Land resource management refers to the planning, organization, command, coordination and supervision of land development, utilization, management and protection in order to achieve the strategic goal of the sustainable development of national economy and society. Land is the most basic material basis for people's survival. The rational use and optimal allocation of land resources is an important issue to determine whether a region can develop sustainably, healthily and rapidly. It has important practical and guiding significance for the realization of the strategic goal of sustainable development and the effective improvement of the efficiency of land resources utilization.

土地资源管理是指为实现国家经济、社会可持续发展的战略目标，对土地的开发利用、治理、保护等进行计划、组织、指挥、协调和监督等活动的总称。土地是人们赖以生存的最基本的物质基础，土地资源的合理利用和优化配置是决定一个地区能否持续、健康、快速发展的重要问题，对实现可持续发展的战略目标，切实提高土地资源利用效益具有重要的现实和指导意义。

Fa-Lan Jin, female, the Han nationality, master’s degree, born in August 1981 in Urumqi, Xinjiang, graduated from Xinjiang Agricultural University. From 2012 to 2018, she was rated as an advanced worker at the Grassland Station of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. In 2019, she was named an outstanding Communist Party member in the Real Estate Registration Center of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. In 2020, she was rated as an advanced worker by the Xinjiang Uyghur Department of Natural Resources.
靳发兰，女，汉族， 1981 年 8 月生，新疆乌鲁木齐人，研究生学历，毕业于新疆农业大学， 2012 年-2018 年在新疆维吾尔自治区草原总站评为先进工作者， 2019 年在新疆维吾尔自治区不动产登记中心评为优秀共产党员， 2020 年在新疆维吾尔自然资源厅评为先进工作者。
Xiu-Mei Yang, female, the Han nationality, bachelor’s degree, born in April 1976, in Linyi City, Shandong Province. She graduated from Shandong Agricultural Cadre Management College. The research direction is the use and protection of land. She currently works in the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Yishui County. She has published three papers in national and provincial professional journals. She was responsible for three topics that won the first and second prizes of Shandong Provincial Land and Resources Scientific and Technological Achievements. One of the topics is “The Pilot Project of Comprehensive Development and Utilization of Low Hill and Gentle Slope Land in Yishui County”. She has won the honorary titles of “Service Model of Yishui County”, “Woman Pace-setter of Yishui County”, and “The Most Beautiful Worker of Yishui County”.
杨秀美，女，汉族， 1976 年 4 月生，山东临沂人，大学本科学历，毕业于山东省农业干部管理学院。 研究方向为土地利用与保护， 现就职于沂水县自然资源和规划局。在国家、省专业杂志上发表论文三篇，负责《沂水县低丘缓坡土地综合开发利用试点项目》等三个课题分获山东省国土资源科技成果壹、贰等奖，曾获得“沂水县服务标兵”“沂水县三八红旗手”“沂水县最美职工”等荣誉称号。
Hui-Qin Li, female, the Han nationality, bachelor degree, born in September 1974, in Urumqi, Xinjiang. She graduated from Capital University of Economics and Business, and works in the Real Estate Registration Center of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, where she is engaged in the registration of land and real estate. She participated in the “Monitoring of Xinjiang Grassland Resources and Ecology and the Dynamic Monitoring Project of National Fixed Monitoring Points”, which is a special financial project of the Ministry of Agriculture. She developed an optimized model for estimating productivity by type and region in Xinjiang, and formed a spatiotemporal distribution map of grass production in natural grasslands across Xinjiang.
李慧芹，女，汉族， 1974 年 9 月生，新疆乌鲁木齐人，本科学历，毕业于首都经济贸易大学，就职于新疆自治区不动产登记中心，从事土地、不动产登记的工作。参与了农业部财政专项《新疆草原资源与生态监测及国家级固定监测点动态监测项目》，研制了全疆分区域分类型生产力估产优化模型，形成全疆天然草原产草量时空分布图。
