Preface
Since the 21st century, the development of science and technology promotes the rapid improvement of the level of science and technology. In the field of communication, with the changes of the times, mobile communication technology has developed rapidly from low-level mobile communication technology to high-level modern mobile communication technology after technological innovation and development. At present, with the popularity of the Internet and technological innovation, China is in a period of rapid development of new generation information technology such as Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and regional chain, which promotes the continuous innovation and improvement of modern mobile communication technology.
At the same time, digital communication has become an important means of information transmission. With the global digitization has become the main trend of today’s society, the continuous emergence of new digital communication equipment, people have become increasingly inseparable from the means of digital communication,and more and more expect to understand and master digital communication technology. It can be predicted that big data and artificial intelligence (AI) will have a profound impact on all aspects of society in the future. 21 世纪以来,科技的发展促进科技水平的快速提升,在通信领域里移动通信技术随着时代的变迁,经过一次次技术性创新发展,从起初低水平移动通信技术快速发展成为高水平的现代移动通信技术。当前,随着互联网的普及以及技术创新,中国正处于互联网、大数据、人工智能以及区域链等新一代信息技术高速发展时期,促使现代移动通信技术在不断创新和完善。
同时,数字通信已成为信息传输的重要手段。随着全球数字化已成为当今社会的主要潮流,数字通信新设备的不断涌现,人们已经越来越离不开数字通信这种手段, 并且越来越期望了解和掌握数字通信技术。 可以预见, 未来大数据与人工智能(将深刻影响社会的方方面面。面对未来无线通信超异构网络、多种通信场景、大量天线单元、大带宽、新的服务需求,采用大数据技术或数据驱动和人工智能无疑是必然选择。
Fei Pei, male, the Han nationality, master’s degree, senior, engineer, born in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province in December 1981. He graduated from Lanzhou University. He is now the deputy chief of technology section of Gansu Radio Monitoring Station. He was awarded the provincial and ministerial “advanced individual” by the State Radio Administration. In 2009, he presided over the national project of West to East Gas Transmission and electromagnetic environment test of stations in Gansu, Qinghai and Ningxia provinces. He once participated in the planning and implementation of the short wave monitoring station project in Gansu Province and won the provincial science progress award.
裴斐,男,汉族, 1981 年 12 月生,甘肃兰州人。硕士学历,毕业于兰州大学,高级工程师,现任甘肃省无线电监测站技术科副科长,曾获国家无线电管理局颁发的省部级“先进个人”, 2009 年主持国家项目西气东输,甘肃、青海、宁夏三省境内站点的电磁环境测试。 曾参与甘肃省短波监测站项目的规划和实施, 获省科学进步奖。
