航道、防波堤、港池、码头等港口工程和道路、绿化、供水、排水等市政设施工程的规划、设计、建设管理等工作，先后发表过相关论文十余篇。
