With the rapid development of China’s social economy, the importance of water conservancy project is constantly highlighted. Water conservancy project construction has an important impact on the development of social economy and the daily life of the public. The construction quality and safety of water conservancy projects are related to the value of water conservancy projects. It is very important to strengthen the construction management of water conservancy project for improving the construction level of water conservancy project. Water conservancy project is an important foundation of social and economic development and progress, and also an important part of national construction projects. In recent years, water conservancy project construction has attracted more attention of professionals, and the state has also increased the intensity of water conservancy project construction. The construction system of water conservancy project is constantly improved, and the content is also enriched. 随着我国社会经济的快速发展,水利工程项目的重要性不断突显出来。水利工程项目建设施工,对于社会经济的发展以及社会大众的日常生活都有重要影响。水利工程项目施工质量与安全问题,都关系着水利工程项目价值的高低。加强水利工程项目施工管理,对于水利工程项目施工水平提高十分重要。水利工程是社会经济发展与进步的重要基础,更是国家建设项目的重要组成部分。近些年来,水利工程项目施工引起了更多专业人士的重视,国家也加大了水利工程项目施工的力度。水利工程项目施工制度不断完善,内容也不断丰富起来。水利工程项目的改革速度不断加快的同时,也暴露出来一些水利工程项目施工管理中的问题。
施工是把设计的工程付诸实现, 任何工程设计, 只有经过施工后才能发挥作用。水利工程施工阶段是水利工程项目实施阶段的一项重要内容,需要业主方、工程承包方、工程监理方、设计方、设备供应方的通力合作。加强水利工程施工阶段质量控制工作是保证工程质量的关键和保证。水利工程多数是水下施工,所以只有在施工阶段加强管理,才能保证工程的质量。在水利工程施工阶段加强施工成本控制是降低整个水利工程的工程投资的重要手段。水利工程与一般的工业与民用建筑不同,由于它具有水下施工的特点,实际的工程量在设计阶段很难做到准确无误,只有通过严格的现场管理才可以达到降低工程投资成本的效果。

张之营,男,汉族, 1976 年 9 月生,山东临沂人,毕业于山东农业大学水利水电工程专业,本科学历,一级建造师,作为项目负责人承揽建设了一系列的大型水利工程。曾在省级刊物上发表《止水螺栓在暗涵洞身模板加固中的应用》和《启闭限位装置在龙湾店气盾坝中的应用》 ; 发明专利《泵站浮球阀式自动密封水箱充水设备》 。连续多年荣获水利局五一水利劳动奖章、岗位目标责任考核先进个人、行业专业标兵、优秀共产党员等荣誉称号。
Qing-Wei Zhang, male, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, primary registered construction engineers, born in Linyi City Shandong Province in May 1971, graduated from Shandong Agricultural University majored in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering. He is mainly engaged in the construction technology and management of hydraulic engineering, has served as the project manager and technical director of a series of large and medium-sized water conservancy projects, and has published many papers such as the Application of Inverted Waterproofing in Shuijingyuan Community Project. He has been awarded the “Advanced Worker”, “Advanced Individual of Post Objective Responsibility Assessment”, “Excellent CPC member” and “Excellent Project Manager” of Linyi Water Conservancy Bureau for many years.
张庆伟,男,汉族, 1971 年 5 月生,山东临沂人。 2009 年毕业于山东农业大学水利水电工程专业,本科学历,水利专业一级建造师。主要从事水工工程施工技术与管理工作,担任过一系列大中型水利工程项目经理和技术负责人,曾发表《倒置式防水在水景苑社区工程中的应用》等论文多篇。连续多年获得临沂市水利局“先进工作者”、“岗位目标责任考核先进个人”、“优秀共产党员”、中国建筑业联合会颁发的“优秀项目经理”等荣誉称号。
Guang-Zhang Zhao, male the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in Linyi City Shandong Province in April 1978, graduated from Shandong Agricultural University majored in Highway and Bridge. Now he is the branch manager and senior engineer of Shandong Linyi Water Conservancy Engineering Corporation. As the project leader, he has been working in the front line of the project for a long time, responsible for the project construction management, project progress management and site coordination. He has been responsible for the construction of five large and medium-sized projects, won the praise of the Water Conservancy Bureau and the construction unit, and has been awarded as “Advanced Worker” by the Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau for many times.
赵广章,男,汉族, 1978 年 4 月生,山东临沂人。毕业于山东农业大学公路与桥梁专业,本科学历。现任山东临沂水利工程总公司分公司经理,高级工程师。作为项目负责人,长期在工程一线施工,负责工程施工管理、项目进度管理及现场协调工作。 先后负责了 5 个大中型项目的工程建设, 赢得了水利局及建设单位的一致好评,多次被市水利局评为“先进工作者”。
