The rapid development of economy promotes the vigorous development of water conservancy project construction. Water conservancy project plays an important and irreplaceable role in the process of social development. With the development of market economy, the scale, quantity and types of water conservancy construction projects are growing. Water conservancy project management can improve the operation quality and efficiency of water conservancy projects. This book has carried on the thorough analysis and the research to the water conservancy project planning and design and the project management, emphasized the water conservancy project important link’s design and in the project management needs the key control aspect. 经济的快速发展，促进了水利工程建设的蓬勃发展，在社会发展过程中，水利工程发挥的重要作用是不可替代的。水利工程建设项目的规模、数量和种类都随着市场经济的发展而不断地增长，水利工程项目管理能够提高水利工程的运行质量和效益。本书对水利工程规划设计与项目管理进行了深入分析和研究，着重强调了水利工程重要环节的设计及其项目管理中需要重点控制的方面。本书为水利设计人员及管理人员提供了一定的参考和借鉴，可作为水利工程规划设计人员、管理人员的技术参考用书。
Shou-Wei Cao, male, born in Linyi City, Shandong Province in September 1969, senior engineer, first class water conservancy, hydropower and municipal construction engineer, and registered supervision engineer. He graduated from Shandong Water Polytechnic in 1990, and now he works in the Shandong Changli Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.. Over the past 30 years, he had been engaged in the construction of water projects. He participated in the construction of Yi river and Shu river east flood diversion from Yi river to Shu river project, Old Shu river project, New Shu River project, soil and water conservation project surround Shu County, farmland water conservancy project surround Shu County, Yunju river treatment project, Huantai County Xinghua river treatment project, Agricultural water saving project of Liaocheng irrigation area, Yuncheng county groundwater overdraft comprehensive treatment project, etc., accumulated a lot of construction experience and project management experience.
曹守卫，男， 1969 年 9 月生，山东临沂人，高级工程师，一级水利水电、市政建造师，注册监理工程师， 1990 年毕业于山东省水利学校，现就职于山东昌利建设工程有限公司。 30 多年来，一直从事水利工程施工，参与了沂沭河洪水东调分沂入沭工程、老沭河工程、新沭河工程、临沭县水土保持工程、临沭县农田水利工程、郓巨河治理工程、桓台县杏花河治理工程、聊城市引黄灌区农业节水工程项目、郓城县地下水超采综合治理项目等工程施工，积累了大量的施工经验和工程管理经验。
Fu Han, male, the Han nationality, born in Xining City, Qinghai Province in March 1971, graduated from Northwest A&F University and worked in Construction and Operation Bureau of Qinghai Province Water Diversion Project. His research direction is water conservancy project construction and management. From July 1995 to March 2003, he completed the construction and management of Heiquan reservoir project, and from March 2003 to May 2005, he completed the construction and management of Qiaotou town water supply project, from June 2005 to July 2016, the construction management of Huangshui North Trunk phase I project was completed; from June 2008 to June 2010, the construction management of Nanmenxia four branch canal project was completed; from July 2016 to now, the construction management of Huangshui North Trunk phase II project and Songduo reservoir was completed.
韩福，男，汉族， 1971 年 3 月生，青海西宁人，毕业于西北农业大学，就职单位青海省引大济湟工程建设运行局，研究方向水利工程建设管理， 1995.7 至 2003.3，完成黑泉水库工程建设管理， 2003.3 至 2005.5 完成桥头镇供水工程建设管理， 2005.6至 2016.7 完成湟水北干一期工程建设管理， 2008.6 至 2010.6 完成南门峡四支渠工程建设管理， 2016.7 至今湟水北干二期工程及松多水库的建设管理。
Xian-Yong Shi, male, the Han nationality, born in Changsha City, Hunan Province in August 1980, CPC member, bachelor’s degree, Graduated from Changsha University of Science & Technology majored in Civil engineering in 2006. He joined the work in September 2006 and is a senior engineer of highway bridge and tunnel. Now he is a senior engineer and project leader of Hunan Baige Water Conservancy Construction Co., Ltd.. He has successively worked as the chief engineer, deputy production manager, executive deputy manager and project manager of more than 10 projects, such as Shao-Huai expressway project and Jiaohua reservoir project. He has rich professional technology and project management experience in highway engineering, high-speed railway engineering and reservoir engineering.
石贤勇，男，汉族， 1980 年 8 月生，湖南长沙人。 2006 年毕业于长沙理工大学土木工程专业，大学本科学历，中共党员， 2006 年 9 月参加工作，公路桥梁与隧道高级工程师，现任湖南百舸水利建设股份有限公司高级工程师、项目负责人。先后参与卲怀高速公路工程、椒花水库工程等十余个工程的总工程师、生产副经理、常务副经理、项目经理等工作。在公路工程、高铁工程、水库工程方面具有丰富的专业技术和项目管理经验。
