前言

朱金铤

Jin-Ting Zhu, male, the Han nationality, born in Haidong City, Qinghai Province in August 1989, bachelor’s degree, graduated from Northwest A&F University majored in water conservancy and hydropower engineering. He works as an engineer in Qinghai water resources and Hydropower Survey, planning, design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.. He has presided over and completed Manping reservoir, Haomen reservoir and other types of water conservancy projects in Qinghai Province. He also participated in the survey and design of more than 20 water conservancy and hydropower projects, involving the design of reservoirs, farmland irrigation, river flood control, water ecology and drinking water for human and livestock. His design of Haomen reservoir project in Qinghai Province won the second prize of Excellent Consulting Achievements of Qinghai Engineering Consulting Association.

朱金铤，男，汉族，青海海东人， 1989 年 8 月生，毕业于西北农林科技大学水利水电工程专业，大学本科学历，就职于青海省水利水电勘测规划设计研究院有限公司，工程师，主持完成了青海省满坪水库、浩门水库以及其他类型的水利工程，并参与完成 20 余项水利水电工程勘测设计工作，涉及水库、农田灌溉、河道防洪治理、水生态及人畜饮水等项目的设计工作，其主持设计的青海省浩门水库工程曾获青海省工程咨询协会优秀咨询成果二等奖。

林强

Qiang Lin, male, the Han nationality, born in Xining City, Qinghai Province in May 1991, bachelor’s degree, graduated from Changchun Institute of Engineering majored in water conservancy and hydropower engineering. Now he works as an engineer in Qinghai Water Resources and Hydropower Survey, Planning, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.. He engaged in water conservancy and hydropower planning and design for eight years, and he is good at the survey and design of hydropower stations, reservoirs, river regulation, drinking water irrigation and other projects, with rich experience in water conservancy and hydropower project construction, familiar with the project construction process. His main project has won the second prize of Excellent Consulting Achievements of Qinghai Engineering Consulting Association.

林强，男，汉族， 1991 年 5 月生，青海西宁人。毕业于长春工程学院水利水电工程专业，大学本科学历，现就职于青海省水利水电勘测规划设计研究院有限公司，工程师，从事水利水电规划设计工作八年，擅长水电站、水库、河道治理、人饮灌溉等项目的勘测设计工作，具备丰富的水利水电项目建设经验，熟悉项目建设流程，主设项目曾获青海省工程咨询协会优秀咨询成果二等奖。

金伟

Wei Jin, male, the Han nationality, born in Xining City, Qinghai Province in April 1989, CPC member, bachelor’s degree, graduated from Qinghai University majored in water conservancy and hydropower engineering. Now he works as an engineer in Qinghai water resources and Hydropower Survey, planning, design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.. He has been engaged in water conservancy and hydropower planning and design for ten years and has participated in more than 20 water conservancy and hydropower engineering survey and design works. He is good at the survey and design work of hydropower station, reservoir, river regulation, irrigation area and drinking water for human and livestock. He has rich experience in water conservancy and hydropower project construction and is familiar with the project construction process. The main project has won the second prize of Excellent Consulting Results of Qinghai Engineering Consulting Association.

金伟，男，汉族， 1989 年 4 月生，青海西宁人，中共党员，毕业于青海大学水利水电工程专业，大学本科学历，现就职于青海省水利水电勘测规划设计研究院有限公司，工程师，从事水利水电规划设计工作十年，参与完成 20 余项水利水电工程勘测设计工作，擅长水电站、水库、河道治理、灌区及人畜饮水等项目的勘测设计工作，具备丰富的水利水电项目建设经验，熟悉项目建设流程，主设项目曾获青海省工程咨询协会优秀咨询成果二等奖。
